Abstract

The teacher is a figure whose role is needed in the world of education. Teachers are expected not only to transfer knowledge, but are able to educate and direct the development of the character and personality of students. A teacher must have a personality that reflects a teacher who deserves to be emulated, where the teacher's code of ethics is used as a reference/guideline. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the teacher's code of ethics as a basis for behavior. This research method uses descriptive qualitative analysis with a library research approach, namely by collecting material from both books and journals that support this research. The teacher's code of ethics is the moral foundation and code of conduct for teachers in carrying out their work related to educating, teaching, guiding, training and directing students. In some literature it is explained that the teacher's code of ethics is intended as a guide to behavior or as a controller for teachers in carrying out their profession. Based on this, it can be concluded that the teacher's code of ethics influences the development of education.

Abstract

This study is based on the difference in child development of children based on parenting patterns. The purpose of this study is to reveal the level of parenting, and reveal the level of social development of teenagers in SMP Negeri 17 Jambi city and revealed the influence of parenting pattern of social development in adolescence. In this study are limited to 1) the level of social development in teenagers 2) students who have parents (father and mother) work 3) research subjects to students of class VIII SMP Negeri 17 Jambi city. Social development is the achievement of maturity in social relationships. While the parent's pattern works is a parent way in guiding, treating and educating children despite the occupational work. How parents are parenting without leaving her job. This type of research is quantitative with expost facto method. Data collection techniques are using questionnaire and sampling technique using total sampling with sample amount of 80 students. Based on the results of the study showed that there was a significant influence between variables X and variable Y. The influence was evidenced by the value of the sig. 0.05 which shows there is an influence between variables. At the same time, the value of the counter is 0,170 which is interpreted quite strongly. Therefore cooperation between teachers and parents will be well in order to be able to equalize and guide the direction of child's social development.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the development of Islamic civilization in the Medina phase. Here we can see the accuracy of the Prophet in taking coaching steps, because only with the support of the ummah can uphold the society that will be built. And the unity of the ummah can only be realized if there is brotherhood and mutual love, this is important for the Messenger of Allah to do because remnants of ignorance and tribal fanaticism may still arise if not immediately brotherhood between the Muhajirin and Ansar and fellow Ansar people, previously there were frequent wars between they. On the other hand, it aims to foster mutual help, where the Muhajirin come to Medina without bringing anything. With a solid Islamic society based on solid monotheism and unity that loves one another, agreements with outsiders can be made. This research uses the method (library research) by collecting a number of books, magazines, journals, lifet which are related to the problem and research objectives. Data collection with the results of previous research which supports data on research themes related to the development of the Islamic civilization of the Medina phase with the research process starting with the stages of identifying, finding relevant information, analyzing the findings, and then developing and expressing them into new findings related to the development of the Islamic civilization phase medina.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Islamic civilization during the time of the Rashidun caliphs, the Rasyidin Khulafaur were the leaders who replaced the Prophet Muhammad in managing human life who were just, wise, clever, always carried out their duties properly and always received guidance from Allah. The task of the Rashidun Khulafaur was to replace the leadership of the Prophet Muhammad in managing the lives of the Muslims. In the leadership of Abu Bakr, he carried out his power as during the time of the Prophet, was central; Legislative, executive and judicial powers are concentrated in the hands of the caliph. Nevertheless, the caliph also carried out the law. Nevertheless, like the Prophet Muhammad, Abu Bakr always invited his great friends to consult. Umar is known as someone who is good at creating regulations, because he does not only improve and even review existing policies. Caliph Umar has also implemented democratic principles in power, namely by guaranteeing equal rights for every citizen. Caliph Umar was known as a simple man, he even allowed land from colonies to be managed by their owners and even forbade the Muslims to own it, while the soldiers received allowances from the Baitul Mal, which was generated from taxes. The method in this study used the method (library research) by collecting a number of literature relating to the problem and research objectives. Data collection with the results of previous research which supports data on research on Islamic civilization during the time of the Rashidun caliphs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out that the Islamic Awakening in all fields is the result of renewal of thought in Islam. Modern Islamic revival takes the form of the popularity of various aspects of Islamic culture. One example is the development of Islamic clothing and many women who wear closed clothes but do not cover their curves. Islamic revival also does not. This shift in the concept of society is one of the important foundations of Islamic political history in the following centuries. Previously, in the tribal system, the bonding aspect of the community unit was blood and descent; In the concept of Ummah, the main binding aspect is religious belief (Islam). To regain the glory of Islam, Muslims must face internal and external struggles against the Western world. The revival of Islamic civilization with new enthusiasm shows that there is an Islamic transformation that never stops from time to time. This process was marked by the growth of Islamic institutions which were not only carried out by the government and Islamic organizations, but also by new Muslim groups that had existed before. On the socio-political stage itself, Islam has found momentum to emerge with its "new style" in various aspects of life, including education, politics, economy, and socio-culture. The method in this study used the method (library research) by collecting a number of literature relating to the problem and research objectives. Abstract

Social media is a network that is very easy to access as a means of surfing in cyberspace, especially the social media tiktok. There are lots of benefits that can be taken by users who use this application, for example, is interacting with friends. This study aims to reveal the effect of the level of use of social media tiktok on the level of social interaction of class VII students at SMP Negeri 17 Jambi City. This type of research is quantitative with ex post facto method. The technique used in collecting data is by using a questionnaire, and to determine the accuracy of the instrument validity and reliability tests are carried out. Then the data analysis technique used was formula C, normality test, linearity test, and simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 79 students from 239 students. . The results of the study show that the effect of using social media tiktok on the level of social interaction of class VII students at SMP Negeri 17 Jambi City is at a percentage of 11.2% or 0.112 with a low but definite classification. The level of social media use by students is 63.89% which is included in the high category. While the level of social interaction of students of 64.57% is included in the high category.

Abstract

The study is set back by a child who experiences the effects of parental abuse on a child. The purpose of this study is to describe the parent’s abuse of children seen from: 1) physical impact;2) psychological impact. It is a qualitative study of case study. The RH key informant and 2 additional informers made up of 1 RH client friend and 1 RH domestic assistant who was experiencing parental abuse. The study was focused on the effects of parental abuse on children in both physical and psychological aspects. The instruments used in this study are guidelines of observation and interview guidelines, techniques used in data processing through data reduction, data presentation and deduction. Research revealed that the physical effects of the RH client were of bruising and scrapes, of sleeping disorders after beatings, of silence when asked what was befallen him; 2) the psychological impact of the RH is that of feeling sadness, fear and shame, worry, worry, low self-esteem, low self-esteem, and often isolation and isolation from friends. According to the issues at hand, RH was given a consultation to treat his parents’ abuse without interfering with his psychological development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and demonstrate the principal's leadership style in planning each school program; carry out the implementation of school programs; supervise school programs; evaluate the performance of teachers and school programs; and overcoming obstacles and supports in the implementation and design of school programs. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach or method. Through case studies that directly see, analyze and research at SDN Bojong Rawalumbu VI. This study also uses data collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies, data analysis using qualitative analysis with activity steps; reduction; presentation of field data; drawing conclusions and verifying. The results of this study indicate that: school principal planning includes, namely: compiling various annual school programs; carry out the implementation of learning programs and the vision and mission that have been designed, carried out routinely and efficiently; carry out clinical supervision or in-depth supervision of teacher performance; evaluating teacher programs and performance so that they are in line with the school program plans that have been made; overcoming obstacles that occur in the implementation of school programs and always involving all stakeholders or members of the school community in supporting the school's vision and mission to improve the quality of education and teacher performance at SDN Bojong Rawalumbu VI.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang learning environment, and to find out what implementation model was carried out. The research method used is field research with a qualitative descriptive approach as well as observation and interview methods. The results of this study are, the implementation of the teacher's code of ethics carried out by teachers in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang learning environment is that every teacher at MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang has an exemplary attitude, empathy, always gives appreciation, attention , and open. Then the implementation model carried out by teachers in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah Karawang learning environment is by example and habituation. This implementation was successfully carried out by teachers in the MDA Raudlatul Athfalis Sa'adah learning environment due to the cohesiveness of each teacher, good communication with student guardians, and monitoring from the school principal.

Abstract

Education and Science is a unit that is needed by everyone to broaden their thinking. Language is a sound or speech symbolization system in human daily communication. For humans, there are two roles that language has, namely as a medium of thought and as a medium of communication. The thinking process cannot be separated from language mastery because humans think through language symbols. Human thoughts and ideas are very important to convey to others. Good communication must use good media as well. Language plays an important role in the development of knowledge, especially as a medium of thought and a medium of communication. Language should be able to explain and represent the symbolism of a concept in science itself. Vocabulary is the treasure of a language, especially those that are closely related to messages that connote thoughts. The preparation of this analysis uses a term known as a literature review study or literature review from various scientific journals and Google Scholar to obtain relevant journal articles. The aim of this type of research is to incorporate relevant theory and ongoing or previously unknown issues as building blocks for the analysis of research results. Seeing the interconnectedness of the sources for this theoretical study, it can be concluded that language has a very important role in the application of knowledge, because language itself has a very close attachment/relationship with the mind. Language is a medium of thinking and a medium of human communication.
