Abstract

This paper discusses the application of Islamic business ethics, especially in the cattle trade. How is the application of Islamic business ethics to the cattle trade in Tanete Riattang Barat District, Bone Regency. This type of research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. This study uses the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation in collecting the necessary data, the data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. This method is used to reveal facts, circumstances, phenomena, variables and circumstances that occurred during the research and showed the fact. Based on the author's observations, cattle traders have understood Islamic business ethics such as being honest, not taking many oaths and being tolerant in bargaining. Indirectly, cattle traders have understood Islamic business ethics by applying these three principles in conducting the cattle trading business

Abstract

Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) merupakan lembaga keuangan berdasarkan prinsip syariah yang memungkinkan masyarakat berinvestasi dengan aman dan menguntungkan. Sehingga tujuan pada penelitian ini,  yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasaran produk dan pengaruh investasi terkhusus pada peternakan sapi terhadap pertumbuhan aset BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang. Dalam mendapatkan hasil penelitian, metode yang diterapkan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen observasi dan wawancara. Adapun analisisnya terdiri dari pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan pemasaran yang dilakukan pada produk investasi peternakan sapi di BMT Nahdliyin Gunung Lerang adalah dengan memanfaatkan promosi penjualan melalui media sosial, serta promosi penjualan personal atau pemasaran dari mulut ke mulut. Secara khusus, promosi dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut dengan menyasar kalangan sosial terdekat (keluarga dan teman). Disamping itu, investasi pada peternakan sapi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keberlanjutan ekonomi lokal serta meningkatkannya perputaran ekonomi yang diverfikasi dengan portofolio investasinya.

Abstract

Financial statements are records of the financial information of a company for a certain period that can be used to describe the company's performance. Financial statements aim to provide financial information in a company at a certain time period that can be used by parties who need financial statements. This study aims to determine the financial performance of Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the 2015-2019 period using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) Model. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with documentation method. The data used is secondary data in the form of financial reports obtained from the official website of Bank Muamalat Indonesia. This study assesses two indicators, namely Sharia Conformity and Profitability, Sharia Conformity can be measured using investment, income and profit sharing ratios. While Profitability can be measured using ROA, ROE and Profit Margin. The results of the study using the Sharia Conformity and Profitability (SCnP) Model at Bank Muamalat Indonesia show the distribution into two different quadrants, namely in the Lower Right Quadrant (LRQ) and Lower Left Quadrant (LLQ).   Kata kunci: laporan, keuangan, bank, kesesuaian syariah dan profitabilitas.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru digital dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka. Dalam kurikulum merdeka, guru diharuskan lebih profesional, memiliki kreatifitas, kritis, berinovasi, mampu menguasai metode pembelajaran, kurikulum dan memanfaatkan teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan seminar ini menggunakan metode ceramah dan telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 2 mei 2023 diselenggarakan secara online melalui aplikasi zoom. Seminar ini menghadirkan narasumber dengan membahas materi tentang pembelajaran abad 21 dan pentingnya memahami kurikulum merdeka, serta pemberian contoh penggunaan teknologi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Jumlah peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan seminar ini berjumlah 70 orang. Kurangnya pemahaman dan rendahnya keterampilan guru tentang digitalisasi sehingga seminar dapat diselenggarakan. Hasil pengabdian diperoleh, peserta seminar mampu memahami materi dengan sangat baik dan memperoleh wawasan tentang pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam proses pembelajaran, berbagai alat dan sumber daya digital yang relevan dengan kurikulum merdeka.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant benefits to the banking industry but has also increased cybersecurity risks, including the threat of ransomware attacks. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) experienced a ransomware attack that affected its operational services and customer trust. This study aims to analyze the impact of the ransomware attack on customer trust at BSI Branch Bone. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews with customers. The findings indicate that the ransomware attack caused concern among customers, primarily due to delayed information and a lack of transparency from the bank in providing clarification regarding the incident. Most customers felt that BSI did not provide sufficiently detailed information about the impact of the attack on their data security, leading to a decline in trust in the bank. Therefore, this study recommends that BSI enhance its cybersecurity system, improve crisis communication strategies, and increase transparency in handling security incidents to maintain and restore customer trust.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Manajemen Inventory Yang Efisien Untuk Menigkatkan Profitabilitas Toko Pada Bintang Aksesoris Di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang Populasi penelitian ini adalah 18 orang dan sampel sebanyak 18 orang. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu Sampling jenuh. Tipe penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, penelitian pustaka dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji kualitas data (validitas dan reabilitas), uji asumsi klasik, regresi linear dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen inventory kurang baik meliputi 1). Analisis ABC 55,4% , 2) Pencatatan yang akurat 51%, 3) Penghitung Siklus 62,2% sedangkan profitabilitas, meliputi 1) Return on Assets (ROA) 55,4%, 2) Profit Margin 51%, 3) Return on Equity (ROE) 62,2 %. Adapun Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruh Manajemen Inventory Terhadap Peninngkatan Profitabilitas, sebesar 55%

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the takeover mechanism (debt transfer) in an effort to overcome problematic credit and to determine the impact of Customers taking over (debt transfer) at BSI KC Bone. Based on the objectives of the study, this study uses a qualitative research method using observation, documentation and interview techniques as data collection techniques. Based on the results of the study, the takeover mechanism (debt transfer) is that customers submit an application, complete the completeness of the documents, the bank verifies the data, there is approval for takeover financing (debt transfer), then binding, finally disbursement. The impact for BSI is to increase the BSI bank margin, while for customers it is to get additional funds, can extend the installment period, a solution when finances are unhealthy, can transact according to sharia.

Abstract

The Self-Photo studio industry is growing rapidly along with the increasing trend of instant photography and customer demand for a more personalized photo experience. Delifa Space Self-Photo Studio needs to understand the level of customer satisfaction to improve its services. This study analyzes customer satisfaction with service quality at Delifa Space using the SERVQUAL approach. The quantitative method is applied with a questionnaire distributed to 73 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula with a 10% error tolerance. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics V22 through validity, reliability, normality, and simple linear regression tests. The results showed that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction (Sig. <0.05), with physical evidence and reliability dimensions as the main factors. Customers consider physical facilities and service consistency more in assessing their experiences. However, aspects such as the variety of photo props, flexible reservation systems, and the comfort of the studio space still need to be improved. Delifa Space is advised to improve the studio layout, lighting, variety of photo props, and ensure the timeliness of service, consistency of shooting procedures, and staff responsiveness to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Abstract

Social media has become one of the main tools in an effective modern marketing strategy, especially for local businesses like U Mart. This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital marketing through social media at U Mart in Sidenreng Rappang Regency and its influence on consumer buying interest. Through a quantitative approach, this study explores how digital marketing strategies are designed, implemented, and received by consumers, as well as identifying the factors that influence their success. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, questionnaires, and documentation/literature studies. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative analysis with the help of the SPSS 21 program. The results of the study show that the implementation of digital marketing through Facebook at U Mart is in the high category, with an average respondent response of 83.3%. Meanwhile, consumer buying interest is also high with an average of 84.3%. The regression test shows a significance value of 0.000 (< 0.05), which means there is a positive and significant influence between digital marketing strategies through social media and consumer buying interest at U Mart.
