Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Leadership Manager on food and bavarage employee performance di at Kyriad Hotel Bumiminang Padang. This type of research is causal associative research using simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were employees who were 30 people and the number of samples in this study amounted to 30 employees except the head of department with sampling techniques were saturated samples. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. Technical analysis uses the help of the SPSS Computer Program version 16.00. The results showed: (1) Leadership Manager is in good category (2) employee performance is in good category (3) Simple linear regression hypothesis test results is there is no positive and significant relationship between the two variables

Abstract

This research aims to determine the procedure for procurement of goods at Emersia Hotel & Resort Batusangkar. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used were interview, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. From the results of the study found several things related to the procurement procedure at Emersia Hotel & Resort Batusngkar, they were: Often other departments such as Housekeeping, Marketing and Kitchen make Purchase Requests (PR) not according to procedures, lack of communication between Purchasing and Kitchen and Engineering thus causing double orders on suppliers, as well as lack of communication with certain suppliers, causing information ignorance that some prices of goods rise.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berawal dari pengamatan peneliti terhadapfeedsInstagram hotel-hotel berbintang empat di kota Padang, khususnya Instagram Grand Zuri Hotel Padang, Kyriad Hotel Bumiminang Padang, Grand Inna Hotel Padang, Ibis Hotel Padang dan Mercure Hotel Padang. Masalah mengenai kualitas feeds Instagram ditemukan setelah peneliti membandingkan antarafeeds Instagram di hotel-hotel yang berada di kota Padang tersebut masih kurang dari hotel-hotel lainnya baik di dalam maupun luar negeri yang telah mempertimbangkan aspek kualitas feeds Instagram sebagai media promosi produk hotel mereka, mengingat peneliti sering menemukan berbagai keluhan konsumen terhadap feedsInstagram yang disajikan oleh kelima hotel berbintang di kota Padang tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitasfeeds Instagram sebagai media promosi online dengan menilai 4 indikator prinsip desain visual yaitu: (1) keseimbangan, (2) kontras, (3) konsistensi, dan (4) ruang kosong.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the impact of working environment on the employees performance at Whiz Prime Hotel Padang. The study uses two variables: the work environment as the dependent variable (X) and the employee’s performance as the dependent variable (Y). This type of reaserch is a quantitative descriptive with causal approach of using a simple linear regression test. The population in this study was all the employees of Whiz Prime Hotel Padang which amounted to 32 people. The sample collection technique is using a saturated sample. Primary data collection techniques are conducted trough questionnaire (poll) which is based on the likert scale and has validity and reliability tests, secondary data using employee performance data at Whiz Prime Hotel Padang. The results of the study show: (1) The overall work environment is in excellent category (62.5%), (2) Employee performance is in excellent category (62.5%), (3) Work environment affects employee performance amounting to (37.1%).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the work procedures for the administration of the food & beverage product Kyriad Hotel Bumi Minang Padang. This type of research is descriptive research with qualitative methods. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. From the results of the study found several things related to work procedures at the administration of the Kyriad Hotel Bumi Minang Padang food & beverage product, namely: the main work of a food & beverage product admin is often overlooked because it is not only focused on the administration but also helps the operational operational so that the food & beverage product admin often has difficulty ordering goods for operational needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi dan peran Guest Relation Officer di Nongsa Point Marina Hotel And Resort Batam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan data kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, Observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan fungsi Guest Relation Officer di Nongsa Point Marina Hotel And Resort Batam yaitu: Menghandle tamu-tamu VIP di hotel, Memberikan guest comment form kepada tamu yang sudah cek-out pada hari itu, Menanyakan tentang keluhan-keluhan tamu selama menginap dihotel, Menangani complaint serta meminta saran kepada tamu sebagai evaluasi hotel, Mengecek kamar-kamar mana yang sudah vacant clean, Membuat welcome card dan memasukan ke kamar yang akan ditempati tamu, Membuat report. Sedangkan peran Guest Relation Officer di Nongsa Point Marina Hotel And Resort Batam yaitu : untuk memberikan pelayanan yang memuaskan kepada tamu untuk menarik tamu tersebut agar kembali menginap di Nongsa point marina

Abstract

Tata perusahaan yang baik dibutuhkan dunia perbankan terutama BPR untuk tetap bertahan, yang disokong Pemerintah dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Otoritas jasa Keuangan nomor : 4/POJK.03/2015 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola bagi Bank Perkreditan Rakyat. Permasalahan yang diteliti, pertama bagaimana penerapan Good Corporate Governace (GCG ) pada PT. BPR Dharma Nagari. Kedua permasalahan serta usaha penyelesaian dilakukan PT. BPR Dharma Nagari dalam menerapakan prinsip GCG, Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum empiris yaitu penelitian hukum yang mengkaji dan menganalisa tentang bekerjanya hukum dalam masyarakat, dimana perilaku hukum individu atau masyarakat dalam kaitannya dengan hukum dan sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari data primer. Hasil yang diperoleh PT. BPR Dharma Nagari setelah melaksanakan  GCG berpedoman pada Peraturan Otoritas jasa Keuangan nomor : 4/POJK.03/2015 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola bagi Bank Perkreditan Rakyat, dengan lima prinsip dasar yaitu tranparansi, akuntabilitas, responsibility, fairnes dan indepedensi.Permasalahan yang ditemukan oleh PT. BPR Dharma Nagari dalam menerapkan prinsip GCG adalah penerapan hukum yang tidak efektif, lemahnya manajemen resiko, lemahnya sumber daya manusia dan budaya pada PT. BPR Dharma Nagari yang tidak mendukung. Hal-hal yang dilakukan oleh PT. BPR Dharma Nagari untuk mengatasi kendala-kendala tersebut adalah PT. BPR Dharma Nagari melakukan pengawasan oleh SPI. Meningkatkan mutu sumber daya manusia, melaksanakan penerimaan karyawan secara terbuka.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tugas dan tanggung jawab Human Resources Officer dan Admindi Premier Basko Hotel Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa hal yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawab Human Resources Officer dan Admin di Premier Basko Hotel Padang yaitu: Keterbatasan sistem yang menghambat penghitungan payroll karyawan serta mengatur ulang absensi karyawan, kesalahan penginputan absensi karyawan karena sistem operasi Finger Print hotel yang tidak memadai, kurangnya koordinasi departemen Accounting dengan HRD dalam pembagian gaji karyawan kontrak dan DW, dan kesulitan departemen HRD dalam menyampaikan karyawan karena sebagian karyawan tidak ikut serta ketika diadakannya training gathering

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the existing management from the beginning of the planning to the implementation then how the evaluation was carried out in the management of BUM Nagari. This study uses descriptive qualitative. The research informant technique used purposive sampling. Techniques for collecting data on observations, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of interviews, the management of BUM Nagari Sungai Kamuyang did not work based on initial planning. The management of BUM Nagari Sungai Kamuyang is ineffective because of the lack of professional managers in their fields, and a lack of public understanding of BUM Nagari
