Abstract

This study describes the use of X-Recorder and Youtube media applications and explains how the effectiveness of using X-Recorder and Youtube media in increasing student motivation in learning Indonesian at MTsN 4 Jombang. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. This research was conducted on class VII students of MTsN 4 Jombang. The research was conducted for two cycles with several stages which included planning, implementing actions, observing activities, and reflecting. Based on the results of the research, the enthusiasm of students in carrying out online learning has increased significantly so that it can be said that the application of X-Recorder and Youtube media can increase student motivation because students can feel the presence and guidance of the teacher so that learning is more directed and meaningful. This research concludes that the application of X-Recorder and Youtube media can increase students' learning motivation at MTs.Negeri 4 Jombang. Student learning outcomes are strongly influenced by the quality of learning implemented in madrasas. One that determines the quality of learning is the use of appropriate learning media and also the presence of a teacher. One of the learning media that can be applied to online learning is the X-Recorder and Youtube media

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the implementation of cafe (critical thinking, active, fun, environment) model to enhance the students’ proficiency in writing analytical exposition texts The CAFE model was designed to make it easier for the students to write their analytical exposition texts by using three writing steps, pre-writing, writing, and post-writing activities. Some difficulties faced by students when they have to make a thesis, argue for it, and find evidence to support the arguments. The problem formulation of this research is how the CAFÉ learning model can enhance students’ ability to write analytical expository texts in XI IPA3 MAN IC Gorontalo. The method used in the research is Classroom Action Research with two cycles. Each cycle is conducted in three meetings. The respondents are 17 students in grade XI IPA3. The result shows that the average score in cycle one was 62.64, compared to 79.12 in cycle two. The CAFÉ model has proved that it can address the students’ difficulties in making their thesis, making arguments, finding evidence, connecting their ideas, and making a reiteration in writing analytical expository text.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Quick on The Draw model on student learning motivation and student learning outcomes in the basic competence of identifying text information on observation reports. The method used is a quasi-experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The independent variable in this study is the Quick on The Draw model while learning motivation and student learning outcomes are the dependent variable. The population in this study were students of class VII MTsN 4 Tangerang, Academic Year 2022-2023 with a sample of class VII.1 students as the control class and students of class VII.2 as the experimental class. The sampling technique is simple random sampling. Data collection was carried out using multiple choice written tests to measure student learning outcomes and student motivation questionnaires to determine student motivation. Based on the results of the study, learning motivation and student learning outcomes in the experimental class were higher than those in the control class with a significance value (0.000 <0.05). Based on the results of the t-test analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Quick on The Draw model on learning motivation and student learning outcomes in the basic competencies of identifying information in the text of observation reports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were differences in the ability to memorize Arabic vocabulary between the scramble type and the card sort type at MTs Negeri 6 Sleman. This study uses a comparative and quantitative experimental approach. Using methods such as documentation, tests, and observations to collect data for this study. Participants in this study were all students of class VII MTs Negeri 6 Sleman. After that, samples were taken from two classes, namely the experimental group I using the scramble type, class VII C, and the experimental group II using the card sort type, class VII E. The results showed that the ability of students in the experimental group I to memorize Arabic vocabulary was significantly different. significant with students in the experimental group II. card sorting type of experimental group II with scramble type. This difference can be seen from the normal post-test value of the exploration group I of 77.18 while the test group II got a normal post-test value of 85.33. Therefore, it can be concluded that the class using the scramble type and the class using the card sort type differ significantly from one another. Thus the card sort learning model can be used as a replacement technique to increase one's capacity in maintaining Arabic vocabulary

Abstract

Learning Arabic in the intermediate stage requires good planning so that the learning and assessment process is in line with the desired goals. This enables to improve efficiency and change students' perspectives on learning Arabic using Arabic games for Misk app. The use of educational materials for educational activities in Arabic must continue in the 5.0 era. Because this is a challenge and a need for technology. Therefore, it is necessary to develop Arabic language learning materials so that they can keep pace with scientific and technological progress, and so that learning Arabic does not become boring for students. For example, app-based learning materials are being taught, it fits perfectly with the lifestyle of millennial kids who like to watch photos, videos and even movies. The four-step method is used to make Arabic conversation easy and accessible. The first step is to listen to the Arabic language a lot, the second step is to memorize many sentences and paragraphs in the Arabic language, and the third step is to practice the Arabic language by dealing with friends or family. Abstract

This study investigates the inaccuracy of utilizing affixes on Instagram social media based on morphological investigations. This is a qualitative study based on normative norms derived from conventional Indonesian grammar. The data in this study are attached words that exhibit abnormalities in their use on the Instagram social media platform. This study’s data collection method includes observation, documentation, and notes. Furthermore, the data analysis method employs the intralingual equivalent method. Based on data analysis, this study’s findings reveal errors in afiixation process, including prefixation, suffixation, and confixation errors. On prefixation errors, there are prefix errors {m??-}, prefix errors {p??-}, prefix errors {p?r-}, prefix errors {b?r-}, and prefix errors {t?r-}. Then the problems in suffixatiion include faults in the suffixes errors {-in}, suffixes errors {-an}, suffixes errors {-kan}, and suffixes errors {-i}. Meanwhile, confixation errors were founded confix errors {k?-an} and confix errors {p??-an}.

Abstract

This study aims to describe madrasa English teachers? conceptions of spirituality and their perceptions on its integration into classroom at one of Islamic boarding schools in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara. This study involved four teachers from each of the four educational units, Junior high school (male and female) and Senior high school (male and female). Data were obtained through semi-structured interviews with the four teachers and through the analysis of teaching documents. The findings orchestrate that spirituality, as conceptualized by these teachers, is centered upon divinity thus establishing a transcendental bond in which God?s role is related to all matters including their personal being and becoming as well as their connectedness with other humans and nature. This is seemingly in contrary with contemporary western account that narrows down the role of religiousity on spirituality. Additionally, through thematic analysis, four major themes related to their perceptions of integrating sprituality into classroom were obtained, namely the important role of spirituality in English language teaching, the potential for integration into learning, challenges in integrating and the integration models. All teachers considered that Islamic spirituality plays a central role, especially in learning and teaching activities, and can be integrated through classroom instructional activities and teaching materials such as greeting and praying, using Islamic nuanced media, and teaching texts with the theme of Islamic figures. This is supported by the core competence elements contained in the learning syllabus about the practice of religious teachings. However, the teachers also revealed the various challenges in carrying out the integration in question, including students' comprehension, difficulty in exemplifying the connection between spiritual values and existing teaching materials, and teacher qualifications.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of the Qur’an is its skill in articulating speech, which made eloquent Arabs prostrate themselves to its eloquence. This noble book was revealed in stunning ways that touch the Arabs' being, capture their hearts and entertain their minds. This message is intended to reveal the secrets of the Qur’an and its hidden purposes in diagnosing the meanings of the abstract and inanimate objects of great bodies. The main question of this research is why does God personify abstract meanings and inanimate objects in the Qur’an? Did he achieve the ultimate purpose of this book, the religious purpose? And in the method of analysis, it is a qualitative descriptive method that comes from the depth of reflection and contemplation. The results of this study are: 1) The Qur’an has attained the highest level of eloquence and rhetoric, and its diagnosis of abstract and natural meanings, in order to stimulate conscience and emotion and awaken the mind and heart to reflect and contemplate. economic, political and others. Rather, he called for a new opinion and a new presentation that suits the era and the need to absorb the problems of contemporary man through his eloquent style.

Abstract

This research aims to assist the process of teaching the Arabic language, which is able to raise students' interest in learning the Arabic language. This research uses the research and development method, with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This research developed educational tools on websites, which are Wordwall tools. Wordwall methods applied to students in learning Arabic succeeded in increasing students' interest in learning Arabic as evidenced by the responses of 32 students with an average score of 90%. These Wordwall tools also succeeded in validating the Arabic language teacher response questionnaires, materials, and materials, the result from the media experts got an average score of 83%, the materials experts 84% ??and the Arabic teacher response questionnaires 90%. With this guide, Wordwall media is very good as a tool in the Arabic learning media in the Yusriya High School.

Abstract

Islamic theology has a very large educational role in shaping the civilization of a society. However, Islamic Education today is in a dilemmatic position, between Rationalist-Critical or remaining in a position of strengthening religious theology. This article is a literature review that focuses on the theorizing of an-Nahlawi's work. By using content analysis on an-Nahlawi's main work, At-Tarbiyah bi al-Hiwar: Min Asalib at-Tarbiyah al-Islamiyah, as well as conducting a comparative analysis with another an-Nahlawi's work, Ushul at-Tarbiyah al-Islamiyah wa Asalibuha fi al-Bayt wa al-Madrasah wa al-Mujtama'. This research found several conclusions: (a) Kitab at-tarbiyah bi al-Hiwar is a study of Islamic education methods which were inspired by the educational journey undertaken by Allah to his Prophets, as well as that carried out by the Prophet Muhammad to his Companions. (b) Hiwar is an Islamic-Qur'anic terminology used in the communication of Allah to His Servant. The al-Hiwar method is the authentic method of Islam even from the beginning of the Revelation of the Qur'an. (c) The method of education with hiwar has been explained in detail in the Qur'an and the history of Islamic teaching by the Prophet Muhammad to his people, including: Hiwar Qur'ani and Nabawi, Hiwar Washfi, Hiwar Khitabi -Ta'abbudi and Hiwar at-ta 'lim. Islamic education is the transmission of knowledge and the transformation of a good soul and can provide goodness in life.
