Abstract

Abstract: Twitter occupies the top position of the most popular social media platform in Indonesia. Police and other related issues were the subject of much discussion. The aim of this research is to analyze public sentiment towards the National Police Agency using Twitter with the support vector machine method. The research started by crawling Twitter data. The data contains a total of 6,925 entries for three keywords. Next, we move on to the preprocessing stage consisting of (cleaning, case folding, tokenization, and filtering). Next is the tf-idf feature extraction stage, finally the classification and evaluation stage. The results of manual data inspection (73:27) showed accuracy of 70.66%, precision of 70.68%, and recall of 99.76%. Testing the second data (82:18), found accuracy 86%, precision 86.21%, recall 99.71%. The results of manual data checking (82:18) showed accuracy of 70.66%, precision of 70.68%, recall of 99.76%. Testing the second data (82:18), found accuracy 86%, precision 86.21%, recall 99.71%. From the data system testing results (80:20), accuracy was 87.55%, positive precision 87.53%, negative precision 88.24%, positive recall 99.48%, and negative recall. the rate is 99.48.% – The result is 21.43%. Data testing results (60:40) showed accuracy of 86.89%, positive precision of 86.84%, negative precision of 88.46%, positive recall of 99.61%, and negative recall of 16.43%. Single test data validation system (80:20), accuracy 87.55, overall test cross validation system (k fold 5 accuracy) 86.673%. Keywords: data mining;police agencies;support vector machines Abstrak: Twitter menduduki posisi teratas platform media sosial terpopuler di Indonesia. Polisi dan masalah terkait lainnya menjadi pokok bahasan banyak pembicaraan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis sentimen masyarakat terhadap Badan Kepolisian Nasional menggunakan Twitter dengan  metode support vector machine. Penelitian dimulai dengan  crawling  data Twitter. Data memuat total 6.925 entri dari tiga kata kunci. Abstract

Abstract: The widespread use of information and communication technology (ICT) has enhanced effectiveness and quality in management, research, and education at educational institutions. In this digital age, secondary schools are required to improve operational efficiency and educational strategies through the use of information technology. Therefore, the implementation of an enterprise architecture (EA) framework is crucial to ensure a strategic alignment between educational goals and technology. However, before implementing the framework, schools must evaluate various factors that influence the suitability and effectiveness of EA, including current technology needs, staff competencies, existing infrastructure conditions, and other factors. This study gathers and analyzes data from related studies, and the results indicate the importance of understanding EA principles to optimize academic and administrative processes. By considering variables in the selection of the EA framework, evaluating school readiness, and identifying existing challenges, this research aims to assist secondary schools in effectively implementing EA. The expected outcome of this research provides theoretical support for the adoption of EA, thus facilitating more efficient strategic and operational planning in secondary schools.      Keywords: enterprise architecture; framework; information and communication technology; secondary school.  Abstrak: Penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) secara luas telah meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas dalam manajemen, penelitian, dan pendidikan di institusi pendidikan. Di era digital ini, sekolah menengah dituntut untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan strategi pendidikan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Oleh karena itu, penerapan framework arsitektur enterprise (EA) menjadi penting untuk memastikan aliansi strategis antara tujuan pendidikan dan teknologi. Namun, sebelum penerapan framework dilakukan, sekolah harus mengevaluasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi kesesuaian dan efektivitas EA, termasuk kebutuhan teknologi terkini, kompetensi staf, kondisi infrastruktur yang ada, dan faktor lainnya. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari studi terkait, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya pemahaman tentang prinsip-prinsip EA untuk mengoptimalkan proses akademik dan administratif. Dengan mempertimbangkan variabel-variabel dalam pemilihan framework EA, evaluasi kesiapan sekolah, dan identifikasi tantangan yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu sekolah menengah dalam mengimplementasikan EA secara efektif. Diharapkan hasil dari penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis yang mendukung pengadopsian EA, sehingga memfasilitasi perencanaan strategis dan operasional yang lebih efisien di sekolah menengah.Kata kunci:arsitektur enterprise; framework; sekolah menengah; teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

Abstract: "Tax Me" is an application engaged in tax consulting services that is run through a mobile platform. The problems that are often faced by the public, especially taxpayers, are difficulties in choosing reliable and trusted tax consultants because many tax consultants embezzle money and slow down the tax reporting process, as well as the lack of knowledge of taxpayers about all tax regulations, a complicated and frequently changing tax system, and also there are still negative public assumptions about taxes such as corruption in taxes that have been paid by taxpayers.  The "Tax Me" application was developed using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development methodology. This application was developed as a forum for tax consulting services in collaboration with the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) institution which is able to provide transparent and reliable tax consulting services. "Tax Me" is expected to be able to provide education to taxpayers, overcome taxpayers' concerns about the tax calculation and reporting process as well as in choosing a tax consultant who can be trusted. In addition, several features of the "Tax Me" application such as: NPWP, Tax Calculation, Tax Consultation, Report & Check Annual Tax Return, E-Billing & Pay Tax, Tax Reminder and Tax Article.            Keywords: directorate general of taxes (DJP); tax; tax me; taxpayer  Abstrak: “Tax Me” adalah aplikasi yang bergerak pada bidang pelayanan konsultasi pajak yang dijalankan melalui platform mobile. Masalah yang sering dihadapi oleh masyarakat khususnya Wajib Pajak adalah kesulitan dalam memilih konsultan pajak yang dapat diandalkan dan dipercaya karena banyak konsultan pajak yang menggelapkan uang dan memperlambat proses pelaporan pajak, serta kurangnya pengetahuan Wajib Pajak mengenai segala peraturan perpajakan, sistem perpajakan yang rumit dan sering berubah, dan juga masih ada anggapan negatif masyarakat tentang pajak seperti korupsi atas pajak yang telah dibayarkan oleh Wajib Pajak. Aplikasi “Tax Me” dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metodologi pengembangan sistem System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Aplikasi ini dikembangkan sebagai wadah layanan konsultasi perpajakan yang bekerja sama dengan lembaga Direktorat Jenderal Pajak (DJP) yang mampu memberikan layanan konsultasi perpajakan yang transparan dan terpercaya. “Tax Me” diharapkan mampu memberikan edukasi kepada Wajib Pajak, mengatasi kekhawatiran Wajib Pajak terhadap proses perhitungan dan pelaporan pajak juga dalam memilih konsultan pajak yang dapat di percaya. Abstract

Abstract: The Manual Drawing Laboratory and Computer Laboratory of the Furniture Design Study Program are some of the infrastructures used to support learning and practicum in the Polytechnic of Furniture Industry and Wood Processing. Services at these two laboratories utilize the Laboratory website which can be accessed publicly via the address https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, in which the purpose of developing the website is to simplify the process for stakeholders to access information regarding practicum activities conducted in the laboratories. Ease of access to this information needs to be evaluated, especially related to usability on the website. The evaluation of the laboratory website's usability is performed using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, which provides a structured approach to measuring the effectiveness and user experience of the website. It is hoped to obtain a representation of the user's experience of the function and appearance of the laboratory website as advice on what features might be developed to improve the services. According to the results of data processing from 44 respondents, the average SUS score was 59.32. Based on this score, the Acceptability Range category is still in the marginal range, meaning there are still several things that need to be corrected or improved so the website can help in the daily operational activities of the laboratory.            Keywords: laboratory; SUS; usability; user; website  Abstrak: Laboratorium Gambar dan Laboratorium Komputer Program Studi Desain Furnitur merupakan sarana penunjang praktikum di Politeknik Industri Furnitur dan Pengolahan Kayu. Pelayanan pada kedua laboratorium ini telah memanfaatkan website yang dapat diakses secara publik melalui alamat https://labdesainfurnitur.poltek-furnitur.ac.id/, pemanfaatan website bertujuan untuk memudahkan para pengguna dalam memperoleh informasi seputar kegiatan praktikum di laboratorium di setiap waktu. Adanya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tersebut perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui kegunaan website bagi para pengguna serta sebagai masukan untuk pengelola laboratorium dalam mengembangkan website di masa mendatang. Evaluasi website laboratorium dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Melalui evaluasi kegunaan pada website laboratorium diharapkan diperoleh representasi pengalaman pengguna terhadap fungsi dan tampilan website laboratorium dan diperoleh saran fitur-fitur yang dapat dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan pelayanan di laboratorium. Data yang diperoleh sebanyak 44 responden menghasilkan skor SUS dengan rata-rata 59,32. Berdasarkan skor tersebut, rentang akseptabilitas website masih berada pada rentang marginal, sehingga masih ada beberapa fitur yang perlu ditingkatkan agar website dapat membantu kegiatan operasional laboratorium sehari-hari. Kata kunci: kegunaan; laboratorium; pengguna; SUS; website

Abstract

Clothing is a basic human need besides food and shelter. Human needs clothing to protect and cover them self. Toko 66 is a business that operates in the field of products and services. This business offers various types of products such as clothes, trousers and also shirts that are second hand, aka used. The absence of distribution transaction channels from upstream to downstream is one of the business problems at Toko 66. Therefore, a system such as Supply Chain Management is needed which can manage the flow of transactions from upstream to downstream and can also make it easier for owners to create sales reports. Based on the research results, it can be found that a system has been created that implements web-based Supply Chain Management to help owners, admins, suppliers and customers in carrying out transaction flows from upstream to downstream. The business process from upstream to downstream has also been running in accordance with the Supply Chain Management procedures that apply at the research object location so that it can provide information regarding the existence of sufficient product stock to ensure a good transaction flow from upstream to downstream.            Keywords: supply chain management; clothes; stock; transaction; distribution

Abstract

The laboratory is one of the facilities owned by the FMIPA Laboratory, which is one of the facilities owned by Tanjungpura University to support tridharma activities. There are several problems in laboratory management, namely that management is carried out manually, so it takes a long time to apply for the loan of laboratory equipment and to prepare a free laboratory loan letter. In order to improve services, ensure data security, and accommodate all laboratory data, it is necessary to develop an FMIPA laboratory information system (SILABMIPA). The FAST framework is used in developing SILABMIPA to suit user needs. The analysis and development of SILABMIPA follows the FAST method with the stages Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design and Integration, Construction and Testing. With the construction of SILABMIPA, it can make it easier for managers to manage laboratories, assist students in applying for and borrowing equipment, as well as making laboratory loan-free certificates. Based on the results of system functional testing against SILABMIPA, it was found that the system operates well in accordance with the user's functional needs, while the results of system interface testing obtained a percentage of 82.60% in the very good category.

Abstract

Abstract: College libraries are built and designed based on the needs of the academic community to support learning, research, and community service. Management of higher education institutions in Indonesia refers to Organizing libraries in Indonesia is regulated in National Library Director Regulation No. 13 of 2017. College libraries currently use information technology to support operations. To assess the alignment of a university's goal of providing a library that complies with information technology regulations and management, library management needs to be audited. At the ISB Atma Luhur library, audits were carried out using the COBIT 4.1 framework. especially in the Acquire and Implement (AI) domain. The AI domain is a domain that assesses whether plans have been successfully acquired and implemented. This research uses interview and questionnaire methods as primary data source data collection media. The respondents involved were the head of the library and the ISB Atma Luhur library staff. The results of data processing show that the AI domain is at 2,754 with a maturity level of 3-Define Process. Of the 7 control objectives under the AI domain, AI4 Anable Operation and Use is the highest control objective with 3.28. Meanwhile, the lowest control objective is AI2 Acquire and maintain application software with 2.50.            Keywords: acquire and implement COBIT 4.1; college library ; information systems audit.  Abstrak: Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi dibangun dan dirancang berdasarkan kebutuhan civitas akademika untuk menunjang pembelajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pengelolaan perguruan tinggi di Indonesia mengacu pada Penyelenggaraan perpustakaan di Indonesia diatur dalam Peraturan Kepala Perpustakaan Nasional Nomor 13 Tahun 2017. Perpustakaan perguruan tinggi saat ini sudah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang operasionalnya. Untuk menilai keselarasan tujuan perguruan tinggi dalam menyediakan perpustakaan yang sesuai dengan regulasi dan pengelolaan teknologi informasi, maka pengelolaan perpustakaan perlu dilakukan audit. Pada perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur, audit dilakukan dengan menggunakan framework COBIT 4.1. khususnya di domain Acquire and Implement (AI). Domain AI adalah domain yang menilai apakah rencana telah berhasil diperoleh dan diterapkan. Audit sistem informasi perpustakaan ini bertujuan untuk menilai keselarasan rencana dan akuisisi impelentasi sistem untuk meningkatkan layanan perpustakaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara dan angket sebagai media pengumpulan data sumber data primer. Responden yang terlibat adalah kepala perpustakaan dan staf perpustakaan ISB Atma Luhur. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukkan domain AI berada pada angka 2.754 dengan tingkat kematangan 3-Define Process. Dari 7 tujuan pengendalian dalam domain AI, AI4 Anable Operation and Use merupakan tujuan pengendalian tertinggi dengan nilai 3,28. Sedangkan tujuan pengendalian terendah adalah AI2 Memperoleh dan memelihara perangkat lunak aplikasi dengan nilai 2,50. Kata kunci: acquire and implement COBIT 4.1.; audit sistem informasi; perpustakaan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Abstract: Information content that meets user needs is an important aspect of a website. Quality testing, especially for sites that have never been tested, is necessary to ensure effectiveness. This research uses observation techniques, questionnaires, and literature studies related to the Webqual method and the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) variable. The variables used include Usability, Information Quality, Service Interaction Quality, User Satisfaction, and Content. The Webqual model is applied in this research through a questionnaire, which produces various data from respondents. The data is then processed and analyzed to produce accurate statistical data. From this research, the results of the questionnaire show that Service Interaction Quality has a low percentage, namely 72.72% (X3.2), where the full percentage is 100%. Apart from that, User Satisfaction also has a low percentage, namely 70.90% (Y.1). This shows that the Quality of Service Interaction has less than a positive effect on User Satisfaction. Therefore, improvements are needed in the Quality of Service Interaction section on the PT Yudo Indonesia website so that User Satisfaction also increases, especially in the aspects of security and meeting user needs. Keywords: EUCS; website quality; webqual Abstrak: Konten informasi yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna adalah aspek penting dari sebuah situs web. Uji kualitas, terutama untuk situs yang belum pernah diuji, diperlukan untuk memastikan efektivitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, kuesioner, dan studi literatur terkait metode Webqual dan variabel End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Variabel yang digunakan antara lain Usability (Kualitas Kegunaan), Information Quality (Kualitas Informasi), Service Interaction Quality (Kualitas Interaksi Layanan), User Satisfaction (Kepuasan Pengguna), dan Content (Konten). Model Webqual diterapkan dalam penelitian ini melalui kuesioner, yang menghasilkan berbagai data dari responden. Data tersebut kemudian diolah dan dianalisis untuk menghasilkan data statistik yang akurat. Dari penelitian ini, hasil kuesioner menunjukkan bahwa Service Interaction Quality (Kualitas Interaksi Layanan) memiliki persentase yang rendah, yaitu 72,72% (X3.2), di mana persentase penuhnya adalah 100%. Selain itu, User Satisfaction (Kepuasan Pengguna) juga memiliki persentase rendah, yaitu 70,90% (Y.1). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Interaksi Layanan kurang berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peningkatan pada bagian Kualitas Interaksi Layanan di situs web PT Yudo Indonesia agar Kepuasan Pengguna juga meningkat, terutama pada aspek keamanan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna. Kata kunci: EUCS; kualitas website; webqual

Abstract: In the health sector, information technology was initially used for exchanging information between patients and doctors, health services, and exchanging health documents. The aim of applying information technology to the health sector is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the performance of doctors and clinic staff. This research uses COBIT 2019 as a framework for evaluating information technology governance. Primary data is collected directly from the research subjects through observation and interviews, while secondary data is sourced from other materials, such as documents or websites related to the research subject. This research focuses on Risk Profile and I&T Related Issues, with domains: APO11 – Managed Quality, and APO13 – Managed Security. Through interviews and evaluation, each priority objective was found to be at capability level 2 with ratings of 100% and 86% respectively. There are no significant gaps between the current capability levels; both are at level 2. Keywords: auditing; COBIT 2019; telemedicine  Abstrak: Di sektor kesehatan, teknologi informasi awalnya digunakan untuk pertukaran informasi antara pasien dan dokter, layanan kesehatan, dan pertukaran dokumen kesehatan. Tujuan penerapan teknologi informasi di sektor kesehatan adalah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja dokter dan staf klinik. Penelitian ini menggunakan COBIT 2019 sebagai kerangka kerja untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi. Data primer dikumpulkan langsung dari subjek penelitian dengan melakukan pengamatan dan interaksi langsung, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari sumber lain. didapatkan dari jurnal atau situs website yang berkaitan dengan subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini berfokus pada Risk Profile dan I&T Related Issues, dengan domain : APO11 – Managed Quality, dan APO13 – Managed Security. Melalui wawancara dan evaluasi, setiap tujuan prioritas ditemukan berada pada level kapabilitas 2 dengan nilai masing-masing 100% dan 86%. Abstract

Abstract: By leveraging digital technology, Laporkitong enhances transparency and accountability, as well as facilitates public participation in the oversight and enforcement processes related to land use and natural resource management. The Laporkitong website functions as an online reporting application aimed at documenting instances of spatial planning violations in the West Papua Province. The lack of public knowledge about the Laporkitong application has led to numerous issues. Therefore, an analysis of the adoption of the Laporkitong application is necessary. This study aims to investigate the influence of Perceived Quality, Perceived Control, and Perceived Ease of Use factors as determinants of the residents' willingness to use the Laporkitong application, employing the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone and McLean IS Success (IS D&M) theories. As many as 160 valid respondents are gathered based purposive sampling technique and evaluated using Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results inform that all seven hypotheses are accepted with the R-square of the intention to use is 0.273 indicationg 27.3% variance of the model can determine the outcome. Further discussion and conclusion regarding the implication of theoretical and practical contribution are also discussed.            Keywords: laporkitong; perceived control; perceived ease of use; perceived quality; technology acceptance model Abstrak: Dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital, Laporkitong meningkatkan transparansi dan akuntabilitas, serta memfasilitasi partisipasi publik dalam proses pengawasan dan penegakan terkait penggunaan lahan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Website Laporkitong berfungsi sebagai aplikasi pelaporan online yang bertujuan untuk mendokumentasikan pelanggaran perencanaan tata ruang di Provinsi Papua Barat. Minimnya pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi Laporkitong menyebabkan banyak permasalahan. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan analisis mengenai adopsi pada aplikasi Laporkitong. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki pengaruh faktor Kualitas yang Dirasakan, Kendali yang Dirasakan, dan Kemudahan Penggunaan yang Dirasakan sebagai penentu keinginan penduduk untuk menggunakan aplikasi Laporkitong, dengan menggunakan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM) dan teori Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi (IS D&M) DeLone dan McLean. Sebanyak 160 responden valid dikumpulkan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan dievaluasi menggunakan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa semua tujuh hipotesis diterima dengan R-square niat untuk menggunakan adalah 0,273, menunjukkan bahwa 27,3% variasi model dapat menentukan hasilnya.
