Abstract

PT XYZ is a shoe distributor company in the city of Bandung that gets 700 shoe orders per day from 7 online stores that are active in several marketplaces. In the sales process, PT XYZ has problems when providing stock information to customers. Every time a sales transaction occurs, the stock information displayed in each marketplace channel must be updated one by one. This will take a lot of time and will pose a risk of inconsistency of stock information. To overcome this, a web-based multichannel e-commerce integrated system is designed that can process product data on each channel in the marketplace and integrate stock information. Based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) with the UTAUT method, the proposed system gets an average score for the Performance Expectancy aspect of 94.3%, the Effort Expectancy aspect of 98.6%, and the Behavioral Intention aspect of 88.6%. The results of this test indicate that the integrated system can provide convenience for users in carrying out their duties, provide comfort in using the system, and make users want to use the system that has been designed.

Abstract

The tourism industry is a sector that has the potential to be developed as a source of state income. The tourism sector is the second largest source of state revenue after taxes. The arrival of tourists in an area has an impact on local resident who have provided prosperity and prosperity in the vicinity. The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred in the world has had a very broad impact, including on the tourism sector and the creative economy. The decline in foreign tourist arrivals resulted in huge losses. This creates a public response to government policies. The community's response to tourism can be seen in social media. One of the most popular social media is Twitter. Obtained as many as 3000 tweet data that will be classified using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Naive Bayes is a text mining technique to build a simple classifier model but has high accuracy in classifying. With the use of the Naive Bayes algorithm in this study, the results obtained are 62% accuracy values with an average value of 62% precision, 62% recall value, and 62% F1-score value.

Abstract

Penggunaan masker wajah pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dapat diidentifikasi berdasarkan citra yang diambil dari wajah seseorang kemudian diklasifikasi berdasarkan hasil ekstraksi fiturnya. VGG 16 merupakan sebuah pre-trained CNN model yang dapat mengekstrak 4.096 fitur dari sebuah citra dan melakukan transfer learning kepada algoritme multilayer perceptron dalam mengklasifikasikan seseorang menggunakan masker wajah atau tidak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi aktivasi ReLu dengan optimasi adaptive moment (Adam) dan stochastic gradient descent (SGD), kombinasi ReLu dan Adam, menghasilkan performa klasifikasi terbaik dengan nilai accuracy, precision, dan recall sebesar 98,1%.

Abstract

Penelitian terkait pengenalan jenis kelengkeng berdasarkan daun membutuhkan peningkatan ekstraksi fitur daun kelengkeng, baik berdasarkan fitur, bentuk, atau tekstur. Penelitian yang sudah ada lebih banyak proses ekstraksi fitur menggunakan warna, tekstur, dan bentuk sehingga penelitian ini mengusulkan pengenalan jenis kelengkeng berdasarkan citra daun dari seluruh piksel citra dengan metode convolution neural network. Tujuan penelitian ini mengenali jenis kelengkeng menggunakan ekstraksi fitur seluruh intensitas citra daun. Citra yang digunakan untuk mengenali jenis kelengkeng adalah citra warna berukuran 128x128. Jenis kelengkeng yang diteliti adalah itoh, diamond river, dan lokal dengan total seluruh data latih 150 citra dan data tes 30 citra. Hasil klasifikasi jenis kelengkeng dengan menggunakan multilayer perceptron adalah baik. Nilai akurasi multilayer perceptron yang dihasilkan adalah sebesar 96,7%.

Abstract

Banana is one type of fruit that is rich in benefits. Bananas have a soft flesh texture. There are various sizes of bananas based on the type. The color and shape of bananas differentiate one type of banana from another. This research recognizes and classifies bananas based on their skin color by using digital image processing. The gray level co-occurrence matrix (GLCM) feature is an extraction technique commonly used to find features in an image. The classification technique in this study uses the k-nearest neighbors (KNN) algorithm. This study obtained the best accuracy of 76.6% at an angle of 0 degrees with a value of k = 1, 90% accuracy at an angle of 45 degrees with a value of k = 1, 86% accuracy at an angle of 90 degrees with a value of k = 1, and 73% accuracy at an angle of 135 degrees with a value of k = 5, 7, 9.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the largest archipelagic countries in the world with a very diverse culture. One of them is a traditional game. Along with the times, traditional games began to be abandoned by society. Many traditional games in each region are still unknown to the public because the information is not managed and systematic. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a web-based geographic information system for mapping traditional games in Indonesia. Web development in this study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which aims to shorten the time with 4 phases (Requirements Planning, User Design, Construction and Cutover). The end result of this research is a website-based system with user and admin features. The main user feature is an interactive map of the spread of traditional games, while the admin feature is data management for traditional games, provinces and admin. The results of system testing with black-box testing are as expected. Testing with UEQ obtains a scale value above 2 which means positive and an excellent benchmark. From these results, it's known that the development of a web-based geographic information system mapping traditional games in Indonesia is feasible to use.

Abstract

PT XYZ is one of the largest trading companies in Palembang city. PT XYZ utilizes IS/IT to support its business processes. PT XYZ uses computers, LANs, servers, supported applications, and applications made by the IT team. IS/IT implementation at PT XYZ was not always smooth. PT XYZ had experienced problems, such as Wi-Fi problems, applications problems, not updated applications, and other human errors. PT XYZ has concerns that those problems will risk burdening the business processes in the company. The purpose of this research is to analyzee the risk of implementing IS/IT using the ISO 31000:2018 standard. All steps in IS/IT implementation risk management with ISO 31000:2018 standards have been  implemented well at PT XYZ. From the results of this study, there are 21 possible risks with the risk management option plan chosen by the company, 10% risk is acceptable, 57% risk can be mitigated, 29% risk must be avoided, and 5% risk will be shared for handling the risk. Handling this risk is expected to assist the company in dealing with IS/IT implementation risks that can occur at any time.

Abstract

Sistem hidroponik bergantung pada suhu,  kelembapan, intensitas cahaya, nutrisi, dan pH air sebagai variabel penting dalam pertumbuhan tanaman. Pengembangan sistem pemantauan dan pengendalian variabel tersebut sudah banyak dilakukan, namun masih terbatas pada sistem pengendalian manual. Kalaupun sudah otomatis, masih menggunakan sistem terbuka dengan menggunakan nilai ambang sebagai pemicu respon sistem. Sistem tersebut tidak dapat melakukan koreksi pada keadaan yang diperlukan selain menunggu sampai nilai ambangnya tercapai. Di sisi lain, sistem adaptif mampu melakukan koreksi berdasarkan umpan balik keluaran sistem sehingga sistem menjadi lebih responsif terhadap perubahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan untuk membangun sebuah model umpan balik dengan mencari hubungan kepekatan nutrisi sebagai variabel terikat dengan variabel pH, intensitas cahaya, kelembapan, dan suhu sebagai variabel bebas dengan metode Knowledge Discovery in Database dan analisis regresi linear berganda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah model matematis berupa persamaan linear multivariabel yang menyatakan hubungan antara variabel terikat dan variabel bebasnya menggunakan IBM Statistical Package for Social Sciences. Hasil akhir menunjukkan regresi linear berganda dengan F(116, 119) = 8,390, p-value 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05  di mana variabel bebas dapat memprediksisi secara signifikan dari variabel terikatnya dengan tingkat kesalahan yang ditunjukkan oleh tingkat kesalahan 5,6% dengan variabel Air_Temp memberikan kontribusi paling signifikan terhadap variabel terikat TDS dengan p-value 0,015.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 to almost all countries in the world affects various aspects of human life. Through Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Implementation of Education Policies in the Emergency Period of the Spread of Covid-19, the government decided to change the implementation of offline learning to online learning. XYZ University in Bandung City already has a Quality Assurance Division that is tasked with evaluating the use of information technology (IT) for the offline learning process, but it also needs an IT utilization evaluation instrument related to all aspects of online learning. This research aims to create an online learning evaluation system based on international standards by considering the quality aspects of the educational system, support system, learner quality, instructor quality, and information quality. PSSUQ method is used for 4 assessment categories with a 7-point Likert scale assessment of the technology usability concept. Meanwhile, the Naive Bayes method is used to analyse the polarity of comments related to the effectiveness of IT utilization in the online learning process. The results obtained from research on students of the Department of Information Systems class of 2018 and 2019, obtained 18 subcategories successfully exceeded the target with a score of 5.18. The ease to learn and ease to use subcategories have the highest average score of 6.30, while the previous experience subcategory has the lowest average score of 5.18. For processing the polarity of comments regarding the ease to use subcategory, a positive sentiment of 90.3% was obtained, visualized using a word cloud. The results of this study show that out of 24 subcategories of assessment aspects, only 1 is still below the average target and the utilization of IT in the online learning process meets its utilization objectives. The resulting evaluation instrument can be utilized as part of a sustainable quality assurance process.

Abstract

Software development focuses more on functionality so code quality is neglected. Design patterns can support faster development while supporting good code quality thus affecting long-term software maintenance. This research focuses on analyzing the effect of design patterns on software maintenance with open-source learning management system software in terms of design pattern characteristics. Five design patterns were applied and analyzed to assess the implementation method and design pattern characteristics. Testing is done using PHP Metrics. There are nine metrics to measure the complexity, size, cohesion, and dependability of each class. Overall, the design pattern had a good impact. Method templates and mediators have a good impact on cohesion, size, dependability, and complexity. Singletons increased the number of classes. Builders and strategies don't have much impact on size and complexity. Each design pattern generates a new class, so the complexity, dependencies, and size of the code are abstracted into that class.
