Abstract

With the emergence of a campaign on sustainable development carried out by the UN, this movement stimulates all communities to practice environmental preservation activities. The purpose of research is to analyze the theoretical development of green consumer behavior. Increasing problems and issues regarding environmental sustainability every decade continue to be the main focus of many parties. The theory of green business continues to develop and gives rise to many derivatives. The difference in this study is it summarizes and explains the development of theories regarding green consumer behavior. The method used in this research is literature review. The number of articles used as samples was 52 articles discussing green consumer behavior from various journal sources. It was found that the theory of green consumer behavior continues to develop over time. From these developments, five similar research categories were found, including: factors influencing green consumers, characteristics of green consumers, the cost of becoming a green consumer, the point of view of green consumers and the impact of green consumer behavior. The green consumer theory is one of the theories of green marketing that was also born from the green economy, where this theory is a conservation of the social humanities sector

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of service quality on customer loyalty which is mediated by Richcheese Factory customer satisfaction in Bandung City. Researchers used convenience sampling techniques which are part of non-probability sampling. The specified sample consisted of 120 respondents. The data that researchers obtained through primary data in the form of survey results and secondary data from Topbrandaward in 2023. The data was analyzed through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests, and Sobel tests. The results of this research are as follows: 1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Richeese Factory customer satisfaction in Bandung City, 2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Richeese Factory customer loyalty in Bandung City, 3) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty Richeese Factory in Bandung City. 4) Customer satisfaction plays a positive role in mediating the influence of service quality on customer loyalty at the Rich Cheese Factory in Bandung City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial ratios with dividend policy as a moderation toward changes in pharmaceutical stock prices listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period of 2020-2023. This research uses a quantitative associative approach to determine the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. Data collection techniques use secondary data from financial statements and historical data of pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. The sample determination in this study uses purposive sampling, which resulted in 8 sample companies. The type of data is panel data, which is a combination of cross-sectional and time series data. The variables used in this study are Profitability (ROE), Liquidity (CR), Dividend Policy (DPR), and Stock Price. To analyze the data, Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) is used through the SPSS application to test the hypothesis. The results of the hypothesis test show that ROE has a significant positive effect on stock prices, CR has no effect on stock prices, DPR weakens the effect of ROE on stock prices, and DPR strengthens the effect of CR on stock prices.

Abstract

The Blunyahrejo Markisa Agrotourism Village, located in Waru Village, Tegalrejo District, Yogyakarta City, has the potential to be developed as a tourist area. The development of this region is focused on strengthening local attractions through community empowerment, utilizing natural potential, as well as promoting tourism and the creative economy. The main programs include skills training for residents, development of superior products from passion fruit, and assistance in diversifying processed passion fruit products. In addition, collaboration with the government, private sector and universities is expected to accelerate infrastructure development and increase human resource capacity. With a participatory and sustainable approach, the Blunyahrejo Markisa Agrotourism Village is expected to become a successful example of thematic village development that supports the local economy while protecting the natural environment.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan menganalisis konstruksi sosial perilaku ekologis pelajar melalui pendidikan karakter Tatanen di Bale Atikan Dalam Sikap Kewirausahan di Purwakarta. Tatanen di Bale Atikan merupakan program pemerintah daerah dalam rangka penguatan pendidikan karakter yang telah dicanangkan pemerintah pusat. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori konstruksi sosial dari Peter L. Berger dengan melihat pada tiga proses yang dialektis yaitu 1) eksternalisasi, penyesuaian diri dengan dunia sosio kultural sebagai produk manusia dimana dalam proses eksternalisasi ini melahirkan opini dan sikap pelajar terhadap program pendidikan karakter. Habituasi yang dilakukan oleh pelajar sebagai proses penyesuaian diri terhadap peraturan yang baru; 2) objektivasi yaitu interaksi dalam dunia intersubjektif yang mengalami institusionalisasi melahirkan pola perilaku ekologi pelajar; 3) internalisasi yaitu  melekatnya nilai-nilai karakter secara utuh bahkan telah menyatu pada dirinya yang memiliki identitas sebagai pelajar Purwakarta berkarakter.Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan empat tahap analisis; pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan teori konstruksi sosial, pendidikan karakter dan kearifan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify and examine how risk perception, financial technology, and financial literacy affect investment choices. Data were collected through observation, recording, and distributing questionnaires. Through data collection or samples, this study uses quantitative techniques with a quantitative approach that seeks to characterize or provide an overview of the matter being studied. The population used was ITEBIS PGRI Dewantara Jombang students who invested in stocks in 2024 from a population of 259 customers, researchers only need to take around 157 samples to achieve a 5% error rate. Multiple linear regression analysis, validity and reliability tests, t-tests for hypothesis testing, coefficients of determination (R2), and classical assumption tests were all used in the data analysis process with the help of SPSS. Financial Technology, financial literacy, and risk perception all have a positive and substantial impact on investment decisions, according to the study's findings. Abstract

Maro Karya Village-Owned Enterprises was used as an example Village-Owned Enterprises by the Nagekeo Regency Village Community Empowerment Service because of its success in developing businesses in the agricultural production sector. This research aims to find out how to optimize the development strategy for Maro Karya Village-Owned Enterprises, Marapokot Village, Aesesa District, Nagekeo Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and SWOT analysis. SWOT analysis is very helpful in analyzing research to determine the strategy carried out by Maro Karya Village-Owned Enterprises. This data research comes from observations, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. From the results of this research, it was found that the growth and development of the Village-Owned Enterprises in Maro Karya was going well because the strategy carried out was correct so that it could provide optimal results.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are very useful for students in learning economics and solving contextual problems. Most students still have not mastered this critical thinking skill because of the lack of supporting learning resources. This study aims to develop a problem-based learning module to improve students' thinking skills in Economics that is valid, practical, and effective. The module is expected to help students learn economics more independently and improve critical thinking skills. The research method used is development by following the ADDIE development model. The subjects of this study were high school students. Data collection used questionnaire, test, and documentation techniques. Data were collected using test, questionnaire, and interview techniques. Data were analyzed descriptively in categories and comparative quantitative. The results showed that the developed module was in the category of very valid (91 and 83), very practical (88), and effective (0.000 <0.050) used to teach economics.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Earning per Share (EPS) on stock prices. The data used is secondary data originating from financial reports of companies in the industrial sector as well as the transportation and logistics sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2020 - 2023 period. The research sample was taken using a purposive sampling method, resulting in 28 companies as samples. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression which was processed using SPSS version 21 software. The results showed that Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning per Share (EPS) had an influence on stock prices, while Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has no influence on share prices. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Trust, Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM), and E-Service Quality on Purchase Interest of Maybelline cosmetics at Shopee Mall, especially among users in Sidoarjo. This observation uses a quantitative approach, data was collected through an online questionnaire with 100 respondents. The independent variables analyzed were Brand Trust, E-WOM, and E-Service Quality, while the dependent variable was purchase interest. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods through SPSS. The results showed that the three independent variables had a positive as well as significant influence on purchase interest. E-WOM had the greatest influence, followed by Brand Trust and E-Service Quality. This emphasizes the importance of positive online reviews and brand trust in increasing consumer interest.
