Abstract

Research at PT. Dzaka Rotsa Properti shows that there is a significant price difference with other housing in the same area, making Akhtara Residence owned by PT. Dzaka Rotsa Properti cannot compete because the selling price offered is more expensive. Research shows that there is no correct classification of costs, the company also has not classified factory overhead costs in detail according to the cost accounting concept, as a result the company has not been in accordance with the calculation of the cost of production which can affect the selling price and the profit achieved. The production process which is carried out on an order basis and still uses manual labor for earthworks makes the required cost even greater. From these problems, it is necessary to have an alternative to accelerate development to shorten the time and reduce the budget for development costs as well as to plan and calculate the cost of production according to the cost accounting concept using the full-costing order cost method. According to the company's production costs in producing one type 36 housing unit, the total RAB is Rp. 150,600,000. Meanwhile, according to research results based on calculations after accelerating development in accordance with the cost accounting concept, the raw material costs are Rp. 144,545,348, direct labor costs are Rp. 16,063. 333, and factory overhead costs of Rp. 21,685,500 plus the difference in factory overhead costs of Rp. 6,582. The profit calculated by the company is Rp. 38,400,000, while according to research it is Rp. 86,458,234. So there is a difference in calculations between the company and researchers of Rp. 48,058,834.

Abstract

Every year there is an increase that occurs so that the industry continues to compete to provide the best service, including the food industry. Service quality that is appropriate or even better than customer expectations will increase a customer's loyalty to the product or service provided. Holland Bakery itself already has more than 200 outlets throughout Indonesia spread in many cities. The quality of service provided by one of the Holland Bakery counters in Tegal Rotan can be seen by looking at the results of the answers from 30 customers on the initial questionnaire where 6 attributes with higher satisfaction and 11 attributes with higher dissatisfaction can be said that the quality of service provided is not good. . The research was conducted using four methods, namely servqual, IPA, Kano and QFD where servqual will be used to determine what attributes can satisfy customers through the use of five components and five gaps where it is found that there are 13 attributes that have negative gaps. After that, the IPA method will be used to find out the variables that need improvement by dividing them on a Cartesian diagram, the Kano method to determine the priority of attribute improvement according to the category, then the IPA and Kano methods will be integrated to get the "attributes that require improvement and will be brought into the QFD method. to improve service quality to match customer expectations and expectations by connecting the "voice of customer" into the overall service performed by the Tegal Rotan Holland Bakery counter where the technical response sequences that need to be carried out by companies to improve the quality of their services are obtained. This study shows that there are 13 attributes that have a negative gap, 10 attributes are in quadrant I and 3 attributes are in quadrant III, there are 13 attributes that are priorities for improvement, and technical responses that can be carried out on a priority basis to overcome the causes of problems or improve quality service.

Abstract

The successful use of an information system or technology does not only focus on the perception of the first use (initial use), but also on the sustainability of its use (continuance intention). Continuance intention is a behavior that shown by consumer to continue to use an information system or technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence continuance intention to use digital wallets among students. The results obtained from this study can be used by interested companies, such as e-commerce, internet service providers, retailers, and banks to predict consumer behavior in conducting transactions so that they can provide transaction services according to the needs and desires of consumers. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire with the help of google form. The analysis technique used is Structural Equetion Modeling (SEM) with the help of PLS-SEM 4 software. The model developed is based on the Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) by adding information quality and service quality variables. By the 9 hypotheses built, there is 1 rejected hypothesis while the other 8 hypotheses are accepted. Quality service variable has no effect on consumers' initial trust to use digital wallets. The Satisfaction variable motivates users to continue using digital wallets.

Abstract

PT. ABC is a subsidiary of the JawaPos Group, founded in 1996, and is one of the companies in East Java engaged in printing and packaging. The products produced include magazines, books and newspapers. Of all the products that the company has created, one of the biggest defects is found in newspaper products, which is 4% of the average newspaper product production of 806.59 copies and produces a moderate defect of 22,743 copies in 2019. In this research, the method applied is the Six Sigma method and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), by implementing and carrying out the stages in the Six Sigma method, namely DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, and Control). From this research, the results obtained are that the company has several newspaper product defects of 181,943 copies consisting of several types of product defects, including damp paper, blurred colours, shaded printing, asymmetrical printing, and running printing. The company is currently at the 4.04 sigma level, so corrective actions need to be taken to achieve six sigma levels. By applying the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method, it can be seen that the biggest and most frequent product defect is a blurred colour defect. So that the recommended alternative solution for repairs is to check the ink and replace the ink with standard ink or have a lower density, perform regular and systematic machine checks, and provide further guidance on newspaper printing production standards to all operators involved work.

Abstract

The government continues to promote public transportation so that people living in Jakarta can switch from private transportation to public transportation to reduce congestion. Rail transportation is one of the widely used modes of transportation by people when they want to travel. However, at the beginning of 2020, there was a decline in passengers and there were several regulations for traveling, this was useful to suppress the level of spread of the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Regulations and conditions for passengers who will travel by train must comply with several things, such as being obliged to follow the instructions and rules that already exist at the train station, conducting a rapid test, and having proof that the results must be negative. This research is conducted using the service quality method and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). The level of service provided by the station still must be improved to maintain the satisfaction of the passengers, because the gap scores still have a negative value. Several things cause the passengers to still not feel satisfied with some services. Eight attributes have a gap value greater than the average gap obtained. The company should continue to pay attention to the comfort and satisfaction of passengers when using train services to travel somewhere. Especially at the service level related to rapid tests, more attention can be given because there are so many passengers who will carry out rapid tests in the station area.

Abstract

This research was conducted on companies that store and distribute chemical raw materials (sodium sulfate) to industrial companies. The problem that occurs is that the company does not have a medium-term raw material demand plan to determine the optimal order size to suppliers as storage in the warehouse. Given that ordering is also important to note because it has an impact on the total cost of inventory from ordering costs and holding costs. The purpose of this study is to forecast to find out the demand for raw materials in the future so that the company has an estimate for planning future demand for raw materials and calculates several ordering methods (lot size) to get the optimal order size.Solving problems using forecasting methods (Moving Average, Weight Moving Average, Exponential Smooth), and lot size methods (Economic Order Quantity, Period Order Quantity, Least Unit Cost, Part Period Balancing). The results of the analysis, forecasting to determine the demand for raw materials for the next year using the Exponential Smooth method because it has the smallest MAD MSE MAPE value, and the ordering lot size using the Part Period Balancing method because it has the minimum total inventory cost of Rp. 14,128,706,027 or 23.5% more efficient than the usual ordering used by companies.

Abstract

A negative work environment can create work pressure for workers, including health professionals in hospitals. A collaborative work climate in the workplace contributes to one of the work environments. As a result, good cooperation among health professionals in hospitals can help to avoid work stress. This is because sustained work pressure can often contribute to the emergence of work stress. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze whether the teamwork climate has a significant impact on stress recognition and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the impact of stress recognition on job satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine whether stress recognition acts as a mediator between teamwork climate and job satisfaction. This quantitative study included 48 health professionals from Indonesian hospitals. The research data was analyzed with SMART PLS 3.0 and a PLS-SEM structural model. According to the findings of this study, teamwork climate has a significant effect on job satisfaction but not on stress recognition. The mere recognition of stress has no effect on job satisfaction. This study explains that stress recognition does not mediate the impact of teamwork climate on job satisfaction. Clarity of procedures and information is an important key in a hospital work environment for health professionals to be able to ask each other for certain conditions, especially those related to patient health and safety. Furthermore, to maintain organizational learning—continuous improvement, management must support all actions of workers in taking active actions that prioritize patient safety.
