Abstract

Beauty is a fast-growing industry. One of the beauty brands is Emina. Emina are sold in various offline stores such as Guardian, Guardian is spread across various cities in Indonesia including Bandung. This study looks at how the number of beauty brands sold at Guardian creates competition by relying on attractive discounts and personal selling through Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to influence consumer purchasing decisions.This research applies a quantitative approach with a descriptive type of research, where sampling is done through a non-probability sampling method, with 208 valid respondents. The analysis techniques used include descriptive approaches and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of descriptive analysis, the variables Discount, Personal Selling, and Purchase Decision show a very good percentage in their categories.The results showed that the Discount and Personal Selling variables together had a significant effect on the purchasing decision variable. Partially, the variables Discount and Personal selling each have an effect on purchasing decisions. The Coefficient of Determination produces 63.7%, which means that Discount and Personal Selling have a big influence on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived product quality, perceived price, and brand image on repurchase interest in Acer laptop products in Bandung City. The analytical methods used are instrument validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, classical assumption analysis (normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test), multiple regression test, and hypothesis testing using SPSS Version 25 tools. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Top Brand Index and primary data obtained through distributing online questionnaires involving 120 respondents. Of the four proposed research hypotheses, the results of this research show that the variables of perceived product quality, perceived price, and brand imagehave a positive effect on repurchase intention both partially and simultaneously. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide benefits for further research and benefits for the Acer Company regarding designing strategies that are relevant to improving the quality of these attributes.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of product quality on repurchase intention which is mediated by customer satisfaction of filtered tea drink in the 2 Tang brand packaging in the city of Bandung. The instrument in this research has been declared to have passed the validity test and reliability test. This instrument was used as a data collection tool from respondents aged 16 years and over who had consumed the 2 Tang brand of filtered tea drink, which was the object assessed in this study, as many as 119 people. The data collection technique used was convenience sampling which is included in non-probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 tools and using a Sobel test calculator. Of the four research hypotheses proposed, all are supported by empirical data. The findings of this research show that customer satisfaction can mediate the influence of product quality on repurchase intention. The results of this research are also useful for the management of the object being assessed and the similar food and beverage industry regarding designing strategies that are relevant to improving the quality of these attributes

Abstract

Investors have their own choices for investing capital, one of which is considered by looking at the accuracy of reporting financial statements. This test is conducted to assess the factors that are considered to have an impact on audit report lag. Examining factors from the use of independent variables, namely provability, solvency, and company size, while the independent variable is audit report lag. In this study, the population was taken from manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2022. The use of purposive sampling technique in determining the sample. Secondary data was used as the data source in this study, which was conducted using a quantitative research approach. Multiple linear regression analysis was used as a data analysis method, which was carried out using software from SPSS. Based on the results, it was found that profitability and solvency had no effect. However, the results of company size influence the audit report lag negatively. Abstract

Nilai perusahaan memegang peranan kunci sebagai indikator apakah perusahaan mampu memperoleh keuntungan yang akan menjadi bahan pertimbangan kreditur dan investor pada pengambilan keputusannya. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji dan menganalisa bagaimana kepemilikan institusional, penghindaran pajak, leverage, likuiditas mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dengan purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 162 sampel penelitian dari 54 perusahaan go public sektor manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2020-2022. Data sekunder digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu laporan keuangan tahunan. Model analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda engan alat bantu SPPS Statistics versi 25. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa leverage dan likuiditas mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan secara positif dan dignifikan. Kepemilikan institusional dan penghindaran pajak tidak mempengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju di seluruh dunia telah banyak menyebabkan perubahan pada cara pemasaran produk dari suatu brand terhadap bisnis. Fenomena pemasaran yang ramai digunakan beberapa tahun terakhir ini adalah live streaming shopping dengan Erigo salah satu brand di Indonesia yang cukup terkenal yang juga aktif dalam penggunaan fitur live streaming di shopee live. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh live streaming dan EWOM terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan trust sebagai variabel intervening pada mahasiswa di Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel didapatkan menggunakan rumus cochran sebanyak 201 responden Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS pada aplikasi smartpls. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan menunjukkan live streaming dan EWOM terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui trust pada mahasiswa di Kota Bandung konsumen Erigo yang menggunakan shopee live berpengaruh positif secara signifikan.

Abstract

Saat ini, kesadaran masyarakat mengenai kegunaan produk kosmetik dan kecantikan meningkat, terutama pada produk lokal. Inovasi produk lokal mengenai manfaat kandungan pada produknya menimbulkan antusiasme konsumen lokal. Hal ini menimbulkan persaingan antar brand kosmetik dan kecantikan sehingga perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan minat beli produknya, dapat dilakukan melalui citra merek yang mudah dikenali serta kualitas yang unggul pada produk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan persepsi merek terhadap kecenderungan membeli pelanggan di Kota Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, hubungan sebab akibat antar variabel yang diteliti ditentukan dengan menerapkan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Non-probability sampling adalah metode yang digunakan, dan ukuran sampel terdiri dari 96 konsumen merek Somethinc yang berbasis di Kota Bandung. Data statistik ditangani menggunakan IBM SPSS 29 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra merek, kualitas produk, dan niat membeli semuanya dinilai “Baik” oleh beberapa konsumen merek. Baik kualitas produk maupun citra merek mempunyai dampak besar dan menguntungkan bagi beberapa merek di Kota Bandung. Selain itu, citra merek dan kualitas produk mempunyai pengaruh yang positif dan cukup besar secara simultan terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and find out whether Employee Competency and HR Development System Affect Work Effectiveness at the Manggelewa Pawnshop Office, Dompu, West Nusa Tenggara. This research involved employees who worked at the Manggelewa pawnshop office, Dompu NTB. The sample of respondents used in this research was 59 employees. In this research, total sampling or saturated sampling techniques were applied. This method applies data analysis to determine validity, reliability, descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumptions, including normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity analysis, multiple regression analysis, partial test (t), simultaneous test (F), and coefficient of determination test (R2) . The results of this research are based on the partial test (t) of Employee Competence on Work Effectiveness, obtained by a t-count of 0.016 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected. H1 is accepted, thus it can be concluded that the Employee Competency variable applied in this research has a positive effect on Work Effectiveness. The HR Development System on Work Effectiveness obtained a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and H2 is accepted. The Employee Competency (X1) and HR Development System (X2) variables influence Work Effectiveness (Y) simultaneously, with a significant value (0.000 < 0.05). The calculation results of the Fcount > Ftable test are, 79.811 > 3.162).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze whether liquidity, firm size, and leverage have an effect on firm value. The secondary data are obtained from the financial statements of food and beverage business entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021.The population uses the food and beverage business sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021. The population is the food and beverage business entities listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019-2021. The sample was taken using purposive sampling technique, and obtained a sample that met the criteria of 18 business entities. Data analysis was done using multiple linear regression analysis technique, which was processed using SPSS version 21. The results indicated that there was an effect of liquidity and firm size on the value of the firm, while leverage had no effect on the value of the firm.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh struktur kepemilikan terhadap kualitas laba pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2022. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemilikan institusional, kepemilikan manajerial, kepemilikan pemerintah, dan kepemilikan asing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk mencari data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan yang dapat diakses melalui website www.idx.co.id. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS 19. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan manajerial berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas laba, sedangkan hasil kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh negatif terhadap kualitas laba, dan hasil kepemilikan pemerintah dan kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laba.
