Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and variety on consumer buying interest in Green Argopuro, Sumbermalang District. This study used a sample of 60 consumers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study indicate that product quality has a significant effect on buying interest (Y) with a t-count value of 2.937 and t-table 2.002 which means t-count is greater than t-table and singnifikasinya 0.004 which means less than 0.05. Meanwhile, product variations also have a significant effect on consumer buying interest with a t-count value of 5.507 and t-table 2.002 and a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05.  And simultaneously the variable product quality and product variety has a significant influence on consumer buying interest in Green Argopuro District Sumbermalang with the value of F obtained is 74.371 which is greater than f table 3.16 and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05. The conclusion of this study is that the variable quality and variety of products have a significant influence partially or simultaneously on consumer buying interest in Green Argopuro District Sumbermalang.

Abstract

Economic growth measures the performance of an economy's development from one period to the next. The economic growth of Bali Province is unequal between districts/cities which can hinder overall economic development. This study aims to analyze the effect of worker productivity, investment, and infrastructure on economic growth simultaneously and partially. The data used are secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency, with 45 observations. The data collection method is the observation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study indicate that (1) worker productivity, investment and infrastructure simultaneously have a significant effect on economic growth in districts/cities in Bali Province., (2) worker productivity, electricity infrastructure partially have a positive and significant effect, while investment, road infrastructure and air infrastructure partially do not have a significant effect on economic growth in districts/cities in Bali Province. This finding implies the need for a strategy to strengthen worker productivity and optimize investment and infrastructure in order to encourage more equitable economic growth across districts/cities in Bali Province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Al-Islam and Kemuhammadiyahan (AIK) values, which include Ash-Shiddiq (honesty), Al-Iltizam (commitment), and Amanah (responsibility), in preventing fraud within Muhammadiyah Business Enterprises (AUM) in Palopo City. Using a quantitative approach, the research employed a survey method with questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software. The results show that the three independent variables—Ash-Shiddiq, Al-Iltizam, and Amanah—positively and significantly influence fraud prevention. Ash-Shiddiq contributes by fostering a culture of honesty that enhances transparency and reduces the rationalization of fraudulent acts. Al-Iltizam strengthens commitment to sharia principles and organizational ethics, thereby minimizing opportunities for fraud. Meanwhile, Amanah instills a strong sense of moral responsibility, helping individuals reduce the pressure to commit fraud. This study supports the Fraud Triangle theory by demonstrating that AIK values can effectively mitigate the main elements of fraud: pressure, opportunity, and rationalization. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of strengthening religious values within organizations, coupled with robust internal control systems, to create an anti-fraud culture. This study recommends regular training, strict supervision, and the implementation of AIK-based anti-fraud policies to support the sustainability of AUM as an organization with integrity. Abstract

The business world is now starting to compete globally to gain customer satisfaction. Seeing the current developments, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a form of productive business owned by individuals or business entities engaged in the scope of trading activities that have different characteristics. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Household Industry Food Certificate (P-IRT) in increasing consumer confidence and its role in expanding market circulation. The methodology used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation of MSME actors and local consumers. In conclusion, the P-IRT Certificate is said to be effective in increasing the competitiveness of MSME products in local and regional markets. However, the uniqueness of taste is also a consideration for consumers to buy products besides paying attention to products labeled P-IRT.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction on liquid milk products in ready-to-drink packaging for the ultra milk brand in Bandung city.This researchused approach of quantitative.The research instrument has gone through the stages of validity, reliability testing, classic assumption test, simple regression test, and sobel test. There were 150 respondents who participated in this study. The analytical tool used to test the instrument data is using SPSS software version 24 and Sobel Test. The results showed that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) product quality has a positive and significant affects on repurchase interest, 3) customer satisfaction quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, 4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Social Media Marketing on Purchasing Decisions mediated by Perceived Quality and Green Perceived Value among Gen Z in Jepara Regency. This research uses quantitative research. This study involved Gen Z, Jepara Regency residents who have bought and used Citra Body Lotion. This study used 121 samples which were processed using SEM PLS 4.0. The results show that Social Media Marketing (SMM) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. In the mediation analysis, the perceived quality variable did not show a significant mediating effect between SMM and purchasing decisions. In contrast, the green perceived value variable is proven to have a positive and significant mediating influence between social media marketing and purchasing decisions. There is a positive and significant effect of social media marketing on perceived quality, a positive and significant effect of social media marketing on green perceived value, an insignificant effect of perceived quality on purchasing decisions, a positive and significant effect of green perceived value on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) disclosure and profitability on stock returns in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used is a qualitative approach with literature review studies of 15 national and international indexed scientific publications from 2019 to 2024. The results show that ESG disclosures consistently have a positive impact on stock returns, as they can increase investor confidence, reduce information asymmetry, and reflect the company's commitment to sustainability. On the other hand, profitability measured through Return on Equity (ROE) has also been shown to have a significant influence on stock returns, as it reflects healthy financial performance and capital management efficiency. These two variables complement each other in increasing the attractiveness of the company in the eyes of investors. These findings underscore the importance of companies not only focusing on achieving profits, but also on transparent and accountable sustainability practices. The implications of this research are expected to contribute to investors, academics, and company management in making strong sustainability-based investment decisions and financial performance

Abstract

The growth of the coffee shop industry in Central Semarang shows rapid dynamics along with changes in people's lifestyles and increased coffee consumption among the younger generation. This condition requires coffee shop s to not only rely on product quality, but also maximize the role of human resources, especially employees, as the spearhead of service. However, fluctuations in employee performance are still a challenge that needs to be studied more deeply. This study aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, workload, and Work life balance on the performance of coffee shop employees in Central Semarang. The method used is quantitative with a survey approach, using a questionnaire as a data collection instrument distributed via Google Form. The sample consisted of 160 coffee shop employees selected using census technique. The results showed that job satisfaction and work life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while workload had a negative and significant effect. This research is expected to be a reference for coffee shop managers in designing more appropriate and sustainable human resource management strategies.

Abstract

Competition in the culinary industry encourages business actors to continuously improve product quality and set competitive prices to attract consumer purchase intention. This study is based on the growing competition where consumers consider not only the price but also the overall quality of the products offered. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which product quality and price influence the purchase intention of Mie Gacoan consumers in Probolinggo City. A quantitative approach with a causal associative research design was used. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 109 respondents using purposive sampling. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. Meanwhile, price had a negative but significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables had a significant effect on purchase intention. These findings indicate that consumers prioritize consistent quality over merely affordable prices. The results provide strategic implications for culinary business actors to maintain product quality and set prices in line with consumers' purchasing power, supporting efforts to foster consumer loyalty and increase competitiveness in the local market.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work-life balance on work engagement with job satisfaction as a mediating variable among employees at the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Mojokerto Branch Office. A quantitative approach was used with a census method involving 40 respondents. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.2.9. The results show that work-life balance does not directly affect work engagement but has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work engagement and successfully mediates the relationship between work-life balance and work engagement. These findings highlight the critical role of job satisfaction in enhancing employee engagement through improved work-life balance.
