Abstract

This study aims to obtain data and information about how to increase students' mathematics learning outcomes using a scientific approach in class I.A SD Negeri 04 Payakumbuh TP. 2020/2021. The type of research that the authors did was Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects in the Classroom Action Research (PTK) that the author did were Class I.A students at SD Negeri 04 Payakumbuh, totaling 30 students with a composition of 12 boys and 18 girls. The procedure and flow of this research consists of three cycles with four research stages. Data collection instruments in this classroom action research include: knowledge tests, skill test sheets, documentation. Data collected in each observation activity from the implementation of the research cycle were analyzed descriptively using the percentage technique to see trends that occur in learning activities. The results of the research activities that have been carried out for two cycles, and based on all the discussions and analyzes that have been carried out, it can be concluded that: The increase in learning Mathematics through a scientific approach is marked by an increase in the learning completeness of students in each cycle, this can be seen from the stages of the scientific approach: Centered learning on students. Learning forms students' self concept. Learning avoids verbalism. Learning provides opportunities for students to assimilate and accommodate concepts, laws, and principles. Learning encourages an increase in students' thinking skills. Learning increases student learning motivation and teacher teaching motivation. Provide opportunities for students to practice communication skills. There is a process of validation of the concepts, laws, and principles constructed by students in their cognitive structure.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information on how to improve student learning outcomes on the theme of playing in my environment through COVID-19 learning using the blended learning method in class II.C SDN 04 Payakumbuh odd semester in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The research was conducted at SDN 04 Payakumbuh. The subjects in the Classroom Action Research (PTK) that the author did were Class II.C students at SDN 04 Payakumbuh, North Payakumbuh District, totaling 29 people. This Classroom Action Research (TK) was conducted in the 2021/2022 academic year semester 1 for three months, namely August, September, October 2021. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four research stages starting from planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection in Class II.Cni action research includes: observation sheets, test sheets, documentation, and online sheets. The data taken by the observer is processed using a percentage (quantitative) technique. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that using the COVID-19 Learning Blended Learning Method can improve student learning outcomes in each cycle, this can be seen from the mastery of learning knowledge which increases from pre-cycle 76.21 = 55%, cycle I 84.83 = 69%, and cycle II 97.24 = 97%. For mastery learning skills, namely pre-cycle 77.59 = 55%, cycle I 88.62 = 72%, and cycle II 96.90 = 93%.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and discuss the application of the group resume method through documentary film media to increase the activity and results of studying history for class XI students of SMAN 1 Rantau Kobar. This research is a classroom action research which consists of two cycles. Each cycle has four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Rantau Kobar with class XI students as subjects. Data collection techniques using observation sheets, tests, field notes and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the application of the group resume method through documentary film media can increase the activity and results of learning history for class XI students of SMAN 1 Rantau Kobar.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain information and discuss the application of cooperative learning models of the team game tournament (TGT) type to increase the activity and results of learning history for class XI IPS-1 SMAN 1 Rantau Kobar. This research is a classroom action research which is a systematic study conducted in order to improve practices in education so that student learning outcomes are further enhanced by taking practical actions in reflection and action. Classroom action research is an activity that consists of a series of activities, in this study there are several cycles. The cycle will be stopped when learning completeness has been fulfilled. The four main activities in each cycle are planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted at SMAN 1 Rantau Kobar. The subjects in this study were students of SMAN 1 Rantau Kobar. Data collection techniques used observation sheets, tests, field notes and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the activities and results of student history learning increased through the cooperative learning model of the team game tournament (TGT) type for class XI IPS-1 students of SMAN 1 Rantau Kobar.

Abstract

This study aims to disclose information and discuss the use of the Project Based Learning Learning Model in Indonesian Subjects with My Theme to Improve Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya Odd Semester in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research is included in the type of classroom action research (CAR). This research was conducted at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya. When this research was carried out in the odd semester of the 2022 - 2023 school year which began in July 2022. The subjects in this study were 25 grade IV students. The research procedure consisted of two cycles with four research stages starting from planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection in this study was carried out using res, field notes, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is to use the percentage formula. The results of this study are to use the Project Based Learning Learning Model in Indonesian Subjects with My Theme to Improve Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students at SD Negeri 166/X Pandan Jaya Odd Semester in the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This can be seen from the students' learning completeness which always increases starting in the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II, namely by 28%, 60% and 92%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there are significant differences in stock prices and transaction volume due to Covid 19 (Case study at PT.Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk). The data for this study were taken two years before the announcement of the first case of covid 19 in Indonesia, namely the period March 2018 - February 2020 and two years after the announcement of the first case of covid 19 in Indonesia, namely the period March 2020 - February 2022. The data was processed using a paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the stock prices two years before and two years after the announcement of the first case of Covid 19 in Indonesia.

Abstract

Teachers are one of the professional workers who need skills in it. One of the basic abilities possessed by a teacher is the ability to teach or teaching skills. The ability to teach becomes a provision for teachers in carrying out their duties to become teachers later. In addition, teaching skills are also one of the important things in achieving learning goals. Teaching skills are skills related to all aspects of teacher abilities related to various teacher duties. Managing and leading classes is not easy, proper exercises and methods are needed; in this study it emphasizes how micro teaching learning can develop the skills needed by teachers later. There are eight skills that teachers need including, explaining skills, questioning skills, skills using a variety of stimulus, strengthening skills, opening, and closing lessons, small group and individual teaching skills, classroom management skills, and guiding small group discussions. In research using descriptive qualitative methods, the data that has been collected is then processed and the results are in the form of explanations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of good university governance on university performance. This research method uses quantitative with an associative approach. The samples used in this study were 199 respondents who were on the campuses of the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University Jakarta and the Ahmad Dahlan Institute of Technology and Business Jakarta. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. The data collection method uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to stakeholders. The results of the study show that Good University Govenance has an effect on the performance of Higher Education.

Abstract

This study aims to discuss and obtain information regarding the application of academic supervision to improve teachers' abilities to develop learning approaches at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru. This research is a school action research which consists of two cycles where each cycle follows four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. This research was conducted at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru in the even semester of the 2021/2022 school year with teachers at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru as the subject. Data collection techniques use observation sheets, field notes, and documentation. Data were analyzed using percentages and data reduction. The results of the study show that through academic supervision it can improve the ability of teachers to develop learning approaches at SMAN 13 Pekanbaru by giving rewards.

Abstract

The research objectives that have been stated previously are that the researcher wants to measure the magnitude of the influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of apparatus. Tinelo Ayula Village, Bulango Selatan District, the effect is obtained between the interpersonal communication variable and the village apparatus performance variable. In this study, researchers used quantitative data analysis methods by distributing questionnaires to respondents as a sample in this study with a total sample of 40 people. Data collection techniques used in this study were Observation, Interview Interviews, Questionnaires/Questionnaires and Documentation as well as Data Analysis Techniques in this study using Descriptive Analysis Analysis Techniques, Data Normality Test, and Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination in the table above show that the adjusted determination coefficient or the R Square number is 0.520. or 52.0% This value indicates that 0.52% of apparatus performance variability can be explained by the interpersonal communication variable, while the remaining 42.0% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. Based on the results of the research in the previous chapter, it can be concluded that Interpersonal Communication has a significant positive effect on the performance of Tinelo Ayula Village Officials, Bulango Selatan District. This result is evidenced by the t-count value of 2.280 which is greater than the t-table of 2.02439 and a significance value of 0.000 or less than 0.05. These results indicate that by implementing interpersonal communication with officials, it can improve the performance of Tinelo Ayula Village officials, Bulango Selatan District.
