Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of digital literacy and soft skills on the work readiness of Economics Education students. This research is a quantitative descriptive research with a population of 177 students. The sampling technique used in this research was proportionate random sampling which resulted in a sample of 130 student respondents. Data collection is carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires which are distributed via a google form link. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS. The results shown from this research are: First, digital literacy has a positive effect on the work readiness of UNS Economics Education Students. Second, soft skills have a positive effect on the work readiness of UNS Economics Education Students. Third, digital literacy and soft skills simultaneously have a positive effect on the work readiness of UNS Economics Education Students. Key words: digital literacy, soft skills, work readiness

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial characteristics on business success and entrepreneurial orientation on business success at grocery stores in Kebumen Regency. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sampling technique uses a probability sampling technique, namely proportionate random sampling from a population of 11,677 grocery stores with a sample of 117 grocery stores in Kebumen Regency. The research results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial characteristics on business success in the grocery store business in Kebumen Regency with a calculated t value > t table (2.153 > 1.981) a significance figure of 0.033 < 0.05, (2) there is positive and significant influence between entrepreneurial orientation on business success in grocery store businesses in Kebumen Regency with a calculated t value > t table (5.542 > 1.981) and a significance figure of 0.000 < 0.05, (3) there is a simultaneous influence between entrepreneurial characteristics and entrepreneurial orientation towards business success in the grocery store business in Kebumen Regency with a calculated F value > F table (56.762 > 3.080).

Abstract

Employee work productivity is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by employees in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. Based on the criteria, the researcher can determine a sample size of 35% of the existing population of 132 respondents, so that the research sample totals 46 respondents (rounded). Purposive sampling technique. Types of Quantitative Data and Qualitative Data sourced from Primary Data Sources and Secondary Data collected through Documentation and Questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses smart PLS SEM (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Modeling) software. The research results show that the influence of work life balance variables on employee work productivity is positive and significant. The influence of work life balance variables on job satisfaction is positive and significant. The influence of organizational culture variables on employee work productivity is positive and significant. The influence of organizational culture variables on job satisfaction is positive and not significant. The influence of the job satisfaction variable on employee work productivity is positive and significant. The influence of work life balance on employee work productivity through positive and significant job satisfaction. The influence of organizational culture on employee work productivity through positive and insignificant job satisfaction.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of return on assets, current ratio and total asset turnover on stock returns using firm value as a moderating variable in the consumer goods industry sector. This research is quantitative research using secondary data sources in data collection. The data sampling method used a purposive sampling technique, namely 20 companies in the consumer goods industry over a period of 5 years. Data analysis was carried out using MRA analysis. This research finds that return on assets and total asset turnover have a positive impact on stock returns, while current ratio has no impact on stock returns. This research also shows that company value does not affect return on assets, current ratio and total stock return turnover.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of return on assets, earnings per share, and debt to equity ratio on stock prices through dividend policy as an intervening variable. The research is quantitative research that uses secondary data in data collection. The research sample used a purposive sampling technique, namely 13 properties and real estate companies in 5 years. This research data analysis uses path analysis. This research found that return on assets has a positive impact on dividend payout ratio, while debt-to-equity ratio and earnings per share have no impact on dividend payout ratio.The test results also show debt to equity ratio have a negative impact on stock prices, while return on asset, earnings per share and dividend payout ratio have a positive impact on stock prices. This research also shows that dividend payout ratio does not influence the relationship between return on asset, debt to equity ratio, earnings per share and stock prices. Abstract

Data shows that job satisfaction among couriers is declining, which suggests that technological and scientific advances require high-quality talent. Factors affecting job satisfaction include work motivation and organizational culture. The aim of this research is to find out how work motivation and organizational culture influence job satisfaction in delivery services. Using a saturated sample, 48 couriers were registered as respondents. This quantitative research was conducted using double regression data analysis supported by SPSS version 26 and data collection through documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. According to this study, job motivation has no effect on courier job satisfaction. However, organizational culture has an influence on the satisfaction of the courier.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty which is mediated by Richeese Factory Customer Satisfaction in Bandung City. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling which is included in non-probability sampling. The sample determined was 120 respondents. The data in this research were obtained from primary data in the form of questionnaire results and secondary data obtained from Topbrandaward, 2023. Data were analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests and Sobel tests. The results of this research are: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Richeese Factory customer satisfaction in the city of Bandung, 2) Service quality has a positive effect on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung City, 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung city, 4) Customer satisfaction plays a positive role in mediating the influence of service quality on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung City.

Abstract

The physical work environment and work safety continue to be poorly monitored, resulting in a decline in employee performance. Based on data, employee absenteeism continues to increase. A messy and dirty physical work environment makes workers uncomfortable, and work safety remains high. The aim of this research is to find out how the physical work environment and work safety influence the performance of PT.XYZ employees in Purwakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research uses quantitative methods and primary data, the research population consists of 59 respondents taken using saturated sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression analysis. Data were processed with SPSS version 26.00

Abstract

Indonesia, with its vast territory and various provinces, has diverse economic growth. GDP is a common indicator for measuring progress, and the banking sector plays an important role in the country's development. International trade, including exports and imports, also influences economic growth. The quality of education is also an important factor, because a high level of education can increase the efficiency of production of goods and services, as well as the quality of workers. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of the banking sector, Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF), international trade and quality of education on economic growth in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data for the period 1973-2022 obtained from the World Bank, Bank Indonesia and Ototritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). The analysis used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The results of this research show that there is a positive and significant influence of total national banking assets, GFCF, and exports on economic growth. Meanwhile, the imports and quality of education has a negative and significant effect on economic growth

Abstract

  The intensity of fast food consumption in Indonesia is increasing. With the high level of consumption, the growth of the fast-food restaurant industry in Indonesia is also rapidly expanding to meet the needs of Indonesian consumers. However, this growth is not proportional to the decrease in the fast-food index of Richeese Factory on the Top Brand Index by 1.2%. This research is expected to provide benefits and information to Richeese Factory regarding purchasing interest and brand trust derived from brand image and brand awareness to support and enhance Richeese Factory's sales. The quantitative research method is obtained from survey responses using Likert scale questionnaires and analyzed using regression analysis with the assistance of SPSS 27. With the convenience sampling method, 160 respondents showed that brand image and awareness positively and significantly affect the purchase interest in Richeese Factory products. Furthermore, brand trust also successfully mediates the influence of brand image and brand awareness on the purchase interest in Richeese Factory products. The results of this research are also beneficial for decision-makers at PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia regarding the design of relevant strategies or programs.
