Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh likuiditas, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Pemilihan sampel dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan memperoleh 36 perusahaan dengan kriteria tertentu. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam riset ini adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel likuiditas, struktur modal, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test the effect of clarity of budget targets, Internal Control System and Transparency on Village Fund Management Accountability which is moderated by the Leadership Trilogy. This research is quantitative. The data used in this research is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Sampling in this research used a purposive sampling method. The results of this research prove that clarity of budget targets and internal control systems have a positive effect on accountability in managing village funds. Meanwhile, transparency has no effect on accountability in managing village funds. Meanwhile, the leadership trilogy can strengthen the influence of budget target clarity and the latest results prove that the leadership trilogy cannot strengthen the influence of the internal control system and transparency. The implications of this research show that in Kapanewon Kalasan and Kapanewon Prambanan, accountability in village fund management is influenced by clarity of budget targets, internal control system and leadership trilogy which strengthens the influence of clarity of budget targets, therefore the results of this research can be taken into consideration for increasing accountability in fund management village.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease Of Use, and Attitude, which affects Intention To Use using the Technology Acceptance Mode (TAM) theory. The trend of using E-Wallet as a transaction tool attracts people to use it in their daily transaction activities . In Indonesia, there are many E-Wallet applications, for example such as OVO, Gopay, and Shopeepay, as well as others. This research will discuss customer interest in using E-Wallet. This study uses a type of quantitative research by selecting 170 respondents as research subjects. The results showed that the Perceived Usefulness variable has a positive influence on Attitudude and Intention To Use while Perceived Ease Of Use has a positive effect on Attitude, but Perceived Ease Of Use has no influence on Intention To Use

Abstract

Investment trends in the Indonesian capital market continue to increase. The younger generation has a high interest in the world of investment in the Indonesian capital market. This increase has of course given rise to several new phenomena, one of which is the pump and dump phenomenon. This phenomenon is often referred to as the practice of stock frying carried out by a group of irresponsible people. Many investors have become victims of this illegal practice. Lack of basic investment knowledge causes investors to be trapped in these illegal practices. However, there is a bias in financial behavior that can influence investors in making investment decisions, so this is interesting to discuss. Students who actively carry out transactions in the capital market are the samples for this research. The test used is multiple linear regression.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase intention mediated by customer satisfaction on liquid milk products in ready-to-drink packaging for the ultra milk brand in Bandung city. The findings in this study explain that the effectiveness of product quality on repurchase intention is through consumer satisfaction. This researchused approach of quantitative.The research instrument has gone through the stages of validity, reliability testing, classic assumption test, simple regression test, multiple regression test and sobel test.The instrument was used as a data collection tool respondents aged at least 18 years and over who have consumed ultra milk liquid milk in Bandung City which is the object assessed in this study. There were 150 respondents who participated in this study. The analytical tool used to test the instrument data is using SPSS software version 24 and Sobel Test. The results showed that: 1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, 2) product quality has a positive and significant affects on repurchase interest, 3) customer satisfaction quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest, 4) product quality has a positive and significant effect on repurchase interest mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT. Heat Exchanger Manufacturing Indonesia. The research used a quantitative approach, collecting primary data through questionnaires from 30 employees. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression. The results reveal that competence and organizational culture significantly affect employee performance, while work discipline has no significant effect. Competence contributes a 38.3% performance increase for each one-unit improvement, and organizational culture contributes 52%. Simultaneously, the three variables explain 95.7% of employee performance. This study concludes that competence and organizational culture are pivotal factors in enhancing employee performance, while work discipline requires support from other factors like motivation and work systems.

Abstract

Indonesia dominates global e-commerce with Shopee as the leading platform, reaching 21.56% penetration in 2023 and a projected growth of 34.84% in 2029. This study analyzes how live streaming, hedonic shopping motivation, price discount, and online customer review factors contribute to impulse buying behavior on the Shopee platform. This quantitative research involved 102 university students in Semarang who had a history of at least one e-commerce transaction in the past month, selected using purposive sampling method. Data was collected through an online questionnaire in December 2024 and analyzed with multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS. The results showed that the variables of live streaming, hedonic shopping motivation, and price discount had a significant positive effect on impulse buying, while the online customer review variable had no significant effect on impulse buying. Regression analysis indicates that the R-square value of 92.2% of impulse buying variables can be explained by the independent variables studied, with the remaining 9.8% influenced by external factors outside the research model. Shopee needs to strengthen the live streaming feature and the hedonic shopping aspect through dynamic displays and special discounts for students. Future research should expand coverage to several e-commerce platforms and add ease of payment variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh fintech dan financial literacy terhadap perilaku konsumtif, peran self control dalam memediasi fintech dan financial literacy terhadap perilaku konsumtif belanja online e-commerce shopee mahasiswa PTN Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis explanatory research. Data utama diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang diukur menggunakan skala likert. Populasi terdiri dari mahasiswa PTN Malang yang menggunakan aplikasi shopee dan jumlah pastinya tidak diketahui, sehingga sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Malhotra dan menghasilkan 128 responden. Data yang terkumpul melalui kuesioner dianalisis menggunakan software SmartPLS 4.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel fintech berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan. Sedangkan financial literacy dan self control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif. Fintech dan financial literacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self control. Fintech dan financial literacy berpengaruh positif fan signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif melalui self control.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, price perception, customer trust, and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at Handayani Catering Semarang. The study population was Handayani Catering customers in 2022-2024 totaling 190 customers. The sample was determined using purposive sampling method with the criteria of customers who ordered more than once, so that 106 respondents were obtained. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS software. The results showed that: (1) service quality has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty; (2) price perception has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty; (3) customer trust has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty; and (4) customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty. The R Square value of 0.757 indicates that 75.7% of the variation in customer loyalty can be explained by the independent variables in this study, while the remaining 24.3% is explained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

The Self-Photo studio industry is growing rapidly along with the increasing trend of instant photography and customer demand for a more personalized photo experience. Delifa Space Self-Photo Studio needs to understand the level of customer satisfaction to improve its services. This study analyzes customer satisfaction with service quality at Delifa Space using the SERVQUAL approach. The quantitative method is applied with a questionnaire distributed to 73 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error tolerance. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics V22 through validity, reliability, normality, and simple linear regression tests. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Sig. <0.05), with physical evidence and reliability dimensions as the main factors. Customers consider physical facilities and service consistency more in assessing their experiences. However, aspects such as the variety of photo props, flexible reservation systems, and the comfort of the studio space still need to be improved. Delifa Space is advised to improve the studio layout, lighting, variety of photo props, and ensure the timeliness of service, consistency of shooting procedures, and staff responsiveness to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
