Abstract

This study seeks to investigate the influence of Civic Education teachers on student character development and the specific measures used in this regard at SD Negeri 38 Kota Pagar Alam. This study tries to generate a comprehensive and accurate depiction of this phenomenon by employing a qualitative methodology. Interviews, observations, and documentation gathered data. The findings indicate that teachers have multiple important functions in forming student character during Civic Education sessions, which can be summed by the acronym MODEVIK: motivator, dynamizer, evaluator, inspirator, and example. Teachers serve as motivators by employing personalized ways and providing encouragement to enhance the learning spirit of less enthusiastic students. Meanwhile, teachers operate as dynamizers by creating a favorable learning atmosphere through activities such as including prayer before learning, organizing ice-breaking sessions, and engaging in song sessions with pupils

Abstract

Education plays an essential role in the development of individuals and nations. One of the main challenges in education is the low reading ability of students, which can hinder the overall learning process. This study aims to analyze the role of the reading clinic in improving the reading skills of second-grade students at SDN Telang 1 Bangkalan. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection through observations and interviews with the class teacher. The results show that the implementation of the reading clinic, held every Friday and Saturday, has a significant positive impact. Before the implementation of the reading clinic, only 15 to 17 out of 27 students could read well. After several months of implementation, 51.85% of students were in the excellent category, 44.44% in the good category, 7.4% in the fairly good category, and only 3.7% in the less good category. The reading clinic activities provide intensive and individualized guidance to students struggling with reading, resulting in a significant improvement in their reading abilities. The role of teachers in nine key aspects, as well as the collaboration between teachers and parents, has proven to be very effective in addressing this issue.

Abstract

This research explores the literacy strategies teachers implement to enhance students' reading interest during thematic learning in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 09 Lintang Kanan, Empat Lawang District. Additionally, it seeks to identify the factors hindering these strategies' implementation. Utilising qualitative methodology and a descriptive approach, this study collected data through interviews, observations, and documentation to provide a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the implemented literacy strategies. The findings are expected to provide insights into teachers' effective strategies to stimulate and sustain reading interest among fourth-grade students.

Abstract

Learning management is a series of efforts that aim to regulate the teaching and learning process, in order to achieve an effective and efficient teaching and learning process. Religious intelligence can be interpreted as an attitude or behavior that is obedient in implementing religious teachings that are adhered to by tolerance towards practitioners of worship and living in harmony with others. The Book of Taisirul Kholak is a concise book regarding knowledge and morals. This book makes it easier for someone to carry out morals and understand various kinds of morals. So you know exactly what morals must be implemented and what morals must be abandoned. In this thesis, three things are discussed, namely: (1) How to implement the learning management of the book Taisirul Khalaq at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school in Jati Agung, South Lampung. (2) What are the efforts to increase the understanding of the religious intelligence of students at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school in Jati Agung, South Lampung. (3) What are the Supporting and Inhibiting Factors for the Implementation of learning management of the book Taisirul Khalaq in Efforts to Understand the Religious Intelligence of Santri at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school in Jati Agung, South Lampung. The results of comprehensive research regarding the implementation of learning the book of Taisirul Kholaq at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school in Jati Agung, South Lampung, can be concluded that: first, the implementation of learning management for the Book of Taisirul Kholaq is running well and effectively as seen from the implementation of effective learning indicators. Second, efforts to understand religious intelligence through learning activities on the book of Taisirul Kholaq at the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic boarding school include: the role of the ustadz of the Book of Taisirul Kholaq in forming students' morals has played an active role, the methods used in forming students' morals are the method of example, example, giving advice, habituation, and punishment.

Abstract

This research is development research which aims to find out whether there is a difference in the influence between the lecture process carried out online and conventionally on the learning outcomes of students at the Faculty of Engineering, UNM. The type of research used in this research is descriptive quantitative research. The descriptive quantitative research carried out aimed to describe the learning outcomes of UNM Faculty of Engineering students conducted online and face-to-face during the COVID-19 pandemic at the UNM Faculty of Engineering. The data used in this research is 600 primary data, namely data taken directly during the research using appropriate research instruments. Data in the form of social studies students from the Faculty of Engineering. The data collection technique used is the Purposive Sampling Technique. The inferential statistical data analysis used in this research is the paired T-test. Analysis was carried out after ensuring that the data held was normally distributed data. Based on the results of the research and discussion that have been described and looking at the problems from the problem formulation, it can be concluded that with the Sig. is 0.000, which is a value smaller than 0.05. Thus, H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an average difference between social studies students at the Faculty of Engineering, Makassar State University in conventional and online lectures.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pelaksanaan metode Index Card Match dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadits di MI NU Sholahiyah. Dalam konteks ini, fokus utama adalah untuk (1) Meninjau pelaksanaan metode Index Card Match pada pembelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadits di MI NU Sholahiyah; dan (2) Mengetahui peran guru dalam penerapan metode Index Card Match pada pembelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadits di MI NU Sholahiyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala madrasah, guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadits, dan siswa MI NU Sholahiyah. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan melalui metode triangulasi, yaitu triangulasi sumber data dan triangulasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan metode Index Card Match dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an Hadits melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi dapat meningkatakan ketertarikan belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Qur’an Hadits. Pelaksanaan metode ICM dalam pembelajaran Al-Qur'an dan Hadits di MI NU Sholahiyah telah memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap pemahaman siswa. Peran guru dalam pelaksanaan metode ICM sangat penting, termasuk dalam memotivasi peserta didik. Guru bertindak sebagai fasilitator yang membimbing dan mendorong interaksi aktif antara siswa serta memastikan kesesuaian metode dengan kurikulum dan karakteristik siswa

Abstract

Quality education must be supported by the selection of appropriate resources and learning models. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model in improving Mathematics Learning Outcomes for Class I SD Supriyadi 02 Semarang. This research is quantitative research. The research design used was pre-experimental with a one group pretest posttest design system. The population in this study was 26 students with 14 female students and 12 male students. The sampling technique used was a saturated sample. Data collection techniques use tests. Data analysis techniques include normality tests, homogeneity tests and hypothesis tests. The results obtained were that the pretest score obtained an average score of 59.23 with a posttest score of 80.00. Based on the results of the t-test, the sig (2-tailed) value is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. The research results show an increase in learning outcomes through the Problem Based Learning learning model in class I.

Abstract

Epistemological thinking of the Pancasila philosophy in the context of the development of science means whether elementary school students in Indonesia understand the theoretical values ​​of Pancasila in a book. The aim of this research is to find out whether sixth grade elementary school students know the basic values ​​of Pancasila. This type of research is qualitative. Qualitative research methods focus on interviewing other people in external and complex environments. (Moleong, 1999; Creswell, 2002, Lindloft, 1995), states that qualitative research methods are more inductive. This means that the research step that must be prioritized is data based on facts, symptoms, phenomena, reality which is the theme, then processed, processed, so that at the end of the research it can become a proposition, model or even theory. The solution to this problem is to have qualified teachers, provide socialization in the school, and practice the basic values ​​of Pancasila, and not just verbally in Pancasila and citizenship education books.

Abstract

Political education is a scientific study that discusses the political system, constitution, human rights, general elections, political parties, public policy and political participation. Political education refers to how people in remote villages receive attention from the government to provide an understanding of political education. This research focuses on political education in Javanese society in the Pernantian plantation village. This type of research is qualitative. The qualitative research method focuses on interviewing other people outside the environment and is complex. (Moleong, 1999; Creswell, 2002, Lindloft, 1995), states that qualitative research methods are more inductive. This means that the research step that must be prioritized is data based on facts, symptoms, phenomena, reality which is the theme, then processed, processed, so that at the end of the research it can become a proposition, model or even theory. It is hoped that this research will provide awareness of government performance, because remote villages still lack knowledge about political education. The results of the author's findings from fieldwork reveal that, in the plantation villages, the majority of Javanese people spend their time working and do not care about political education and in fact they are very anti-political education.

Abstract

The problem in this research is what the discourse context and inferences are about the speeches of the Indonesian presidential candidates in 2024. The focus is on discussing Prabowo-Gibran's expressions in their orations. The aim of the research is to describe the context and inference of discourse Prabowo Subianto's speech on electronic media TEMPO.CO and CNBC Indonesia. The type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The data sources in this research were taken from electronic media Tempo.CO and CNBC Indonesia.The data analysis technique uses content analysis. The results of context research and discourse inference in Prabowo Subianto's speech are that Prabowo Subianto's speech as a whole contains the context and inference of campaigning, enthusiasm, readiness and optimism of the presidential candidate pair. and representatives, the winning team, supporters, and especially the entire Gerindra Party family, with persuasive speeches for get more support so you can achieve victory. Prabowo's expressions regarding his work program are still being monitored and are being questioned by the public.
