Abstract

This study analyzed Majaz mursal contained in Surah Al-Baqarah according to Bayan Science Perspective.  Majaz mursal is part of majaz lughawi which discusses the use of lafazd not for its original meaning because there is alaqah which is in addition to likeness and there is also currynah that blocks understanding with the meaning of haqiqi (original). Research methods are libraryresearch, and data analysis techniques that use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques.   The result of this study is that "Majaz mursal in surat Al-Baqarah there are sixteen verses, namely Majaz Sababiyah is in verse 55, Musabbabiyah is in verses 174, 235, Majaz Juziyyah is found in verses 43, 112, 115, 125, 144, 177. Kuliyyah is found in verses 50, 19, Majaz I'tibaru ma'kana is not found in surat Al-Baqarah, Majaz I'tibaru maa yakuunu is found in verses 17, 49, 230, Majaz Mahaliyyah is found in verse 9, Majaz Haliyyah is found in verse 81, and Majaz Aliyah is not found in Surah Al-Baqarah.

Abstract

This study is aimed to know the effect of video dubbing on Arabic students’ and English-speaking fluency at the second grade of SMAN 1 Gunungsari in academic year 2020/2021. The approach of this research is quantitative research and the type of the research is quasi experimental research using one group pre-test and post-test design. The methods of data collection are carried out by means of documentation and speaking test. The result of this study shows that the implementation of video dubbing on student’s Arabic and English-speaking skill has a significant effect and makes the students spoke fluently. It was proved by the mean score in the post-test was higher than mean score in the pre-test and result of t-test shows that t-test 4.205 is higher than t-table 2.024. Besides, the researcher found that the students were able to speak confidently and they had many vocabularies which could not be found in others previous research. It can be concluded that the implementation of video dubbing on students’ Arabic and English-speaking skill has a good effect and successfully made the students spoke fluently.

Abstract

This research aimed to examine projects in creative Arabic writing by online learning with the scamper method. The object of research in this study was UIN Sunan Kalijaga's 4th semester of Arabic language and literature students. The research design used was True - Experimental Designs. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Research showed that the process of learning creative Arabic writing using online-based Scamper methods in kitābah courses is declared effective, with the results of the pretest test -t independent simple test showed that sig. 0.003 < 0.05. While the results of the posttest test-t independent simple test showed sig. 0.00 < 0.05. Strengthened by the analysis of the test-paired sample test showed a level sig. 0.00 < 0.05 so that it was concluded under Ha accepted and there was a significant difference. As for the results of learning to write creative Arabic with the scamper method after treatment in the experimental group, this can be seen from the increase in the experimental group by 18% and the control group only by 9,2% . This proved that there were significant differences before and after using learning strategies with scamper methods based on online experiment classes in writing creative Arabic on kitābah courses.

Abstract

This article aimed to find out what the role of behaviorist language acquisition theory in learning Arabic online from the perspective of BF. Skinner. This research was a literature review that explores information about the role of language acquisition theory in learning Arabic, especially the idea of behaviorism according to BF Skinner's view. This research showed that the theory of BF Skinner's language acquisition plays a role in learning Arabic because it can help teachers determine what kind of technology media and methods will be used by teachers in learning Arabic. In selecting technology media and learning methods, Arabic teachers should use Synchronous Learning-based media and techniques as much as possible. Synchronous Learning is online learning with direct communication, such as using the Zoom cloud meeting application. Because the purpose of learning Arabic can be achieved if there is habituation in the four language skills, the teachers can also determine the reward or reinforcement for Arabic language learners according to the learners' psychological condition so that learners will be encouraged to improve their language skills even in online learning conditions continuously.

Abstract

Improving Arabic speaking skills for non-native speakers are faced with serious problems, so educational institutions must be able to make new breakthroughs in efforts to improve communication skills. Ma'had al-Jami'ah IAIN Padangsidimpuan determines that a program is seen as part of efforts to improve Arabic communication skills, namely "activity-based language week". This study aimed to describe the implementation of the activity-based language week program at Ma'had Al-Jamiah IAIN Padangsidimpuan in Arabic learning, especially maharah kalam projected as an alternative to reduce the problematic Arabic skills of PTKI students. This study was carried out with a qualitative approach where data were collected through participatory observation, interviews, and document studies. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique consisting of collection, reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results, the activity-based language week program was well implemented in four activities with various activities, namely ilqa' al-mufrodat, muroja'ah, hiwar practice, and muhadhoroh lughoh. These four activities were proven to be able to minimize the difficulties of students in learning Arabic based on improving skills in using Arabic as a means of daily communication. This study recommends further researchers to conduct trials related to the effectiveness of its implementation or examine the language week program.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to show how to use Quizizz-based psycholinguistic evaluation in a learning evaluation and to assess its effectiveness. This study used a qualitative descriptive case study approach, which resulted in descriptive data in the form of written or spoken statements from the participants and observations of their behavior. Thus, direct interviews with students of Independent Campus Freedom To Learn are one of the data collection strategies. According to the findings of the questionnaire and interview distribution, 89 percent of respondents claimed that this evaluation was not dull but provided a lot of diversity, even if 14.3 percent said they utilized Quizizz because it didn't support the signal. Furthermore, 100% of respondents thought the learning evaluation method was not dull or monotonous. These findings suggest that Quizizz-based evaluation is a lot of fun and doesn't get boring in the classroom, and it gets students excited about learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by many Arabic Language students who only understand the terms of grammatical function in Nahwu, yet not with the essence of its meaning. Therefore, this research researches one of the books in the past - that keeps much secret knowledge - with semiotic studies as part of the linguistic form and educational value analysis. The purpose of the research is to recognize the icons, indexes, and symbols that had been used by Imam Ibnu Ajibah as the interpretation of terms in Nahwu and to know the value of education in this book. The research method that is used is qualitative descriptive with Pierce semiotic approach and literature review technique for research data collection. This research's primary data source is from Al-Futuhaat Al-Quddusiyah Fi Syarhi Muqaddimati Al-Jurumiyyah book created by Imam Ibnu Ajibah. The result of this research shows that there are two icons in the book: Tasawuf/Sufism (teachings on how to get closer to Allah and be united with Him) expert and the second one is what Sufi people do. Three indexes are also recognized: the speaking behavior index, behavior of a Salik index, and jihad behavior index. The six symbols inside the book are the Asma Allah symbol, the procedure of the Wushul symbol, the Ma'rifat symbol, the saints' oath symbol, the Jihad symbol, and the unseen symbol. The value of education in the book includes tawhid education values - which are Rububiyyah Tawhid and Asma wa Sifat Tawhid - and moral education values - which are morals towards Allah, Rasulullah, and morals towards human beings in their personal and social environment state-.

Abstract

The transformation of learning statically requires teachers to adapt to technology to face significant changes, especially in terms of adoption of digital education. What the teacher provides is not only the transmission of learning materials, but also digital literacy to facilitate the needs of students according to conditions in the field. Based on preliminary data, it is known that Arabic language teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nuruzholam, Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan experience problems in terms of limited ability in the field of learning technology. The research method used was descriptive qualitative method which aimed to describe the digital literacy competence of Arabic language teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nuruzholam. The results of the study showed that the digital literacy competence of Arabic language teachers can be seen from the teacher's activities such as; First, teachers can use the internet and use Google as a medium for finding information. Second, teachers obtain information by using the internet, Third, familiar teachers use the YouTube application as a means of finding information or learning Arabic resources. Fourth, the teacher uses the information obtained as a source of learning Arabic without any validation of data processing.

Abstract

This study aimed to explore how Arabic phonological, vocabulary, and grammatical are acquired.  A qualitative approach was used to deeply explore that acquisition. The results showed that the strategy of acquiring phonological aspects carried out by drilling audio listening activities, either in the form of lectures from native speakers directly or in the form of murottal, Netflix, YouTube, and online radio; while the vocabulary acquisition strategy is done by using an Arabic dictionary both online and offline, as well as reading more books, and news through online portals. Grammatical elements are acquired by directly reading nahwu and shorof books such as Jurumiyyah, Nahwu Wadhih, and Al-arabiyah baina yadaik practicing directly by studying Arabic sentences and practicing I'rab. The findings showed that the language acquisition process using various strategies can provide language acquisition of phonological, vocabulary, and grammatical aspects.  Practical implications and further research to explore more diverse variables and more complex research methods are provided.

Abstract

The aim of study was a deep understanding of the description of content validity of a LMS-Moodle Based to support learning Arabic academic writing. This research focused on tracing LMS that are suitable to be used to carry out Arabic academic writing learning in college. This study used a Research and Development method that combines two research methods to describe the validation mechanism of the LMS-Moodle Based device for learning of Arabic writing. To develop this research instrument, the researchers developed an instrument based on the IPA Matrix analysis. After developing the instrument, LMS assessment was carried out by several experts in the field of learning media who assessed the LMS used in learning Arabic academic writing. The results of this study indicated that the LMS used for learning Arabic academic writing is feasible to use based on the measurement of the matrix science.
