Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the influence of e-service quality and e-trust on e-customer loyalty which is mediated by e-satisfaction of Alodokter application users in Greater Bandung. Respondents, including Generation Z and Millennials, had consulted using the Alodokter application. The objects assessed in this research were 120 respondents. The data collection technique used is convenience sampling which is included in non-probability sampling. In collecting data, researchers used a questionnaire distributed via Google Form. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, simple and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 25 tools and using the Sobel test.  The findings from this research are that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on e-customer loyalty, and e-satisfaction plays a role in mediating the effect of e-service quality towards e-customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Service Quality on Customer Loyalty which is mediated by Richeese Factory Customer Satisfaction in Bandung City. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling which is included in non-probability sampling. The sample determined was 120 respondents. The data in this research were obtained from primary data in the form of questionnaire results and secondary data obtained from Topbrandaward, 2023. Data were analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple and multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests and Sobel tests. The results of this research are: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Richeese Factory customer satisfaction in the city of Bandung, 2) Service quality has a positive effect on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung City, 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung city, 4) Customer satisfaction plays a positive role in mediating the influence of service quality on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung City.

Abstract

The data that researchers obtained through primary data in the form of survey results and secondary data from Topbrandaward in 2023. The data was analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests, and Sobel tests. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Richeese Factory customer satisfaction in Bandung City, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung City, 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty Richeese Factory in Bandung City. 4) Customer satisfaction plays a positive role in mediating the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at the Rich Cheese Factory in Bandung City.

Abstract

The use of single-use plastic bags and packaging is still widely used by the public for the reason that it is more practical and cheaper, this is due to the lack of public knowledge about the dangers of using plastic and environmentally friendly products, apart from the opinion that bringing your own food container when snacking is considered less practical and the price is considered more expensive than single-use plastic. This research aims to analyze the influence of product knowledge, green products, and price perceptions on interest in repurchasing Tupperware in Greater Bandung. The population in this research is Tupperware buyers and users over 18 years of age and domiciled in Greater Bandung. This research used a convenience sampling technique involving 150 respondents. The data used is primary data obtained from survey results through distributing questionnaires online using cross-sectional data collection techniques. This research uses analytical techniques of validity testing and reliability testing to test instruments, classical assumption testing, and hypothesis testing using SPSS version 24. The results of this research are that product knowledge significantly influences interest in repurchasing Tupperware products, green products influence repurchase interest , price perception does not influence interest in repurchasing Tupperware. The research results simultaneously show that product knowledge, green products, and price perceptions influence interest in repurchasing Tupperware in Greater Bandung..

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influencet of content  environmentally-themed content marketing and green attitude on the buying interest of  environmentally friendly skincare products, Specifically Avoskin. The research method used is a quantitative approach conducted using Google Forms. Data collected from a number of respondents who were aware of Avoskin products and had been exposed to Avoskin’s environmentally-themed content marketing. The reseacrh variabels were measured using a likers scale ranging from 1-5. The sampling  method used is convenience sampling, which fall under the category of nonprobability sampling. Data collection for this study was conducted cross-sectional, or as a  one shot study. The involved validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that environmental-themed content marketing had a positive and significant influence on the purchase intention of Avoskin’s eco-friendly skincare products. In contrast, green attitude, although exhibited a very favorable attitude towards environmentally-themed content marketing, partially did not have a significant influence on purchase intention. However, when both independent variables were analyzed simultaneously, it was found that eco-friendly content marketing and green attitude together have an influence on purchase intention.

Abstract

Until 2022, the number of DIGI Bank BJB mobile banking users more than 849 thousand users. The frequency of DIGI transactions by Bank BJB also increased by 46 million transactions from 2021. However, research conducted by Populix in 2022 shows that DIGI by Bank BJB is not yet the main choice for customers when using mobile banking. Moreover, on PlayStore and AppStore, the DIGI by Bank bJB application only received a rating of 3.2 and 3.3 out of 5 stars respectively, and there are still complaints from users. This research aims to analyze the influence of electronic service quality on electronic satisfaction and intention to reuse the DIGI by Bank BJB application. This research uses a quantitative method obtained from survey results using a questionnaire with a Likert scale, then the statement is tested for validity and reliability and then analyzed using simple regression, multiple regression, Sobel test and T test with the help of SPSS version 25. The research sample consists of 93 respondents using the convenience sampling method and it was found that e - Satisfaction and reuse intentions can be influenced positively and significantly by the quality of e-services. In addition, e-satisfaction significantly influences reuse intention, and e-service quality influences reuse intention through e-satisfaction.

Abstract

Sampah masih menjadi isu yang perlu diselesaikan bersama, mulai dari sektor pemerintah, akademisi, hingga komunitas. Keberadaan jumlah penduduk memiliki pengaruh ke kondisi lingkungan. Masalah yang berhubungan dengan lingkungan hidup diantaranya adalah meningkatnya jumlah sampah yang dapat memberikan pengaruh kepada penurunan kualitas hidup manusia. Di bidang kesehatan, dampak sampah dapat menyebabkan mudahnya penyebaran penyakit. Sedangkan pada sektor ekonomi, sampah yang menggunung dapat menimbulkan masalah pada menurunnya minat berwisata dikarenakan kurangnya estetika serta kenyamanan berwisata. Pengabdian Masyarakat dilakukan oleh Fakultas Kedokteran dan Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis pada tahun 2023 ini berjudul “RAMPES: Remaja Peduli Sampah di Bandung Raya”. Kegiatan ini masuk pada skema/program Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) – Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani) dengan tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat mengembangkan literasi dan keterampilan remaja yang diwakili oleh siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri (SMKN) 11 Kota Bandung. Secara umum, pelaksanaan serangkaian program dan aktivitas pengabdian kepada masyarakat berhasil dengan baik dan berjalan lancar berkat dukungan aktif dan responsif dari SMKN 11 Bandung. Fokus utama dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pemberian edukasi tentang dampak pengelolaan sampah yang buruk bagi kesehatan, pemanfaatan sampah untuk wirausaha, dan pemberian pelatihan pemilahan sampah bagi para siswa SMKN 11 Kota Bandung bekerjasama dengan startup pengelolaan sampah yang berlokasi di Kota Cimahi, Jubelo.id. Pada kegiatan ini juga dilaksanakan pre-test dan post-test bagi peserta terkait wawasan siswa akan sampah, kesehatan, bisnis ramah lingkungan dan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) sebagai media pengukuran keberhasilan pemberian materi Talk.

Abstract

Kampung Cengek terletak di Kelurahan Cigugur Tengah Kota Cimahi Jawa Barat. Meskipun daerah tersebut memiliki lahan sempit, tetapi masyarakat didorong memanfaatkan lahan sempit tersebut untuk menambah penghasilan, mengurangi biaya rumah tangga dari kebutuhan dapur, dan menumbuhkan potensi ketahanan pangan. Pemberdayaan lahan tersebut diinisiasi oleh Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Bersih Segar Rindang (Berseri) RW 19. Hasil pertanian di lahan sempit RW 19 sudah secara rutin menghasilkan kebutuhan bumbu dapur yang dibutuhkan. Selain itu, hasil panen juga memiliki peluang untuk dipasarkan dan mendatangkan pendapatan bagi KWT meskipun hasil produksinya relatif belum stabil dan beberapa produk belum dipasarkan secara optimal. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Wanita Tani, khususnya KWT Berseri RW 19 untuk tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan bertani di lahan sempit, tetapi juga memiliki pola pikir dan kemampuan mengelola bisnis atau usaha. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berupa peningkatan pemahaman ibu-ibu KWT Berseri dalam menerapkan pemasaran digital serta mampu melakukan pencatatan keuangan sederhana dengan baik untuk produk pertanian maupun produk olahan yang bersumber dari pemberdayaan sisa lahan di wilayah RW 19.
