Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisis pengaruh keamanan, kemudahan dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui aplikasi belanja online Shopee dengan variabel moderasi Word of Mouth (WOM). Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling atau yang sering juga disebut dengan judgemental sampling. Metode analisis inferensial yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS (Partial Least Square) dengan Program Warp PLS. Hasil penlitian menunjukkan 1). Variabel Keamanan (X1) terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) Masyarakat Provinsi Bali dalam berbelanja melalui Aplikasi Online Shopee. 2). Variabel Kemudahan (X2) terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Masyarakat Provinsi Bali dalam berbelanja melalui Aplikasi Online Shopee. 3). Kepercayaan (X3) terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) Masyarakat Provinsi Bali dalam berbelanja melalui Aplikasi Online. 4). Moderasi Word Of Mouth (WOM) terbukti berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan pada hubungan keamanan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) Masyarakat Provinsi Bali dalam berbelanja melalui Aplikasi Online Shopee. 5). Moderasi WOM terbukti berpengaruh positif tapi tidak signifikan pada hubungan kemudahan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) Masyarakat Provinsi Bali dalam berbelanja melalui Aplikasi Online Shopee. 6). Moderasi WOM terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada hubungan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y) Masyarakat Provinsi Bali dalam berbelanja melalui Aplikasi Online Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dana desa, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan belanja langsung terhadap misi di Provinsi Riau tahun 2016–2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian analisis regresi panel. Data panel merupakan kombinasi dari data time series dan cross section. . Hasil penelitian bahwa Dana desa berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten di Provinsi Riau tahun 2016 – 2020. Pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten di Provinsi Riau tahun 2016 – 2020. Belanja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan kabupaten di Provinsi Riau tahun 2016 – 2020 , yang mana hasil ini menjelaskan bahwa hipotesis ditolak.Pengalokasian belanja langsung yang tidak hanya digunakan dalam hal mendorong peningkatan sarana dan prasarana peningkatan produktivitas masyarakat menjadikan belanja modal belum mampu menjelaskan kemiskinan secara parsial pada kabupaten di Provinsi Riau tahun 2016 – 2020 Kata kunci: Dana Desa, pertumbuhan ekonomi, belanja langsung, kemiskinan

Abstract

Human resources management is all activity relate to the recognitions of the importance’s of work motivations which will affects communications on employees job satisfactions and minimized the occurrence of works stress problems for employees. , utilizing function and activities that ensuring that human resources are utilizing effective and or for the benefit of individuals, companies and society. This studies aims to determined the effects of motivations, communications and works stress on job satisfactions of employees of PT Bravo Engineering Batam. This researches designed using researches designed and quantitatives researches methods. The data collections techniques is by distributed questionnaires to 115 respondents. The results of this studies indicated that motivation, communication and work stress partial and simultant has a significants effects on employee job satisfactions. The results of the coefficient of determination test indicate that motivation, communication and work stress affect job satisfaction by 51,3 percent, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Image and Price on Purchase Decisions on Shopee consumers in Batam City, both partially and simultaneously. The sampling method in this research is using descriptive quantitative methods. Sampling with probability sampling method with the type of simple random sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire instrument as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Tests in this study using SPSS 25. Hypothesis testing in this study using t test and f test. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the brand image and price variables on purchasing decisions is 0.792 (79.2%). The results of multiple linear regression indicate that brand image has an effect of 0.377 (37.7%) on purchasing decisions and price has an effect of 0.409 (40.9%) on purchasing decisions. It can be said that from the t test and f test, brand image and price have a significant partial effect on purchasing decisions and brand image and price together have a significant simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions on Shopee.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ratio profitabilitas terhadap return saham, pengaruh ratio likuiditas terhadap return saham, serta pengaruh protitabilitas dan ratio likuiditas terhadap return saham. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data disajikan dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji f dan uji koefisien determinasi. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan program IBM SPSS Statistic V.26. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1)Dari hasil regresi linear berganda bahwa menyatakan ratio profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap return saham pada perusahaan subsektor realestate (2) ratio likuiditas berpengaruh positif terhadap return sahamnya diperusahaan subsektor realestate (3) Dari hasi Uji F diketahui bahwa secara simultan ratio profitabilitasnya dan ratio likuiditasnya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap return sahamnya diperusahaan subsektor realestate

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, perceived price and location on purchasing decisions. The object of research is Rocket Chicken Kendal Regency Branch and the independent variables in the study are product quality, price perception and location, then the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. The population in this study were customers who bought the product at least once at Rocket Chicken, Kendal Regency, the researchers took a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample with certain criteria. The data used in this study is primary data, using a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analytical tools used are validity test, reliability test, F test, coefficient of determination (R²) test, multiple linear regression and t test Versi spss 16.The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price perceptions had a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, location had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The potential for the city of Batam to develop is still quite large so that many investors invest by constructing projects in the form of housing, buildings that are used as shopping centers, warehouses, hotels and others. PT Benteng Indo Building is known as a company engaged in the sale of building materials in the city of Batam. The company PT Benteng Indo Bangunan always emphasizes that customer satisfaction is the company's priority but the company does not experience a large increase in customers. This is because the price, product quality and service quality at the company are not optimal. This study aims to determine the effect of price, product quality, service quality on customer satisfaction. The method used in this research is quantitative. The results of this study have the effect of price, product quality, service quality on customer satisfaction. By 87.2% the influence of price, product quality, service quality on customer satisfaction and 22.8% influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi merupakan suatu hal yang tidak bisa dihindari dalam kehidupan masyarkat saat ini, hal tersebut dikarenakan kemajuan teknologi akan berkembang seiring dengan kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Memasuki era digitalisasi dengan kemajuan platform digital memiliki peran penting dalam proses bisnis salah satunya ialah UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah). Bagi UMKM digitalisasi merupakan sebuah tantangan besar yang dimana struktur, pengelolaan, produksi, pemasaran dan transaksi yang pada awal mula secara manual kini bertransformasi menjadi digital. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan strategi digital marketing Usaha Mie menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research). Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Strategi digital marketing Usaha Mie, dilakukan dengan memberikan konten media sosial berupa pemasaran melalui Instagram,WhatsApp dan juga marketplace serta terdapat beberapa usaha mie yang menerapkan strategi pemberian giveaway melalui media sosial. Berdasarkan perspektif ekonomi Islam, pemasaran yang dijalankan telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Islam yang menggariskan prinsip dan akhlak pemasaran Islam dalam menjalankan usahanya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of each of the free variables of product quality, brand image, and price perception on purchasing decisions as bound variables. The population in this study were Oppo smartphone buyers at AAN Cell Kaliwungu Kendal. Primary data were obtained using questionnaires while secondary data using literature studies. The sampling method was carried out using purposive sampling techniques with a total sample of 100 peope. Based on the resuls of SPSS version 24.0 shows, that the test of the research instrument shows, that all indicators are valid and all variables are reliable. Based on the F test, it shows that all free variables silmutanly affect purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the regression coefficient and t test, it shows that product quality variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and price perception variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Kartika Swarna Dwipa is a company engaged in the marketing of Tupperware products. Employee work performance is starting to experience a decline which is indicated by the low morale of employees in completing work. Low competence because employees tend to only graduate from high school and have not been given training. The provision of incentives in fact has problems such as commissions and overtime incentives that are not as promised. This research uses quantitative descriptive research. The total population in the study was 39 employees with a sampling technique using saturated samples. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between the variables of competence and incentives on the work performance of employees of PT. Kartika Swarna Dwipa. While partially, it was found that the competence variable had a significant effect on the work performance of PT. Kartika Swarna Dwipa. Partially, it was found that the incentive variable had a significant effect on the work performance of PT. Kartika Swarna Dwipa. The results of this study indicate that the competence variable has more influence than incentive on the work performance of PT. Kartika Swarna Dwipa.
