Abstract

The motivation for this research is that there are still many people in the Capital Region of Jakarta who believe that education is not important, because they see that many people who have only completed junior high school are on the same level as those who have gone through tertiary education. What is the role of education in maintaining inter-religious tolerance in Jakarta. The study used the interview method in which the researcher went into the field to collect data. The results of this study are very clear: education is essential for improving human life, and it can also help to improve relations between people of different cultures and beliefs, The role of the elite in society is to maintain tolerance by guiding and protecting the community. The role of government in carrying out its duties is very beneficial, namely acting as an umbrella in society in promoting tolerance in Jakarta.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the existence of several complaints from the public regarding public services in Natuna Regency, especially in terms of clean water services provided by the Tirta Nusa Regional Drinking Water Company, Natuna Regency. People who are customers still complain about the quality of services provided by PDAM. This can lead to a decrease in the number of customers who are dissatisfied with the services provided. The final objective of this study is to determine the service strategy of the Tirta Nusa Regional Drinking Water Company, Natuna Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used a descriptive analysis model. The results of this study are the service strategy of the Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Nusa, Natuna Regency in terms of empathy (empathy) employees are less concerned with what customers want. The service felt that it was not what they expected. Especially in terms of water services. The strategy used by PDAM Tirta Nusa in improving service quality is to increase clean water services for the population with a minimum coverage of 80%, PDAM Tirta Nusa can increase income by increasing the quantity and quality of clean water services and maintaining the carrying capacity of the surrounding environment

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence brand ambassadors have on consumer buying interest. This research design uses survey research that is quantitative in nature by taking a sample from one population, then using a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The population in this study is the community in the Jatiasih sub-district, Bekasi with a total sample of 80 respondents. Data collection techniques in this study are literature studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study is Simple Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that brand ambassadors have a positive effect on consumer buying interest. From the questionnaire data obtained from the respondents, the researcher conducted a simple regression test with the results obtained a constant (a) value of 32.458, while the brand ambassador value (b/regression coefficient) was 0.394. From these results, the regression equation can be entered as follows: Y= 32.458 + 0.394X. The results of the above equation can be translated as a constant of 32.458 which means that the consistency value of the brand ambassador variable is 32.458, the regression coefficient X is 0.394, which states that the addition of 1% of the brand ambassador value will increase buying interest by 0.394. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the influence of brand ambassador (X) on buying interest (Y) is positive. And based on the significance value obtained from the table above of 0.000 <0.05 so it can be concluded that the brand ambassador variable (X) has an effect on the buying interest variable (Y). The results of the coefficient of determination obtained coefficient of determination that is equal to 0.405 or 40.5%. The conclusion is that as much as 40.5% of the brand ambassador variables affect buying interest, while the remaining 59.5% is influenced by other variables outside the study

Abstract

This study aims to find out the variety of Al-Qur'an receptions in the Islamic boarding school, as well as trying to understand the values ​​inherent in it. This research was designed using qualitative methods and included in the type of field research (field research). In obtaining data, researchers used various instruments, such as interviews, observation, and documentation. The analysis that researchers use is in the form of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. From the research conducted, it shows that: (1) the variety of Al-Qur'an receptions in the Islamic boarding school include, firstly exegesis receptions in the form of thematic interpretation studies, secondly aesthetic receptions manifest in calligraphy in the teacher's room, dormitory and caregiver's room, while Functional receptions are manifested in the recitation of selected letters and eternal receptions are manifested in various Qur'anic preservation practices, such as memorizing verses in the form of sima'an and muraja'ah. The values ​​inherent in the variety of receptions include: objective values, expressive values, and documentary values. objectively concludes that the variety of reception behavior at the Islamic boarding school is a symbol of obedience to the rules of the Islamic boarding school. Its expressive value is a form of self-internalization with positive things through a continuous process of learning the Qur'an and its documentary value is a form of local contextualization of comprehensive cultural system

Abstract

In order for business owners to increase and maintain customer happiness, this study explores whether there are significant differences in perceptions and expectations of service quality. The author uses quantitative analysis. Data was collected through surveys and analyzed using IPA (Importance Performance Analysis), CSI, and Service of Quality (Customer Satisfaction Index) procedures. The survey findings show that, although customers are satisfied with the services provided, they are subpar. This is evidenced by the findings of a study on a customer satisfaction level of 82% as measured by CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) techniques or procedures. Five qualities indicated in quadrant I (top priority) and four qualities indicated in quadrant II (maintain achievement), indicating outstanding service quality

Abstract

This study aims to identify the effect of the work environment and compensation on the work motivation of J&T Express Sungai Full Branch employees during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research was conducted to test whether there is a relationship or influence between variables, especially to test the hypothesis in structural equations. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique. The results showed that the work environment has a significant effect on work motivation, as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 4.130 > 2.03693, and a significance value of 0.041 <0.05. Compensation has a significant effect on work motivation as evidenced by tcount > ttable, namely 3.929 > 2.03693, and a significance value of 0.030 <0.05. Work Environment and Compensation have a significant effect on Work Environment as evidenced by fcount > ftable (6.550 > 3.29) and with a significance value of 0.010 <0.05.

Abstract

Science learning is a learning content that is favored by students. Because the material is directly related to everyday life. Online learning causes students' interest to decrease in learning. So that the IPA load value obtained is low. So it is hoped that the Project Based Learning model can help improve student learning outcomes in science learning content. The implementation of the Project Based Learning model consists of five activities, namely: determining fundamental questions, designing project plans, compiling schedules, monitoring students and project progress, testing results, evaluating experiences, product finalization and publication. The data obtained comes from the data of students, teachers, and documentation. Data collection procedures used observation instruments, field notes, tests, observations of collaborators and documentation. We can see the results obtained from three sides. The first is from the implementation side which relates to students' interest in carrying out learning which shows an increase, secondly the character formation of students is reflected from the assignment assignments, and thirdly, there is an increase in students' natural science learning outcomes with the Project Based Learning model in class VI.C SD Negeri 04 Payakumbuh.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the increase in PJOK learning outcomes of students through the discovery learning model in Class V SDN 03 Payakumbuh odd semester TP 2022/2023." This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of three cycles, where each cycle consisted of; planning, action, observation and reflection. It will be carried out from July to December 2022. Data is processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are that using the Discovery Learning model can improve student PJOK learning outcomes. This is evident from the increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the use of the Discovery Learning Model can improve student learning outcomes.

This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of three cycles, where each cycle consisted of; planning, action, observation and reflection. It was carried out from January to June 2022. Data was processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are that using the demonstration method can improve student PJOK learning outcomes. This is evident from the increase in student learning activities in each cycle. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the use of demonstration methods can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to see and analyze the use of the online method to improve PJOK learning outcomes for students in foot ball material for students in the subject matter of soccer games in class V SDN 47 Payakumbuh Semester I TP. 2021/2022. This research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research method which consisted of three cycles, where each cycle consisted of; planning, action, observation and reflection. It will be held from July to December 2021. Data is processed in each cycle and then analyzed using percentages. The results obtained from this study are that using the online method can improve student learning outcomes. This is evident from the increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle, on the value of knowledge and skills. The conclusion obtained from this study is that the use of the Online Method can improve students' PJOK learning outcomes.
