Abstract

Abstract: Science literacy is the one very important skill that students must have. Students' ability to read is still classified as low. This reflects that level of higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) in scientific literacy has not been adequately developed. This research used kinds of development known as R&D (Research and Development) research. The product developed that is Interactive E-LKPD based on the R2L method on chemical equilibrium material. The result of need analysis that has been carried out state requires Interactive E-LKPD based on Reading to Learn (R2L) on chemical equilibrium material to increase HOTS Literacy students get data 100% students agree that using the interactive E-LKPD based on Reading to Learn (R2L) to be developed as a learning support. It was found that very feasible to used Sig <0.05, therefore Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. Result give an interactive influence of E-LKPD based on Reading to Learn (R2L) on chemical equilibrium material on student learning outcomes and shows a increase in students' HOTS Science Literacy abilities also E-LKPD suitable to used. Keywords: Interactive E-LKPD, HOTS Ability, Literacy, R2L

Abstract

Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan Prestasi siswa kelas VII MTS Swasta Menaming materi Sistem Komputer pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dengan menggunakan Model Learning Together. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII berjumlah 30 orang siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan cara membandingkan hasil observasi dan tes pada siklus I dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebanyak 30,00%. Dimana pada siklus I ketuntasan yang diperoleh 63,33% dengan jumlah siswa 19 orang, sedangkan pada siklus II jumlah persentase ketuntasan adalah 93,33% dengan jumlah siswa meningkat menjadi 28 orang yang tuntas dalam belajar. Jadi, dari hasil siklus I dan siklus II, penelitian sudah selesai, karena ketidak tuntasan pada siklus I sudah diperbaiki pada siklus II. Oleh karena itu, penerapan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Learning model Learning Together dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Keyword: Learning Together; Prestasi; TIK. Abstrak: The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement in the achievement of class VII students of MTS Swasta Menaming in the Computer System material of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) lessons using the Learning Together Model. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a Classroom Action Research design. The subjects of this study were 30 class VII students. Based on the results of data analysis by comparing the results of observations and tests in cycles I and II. The results showed that the increase from cycle I to cycle II was 30.00%. Where in cycle I the completeness obtained was 63.33% with 19 students, while in cycle II the percentage of completeness was 93.33% with the number of students increasing to 28 students who completed learning. So, from the results of cycles I and II, the study has been completed, because the incompleteness in cycle I has been corrected in cycle II. Therefore, the application of the Cooperative Learning learning model Learning Together model can improve learning outcomes.. Kata kunci: Learning Together; Achievement; ICT

Abstract

 In reality, Notaries in carrying out their duties indirectly have played a role as mediators because the community or parties who need notary services to make authentic deeds often bring legal problems between them before or after the making of the deed. This type of research is an empirical legal research (sociological juridical) where the primary data is the result of interviews with respondents and informants. The nature of this research is descriptive analysis, the location of the research is Medan City. From a population of 222 notaries in Medan City, some notaries were taken 20% or 45 people as samples who were used as respondents based on Probability sampling with a simple random sampling method. In addition to the empirical juridical approach, a normative juridical approach was also used to obtain secondary data. The results of the study are that Notaries in providing legal counseling indirectly Notaries play an active role as mediators in resolving disputes outside the Court. The conclusion is that notaries have a strategic role as mediators in resolving disputes outside the court, so it is recommended to regulate the role of notaries as mediators, improve mediation competency for notaries, and provide socialization and education to the public regarding the benefits of mediation by notaries. Keyword: Notary Mediator, Notary Dispute Resolution Abstrak: Dalam realitanya Notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya secara tidak langsung telah berperan sebagai mediator karena masyarakat atau para pihak yang membutuhkan jasa notaris untuk membuat akta otentik tidak jarang membawa permasalahan-permasalahan hukum diantara mereka pada saat sebelum atau sesudah pembuatan akta. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian hukum empiris (yuridis Sosiologis) dimana data primernya adalah hasil wawancara dengan responden dan informan. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis, Lokasi penelitian adalah Kota Medan. Dari populasi 222 notaris Kota Medan, sebagian notaris diambil 20% atau 45 orang sebagai sampel yang dijadikan responden berdasarkan Probability sampling dengan Metode Sampel acak sederhana (simple random sampling). Disamping pendekatan yuridis empiris juga dipergunakan pendekatan yuridis normative untuk mendapatkan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian yaitu Notaris dalam memberikan penyuluhan hukum secara tidak langsung Notaris berperan aktif sebagai mediator dalam penyelesaian sengketa di luar Pengadilan. Kesimpulan bahwa notaris memiliki peran strategis sebagai mediator dalam penyelesaian sengketa di luar pengadilan, maka disarankan Pengaturan peran notaris sebagai mediator, Peningkatan kompetensi mediasi bagi notaris, Sosialisasi dan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai manfaat mediasi oleh notaris.  Kata kunci: Notaris Mediator, Penyelesaian Sengketa Notaris

Abstract

Abstract: The research aims to analyze the problems that have occurred in the Asahan Regency Education Office is about the performance of school supervisors which is classified as not good in terms of work discipline and supervisory competence school. In contrast to previous research which focused more on teachers and school principals, this study pays special attention to the role of School Supervisor as a Strategic Position in Improving Quality education in the region but is often ignored in academic studies. Research this aims to find out: (1) the influence of work discipline on the performance of school supervisors; (2) the influence of supervisory competence on supervisor performance; and (3) the influence of work discipline and supervisory competence simultaneously on the performance of school supervisors. The population of this study is all school supervisors within the scope of the District Education Office Asahan, has 35 supervisors. The sample taken from the entire population was 35 supervisors by taking a census sample. Data were collected using a questionnaire filled out by respondents and processed using regression analysis. The results of the study showed that: (1) There is a very significant positive influence between work discipline on supervisor performance of 0.5066 or 50.66% of the proportion of supervisor performance variance can be explained by the level of work discipline; (2) There is a very significant positive influence between supervisor competence on supervisor performance of 0.5938 or 59.38% of the proportion of supervisor performance variance can be explained by the level of supervisor competence; and (3) There is a positive influence between work discipline and supervisorcompetence together on supervisor performance of 0.7106 or 71.06%. Based on the result of the analysis against 35 shool supervisor, it was found that work discipline and competence supervisors have a significant and positive influence simultaneously on the performance of the supevisors of the Asahan Regency Education Office and these findings it is expected to provide new insights to the management education to improve the performance of school supervisor through Competency Development and Strengthening Work Discipline through Activities Education and Training. Keywords: Work Discipline, Supervisory Competence, and Supervisory Performance Abstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis permasalahan yang selama ini terjadi di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan yaitu tentang kinerja pengawas sekolah yang tergolong kurang baik ditinjau dari disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas sekolah. Berbeda dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang lebih banyak berfokus pada guru dan kepala sekolah, penelitian ini memberikan perhatian khusus pada peran pengawas sekolah sebagai posisi strategis dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di daerah, namun sering kurang perhatian dalam kajian akademik.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah; (2) pengaruh kompetensi pengawas terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah; dan (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas secara simultan terhadap kinerja pengawas sekolah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengawas sekolah yang berada di lingkup Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan berjumlah 35 orang pengawas. Sampel yang diambil seluruh dari populasi berjumlah 35 orang pengawas dengan mengambil sampel secara sensus. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket yang diisi oleh responden dan diolah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pengawas sebesar 0,5066 atau 50,66% proporsi variansi kinerja pengawas dapat dijelaskan oleh tingkat disiplin kerja; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara kompetensi pengawas terhadap kinerja pengawas sebesar 0,5938 atau 59,38% proporsi variansi kinerja pengawas dapat dijelaskan oleh tingkat kompetensi pengawas; dan (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pengawas sebesar 0,7106 atau 71,06%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terhadap 35 pengawas sekolah, ditemukan bahwa disiplin kerja dan kompetensi pengawas memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan positif secara simultan terhadap kinerja pengawas Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Asahan dan temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan baru kepada pihak manajemen pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pengawas sekolah melalui pengembangan kompetensi dan penguatan disiplin kerja misalnya kegiatan Pendidikan dan Latihan. Kata kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Kompetensi Pengawas, dan Kinerja Pengawas

Abstract

Abstract: This study explores the disparity in judicial decisions on online gambling criminal cases, focusing on two verdicts: Decision No. 2593/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Mdn and Decision No. 14/Pid.B/2016/PN.Tbk. Although both defendants were charged with relatively similar offenses, significant differences were found in the legal bases applied and the outcomes of the rulings. This research adopts a normative juridical approach using literature review and document analysis techniques. The findings reveal that the disparity stems from differences in legal interpretation among judges, inconsistency in the application of legal provisions, and the absence of standardized sentencing guidelines. The study recommends the development of consistent sentencing frameworks to ensure legal justice for online gambling offenders. Keywords: Sentencing Disparity, Criminal Offense, Online Gambling, Judge, Electronic                  Information Law Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas disparitas putusan hakim terhadap perkara tindak pidana perjudian online berdasarkan studi terhadap dua putusan pengadilan, yaitu Putusan No. 2593/Pid.Sus/2022/PN.Mdn dan Putusan No. 14/Pid.B/2016/PN.Tbk. Meskipun kedua terdakwa didakwa atas tindak pidana yang relatif serupa, terdapat perbedaan signifikan dalam dasar hukum yang digunakan dan putusan yang dijatuhkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis normatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa disparitas putusan timbul akibat perbedaan interpretasi hukum oleh hakim, tidak konsistennya penerapan pasal, serta kurangnya pedoman yang seragam dalam menangani kasus sejenis. Studi ini merekomendasikan pentingnya penyusunan pedoman pemidanaan agar tercipta keadilan hukum yang lebih konsisten bagi terdakwa tindak pidana perjudian online. Kata kunci: Disparitas Putusan, Tindak Pidana, Perjudian Online, Hakim, UU ITE

Abstract

Abstract: The low level of children's cognitive ability in recognizing numbers in group A at RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak is the reason why this study was conducted. Natural material game activities are activities that can help improve children's cognitive abilities in recognizing numbers. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to recognize numbers through the use of natural material media at RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak. The type of research used was classroom action research, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, observation stage, and reflection stage. The subjects of this study were students in group A of RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak. The results of this study were children's ability to recognize numbers that had increased, before conducting research actions, the level of children's ability to recognize numbers was still very low after conducting research cycle 1 the results were 33% and in cycle 2 increased to 87%. after being carried out from the pre-cycle, cycle 1, and cycle 2 it can be concluded that the cognitive ability to recognize numbers in children in group A RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak through natural object media has increased. Keywords: cognitive abilities, recognizing numbers, natural objects, early childhood. Abstrak: Rendahnya tingkat kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenal angka pada kelompok A di RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak menjadi alasan mengapa penelitian ini dilakukan.Kegiatan permainan bahan alam merupakan kegiatan yang dapat membantu peningkatan kemampuan kognitif anak dalam mengenal angka.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal angka melalui penggunaan media bahan alam di RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak .Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas ,yang setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu : tahap perencanaan,tahap pelaksanaan, tahap observasi, dan tahap Refleksi.Subyek penelitian ini adalah Peserta didik kelompok A RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kemampuan mengenal angka anak yang mengalami peningkatan, sebelum melakukan tindakan penelitian, tingkat kemampuan anak mengenal angka masih tergolong sangat rendah setelah dilakukan penelitian siklus 1 diperoleh hasil 33 % dan pada siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 87%.setelah dilakukan dari prasiklus,siklus 1, dan siklus 2 dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan  kognitif mengenal angka pada anak kelompok A RA Tarbiyatul Banin 49 Bancak melalui media benda alam mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci : kemampuan kognitif,engenal angka,benda alam,anak usia dini.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted on hydroponic farmers in Kelambir V Village, famous for agricultural commodities, where based on surveys and interviews with farmers and Umkm Eco Farm, Kelambir V Village, especially Umkm Eco Farm, has agricultural products, especially hydroponic healthy vegetables. However, the problems faced include marketing agricultural products is still limited to their own circles with conventional buying and selling to friends, family and friends and have not been able to penetrate a wider market. The research conducted aims to build a hydroponic sales application. The development of this website-based hydroponic farming sales system successfully facilitates transactions between consumers and Eco Farm more efficiently. The system also improves the sales management process and provides a better shopping experience for consumers. This implementation shows that the use of digital technology in the agricultural sector, especially the sale of hydroponic products, can increase operational effectiveness and efficiency and expand market reach. Keywords: Sales, Agriculture, Hydroponics, Green Vegetables, Website Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan pada petani hidroponik di Desa kelambir V terkenal dengan komoditas pertanian, dimana berdasarkan survey dan wawancara dengan petani dan umkm Eco Farm Desa kelambir V khususnya umkm Eco Farm memiliki hasil pertanian khususnya sayuran sehat hidroponik. Namun permasalahan yang dihadapi diantaranya pemasaran hasil pertanian masih dilakukan terbatas pada kalangan sendiri dengan jual beli konvensional kepada teman, keluarga dan sahabat dan belum mampu menembus pasar yang lebih luas. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah aplikasi penjualan hidroponik. Pengembangan sistem penjualan hasil pertanian hidroponik berbasis website ini berhasil memfasilitasi transaksi antara konsumen dan Eco Farm dengan lebih efisien. Sistem ini juga memperbaiki proses manajemen penjualan dan memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih baik bagi konsumen. Implementasi ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital dalam sektor pertanian, khususnya penjualan hasil hidroponik, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Kata kunci: Penjualan, Pertanian, Hidroponik, Sayuran Hijau, Website

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance includes all activities carried out by teachers, namely planning, implementing and evaluating the learning process, and applying the evaluation results to improve the next learning process. Assessment of teacher performance is not only assessed from the level of student mastery of the material taught, but also assessed from how teachers make various preparations for learning to the stages of implementing learning. The objectives of this study are 1) To determine the extent of the influence of training on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency, 2) To determine the extent of the influence of innovation on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency, and 3) To determine the extent of the influence of training and innovation together on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. The results of the study indicate that training has an effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. There is a moderate effect of 56.90% where the better the training, the higher the teacher's performance. Innovation has an effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. There is a moderate effect of 41.10% where the better the innovation, the higher the teacher's performance. Training and innovation simultaneously have an effect on the performance of elementary school teachers in Kota Kisaran Barat District, Asahan Regency. There is a significant effect of 94.90%. The determination coefficient R² of 89.80% can be explained by training and innovation simultaneously, and the remaining 10.20% is explained by other factors, such as work enthusiasm and competence variables. Keywords: Training, Innovation, Teacher Performance Abstrak: Kinerja guru meliputi semua aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh guru, yaitu merencanakan, melaksanakan dan mengevaluasi proses pembelajaran, serta menerapkan hasil evaluasi untuk memperbaiki proses pembelajaran selanjutnya.  Penilaian terhadap kinerja guru tidak hanya dinilai dari tingkat penguasaan siswa terhadap materi yang diajarkan, tetapi juga dinilai dari sejak bagaimana guru melakukan berbagai persiapan untuk pembelajaran hingga tahapan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh diklat terhadap kinerja guru SD Se Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Barat Kabupaten Asahan, 2) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh inovasi terhadap kinerja guru SD Se Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Barat Kabupaten Asahan, dan 3) Untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh diklat dan inovasi  secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru SD Se Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Barat Kabupaten Asahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diklat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Se Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Barat Kabupaten Asahan.  Terdapat pengaruh yang sedang sebesar 56,90 % dimana semakin baik diklat maka kinerja guru juga akan semakin tinggi. Inovasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Se Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Barat Kabupaten Asahan. Terdapat pengaruh yang sedang sebesar 41,10 % dimana semakin baik  inovasi maka kinerja guru juga akan semakin tinggi. Diklat dan inovasi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SD Se Kecamatan Kota Kisaran Barat Kabupaten Asahan. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan sebesar 94,90 %. Koefisien determinasi R² sebesar 89,80 % dapat dijelaskan oleh diklat dan inovasi secara serempak, dan sisanya 10,20 % lagi dijelaskan oleh faktor lain, yaitu seperti variabel semangat kerja dan kompetensi. Kata kunci: Diklat, Inovasi, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find out how product variations affect purchase decisions mediated by store atmosphere and impulse purchases. Unniqe store visitors served as the quantitative population for the study. The SmartPLS version 4.0 tool was used to examine 120 people in the research sample using the SEM-PLS approach. The results of this study show that product variations have a positive and significant impact on store atmosphere, product variations have a positive and significant impact on impulse purchases, product variations have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, product variations have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions mediated by impulse purchases, product variations also have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions mediated by store atmosphere.  Keyword: product variety, store atmosphere, impulse buying, purchase decision Abstrak: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh variasi produk terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh suasana toko dan pembelian impulsif. Pengunjung toko Unniqe berfungsi sebagai populasi kuantitatif untuk penelitian ini. Alat SmartPLS versi 4.0 digunakan untuk memeriksa 120 orang dalam sampel penelitian menggunakan pendekatan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa variasi produk berdampak positif dan signifikan pada suasana toko, variasi produk berdampak positif dan signifikan pada pembelian impulsif, variasi produk berdampak positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian, variasi produk berdampak positif dan signifikan pada keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh pembelian impulsif, variasi produk juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian yang dimediasi oleh suasana toko. Kata kunci: variasi produk, suasana toko, pembelian impulsif, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

Abstract: Unlawful conduct by a notary refers to actions that violate the legal and ethical obligations inherent to the notarial profession. This includes the preparation of inaccurate documents, abuse of authority, of failure to adhere to professional ethics. This study aims to examine and analyze the validity requirements for share transfer through a grant and its legal implications for the implementastion of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). This research employs a normative juridical method with a descriptive analytical approach, utilizing both statutory and cased-based approaches. Seceondary data is the main source, consisting of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, collected through literature review and analyzed qualitatively. Keywords: Notary, Share Grant Deed, Unlawful Conduct Abstrak: Perbuatan melawan hukumun notaris adalah tindakan seorang notaris yang bertentangan dengan aturan atau prinsip yang harus ditaati dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Hali ini mencakup pelanggaran terhadap kewajiban professional, seperti membuat dokumen yang tidak sesuai kenyataan, menyalahgunakan kewenangan, atau mengabaikan etika yang berlaku dalam profesinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis syarat keabsahan pengalihan saham dengan hibah dan akibat hukumnya terhadap pelaksanaan RUPS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normative bersifat deskriptif analisis dengan pendekatan penrundang-undangan dan penedekatan kasus. Data sekunder menjadi data utama penelitian yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer, sekunder, tersier yang dikumpulkan dengan studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis dengan analisis data kualitatif. Kata kunci: Notaris, Akta Hibah Saham, Perbuatan Melawan Hukum
