Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of knowledge management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediating by empowerment. The research data was collected by a questionnaire through the survey methods toward 375 teachers. Data analysis uses path analysis supported by descriptive statistics. The results show that knowledge management had a significant effect on OCB mediating by empowerment. Thus, the teacher’s OCB can be improved through knowledge management and empowerment. This finding can be discussed as a reference among researchers and practitioners to develop better models of OCB in the future and various contexts of organizations.

Abstract

Tujuan mempelajari komputer akuntansi adalah untuk membekali mahasiswa dengan berbagai kompetensi dasar. Dengan berbagai kompetensi tersebut mahasiswa diharapkan mampu menguasai dan menerapkan konsep-konsep dasar dan prosedur komputer akuntansi yang benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan penggunaan software Accurate, MYOB dan Zahir Accounting. Dalam hal ini penulis memilih software akuntansi yang bertujuan untuk membandingkan kelebihan dan kekurangan penggunaan serta kebermanfaatan dalam software software tersebut. Abstract

The retail industry is a field that has a high contribution to the Indonesian economy. This research will examine the compensation based on the need for a decent living for retail workers. The purpose of this study is to (1) Analyze and evaluate the fulfillment of compensation (2) Creating a design and compensation strategy based on the requirements of decent living in Bogor. The type of data in this study is primary data (interview and questionnaires) and secondary data obtained from the website of Bogor, BPS, literature study, and relevant report. The method used is the descriptive analysis, control chart, and Grid ERRC. The results show that according to 60 components of Living Standards/KHL, only 53 items have been fulfilled and the rest (7 items are expected to be reviewed/Omited) and equal to Rp 2.753.000 which are below to Minimum Wage in Bogor. There is a priority in financial compensation and non-financial compensation, which are health benefits, holiday benefits, work accidents, and work incentives and non-financial compensation consists of career systems, work facilities, responsibilities, work status, working conditions. According to the control chart only 38% of the total respondents whose number of the COLA can be fulfilled above the average retail sector worker.

Abstract

COVID-19 Pandemic In Indonesia is Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) in the World which is caused acute respiration Corona Virus2 (SARS-COV-2). It had been separating in Indonesia since 2nd March 2020. COVID-19 influence abnormal stock return in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The study aims to calculate abnormal stock return in IDX before and after COVID-19 pandemic. We use sample 31 firms listed in IDX with random sampling method in February-May 2020. The study uses compare test to analysis data with Abnormal return method from Fama (1979). We Found that market adjusted model can influence abnormal stock return before and after COVID-19 and Social distancing policy in April-May 2020. The benefit of this study is to make investment policy in stock market when event study of COVID-19 and to calculate investor behavior in stock market so that can control stock market when event study of diseases pandemic.Keywords: Abnormal Return, Efficient Market Hypothesis, COVID-19

Abstract

Peneliti ingin menganalisis apa saja tantangan yang sedang dan akan dihadapi dalam penerimaan pajak dan bagaimana cara Direktorat Jendral Pajak dalam optimalisasi penerimaan pajak di era pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh peneliti dari data sekunder yang berhubungan dengan tema penelitian yang didapatkan dari data resmi Direktorat Jendral Pajak, Kementrian Keuangan, dan data sekunder lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kinerja DJP masih rendah yang tergambar dari penerimaan pajak di negara Indonesia selama lima tahun belum mampu mencapai target, kepatuhan pajak yang diukur melalui pelaporan SPT Tahunan juga masih jauh dari target , serta tax ratio yang selama lima tahun terakhir cenderung diangka yang sama dan tidak megalami peningkatan. Beberapa strategi DJP dalam optimalsiasi penerimaan pajak adalah sebagai berikut Pertama, Ekstensifikasi pemerintah harus segera menerapkan pajak digital di era pandemi Covid-19 ini. Kedua, Pajak Bandara Bebas untuk Memulihkan Sektor Pariwisata. Ketiga, pemberian insentif pajak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis unsur-unsur Marketing Mix yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa baru dalam memutuskan studi lanjut pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mandala Jember. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer, yaitu yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan kuisioner terhadap mahasiswa baru STIE Mandala Jember angkatan tahun 2019. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan tehnik Proportional Random Sampling. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap tujuh variabel Marketing Mix, yang terdiri dari: Produk, Harga, Promosi, Lokasi, Personil, Proses, Bukti Fisik dengan model analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Hasil uji F, menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel X1 (Produk), X2 (Harga), X3 (Promosi), X4 (Lokasi), X5 (Personil), X6 (Proses) dan X7 (Bukti Fisik) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap (Y) keputusan mahasiswa studi lanjut  di STIE Mandala Jember. Hasil uji t, menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing variabel X1 (Produk), variabel X2 (Harga), variabel X3 (Promosi), variabel X4 (Lokasi), dan variabel X7 (Bukti Fisik)  berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan mahasiswa studi lanjut di STIE Mandala Jember, sedangkan variabel X5 (Personil) dan variabel X6 (Proses) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan  terhadap keputusan mahasiswa studi lanjut di STIE Mandala Jember. Variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan dari penelitian ini adalah variabel promosi.

Abstract

The economy of Jakarta is the largest contributor to the national economy, and greatly affects the national economy. The research objective is to identify the variables of economic growth, regional spending, investment, exchange rates and to identify the effects of regional spending variables, investment, exchange rates, and the economic crisis on economic growth. This study uses descriptive-quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression methods. The economic growth of Jakarta in the 1987-2017 period tends to increase. The 1998 economic crisis has corrected economic growth. The ratio of direct expenditure to total expenditure and investment has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Exchange rate depreciation has a negative relationship with economic growth. The economic crisis has a negative effect on economic growth. It was recommended to the TAPD (Regional Government Budget Team) Jakarta to allocate more direct expenditure than indirect expenditure

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between fiscal balance funds and human development and also to see the behavior of budget use in the Kalimantan Island. This research uses panel data regression analysis using a sample of four provinces in Kalimantan Island with the observation year 2010-2016. The results of the study found partially the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund had a positive influence on human development on the Kalimantan Island. Meanwhile, the Revenue Sharing Fund has no effect on human development on the Kalimantan Island. This is because the Kalimantan Island Revenue Sharing Fund experienced a significant decline in 2014-2016 and the use of the Revenue Sharing Fund from Natural Resources is limited by regulation on environmental sustainability. Simultaneously, fiscal balancing funds, namely General Allocation Funds, Special Allocation Funds, and Revenue Sharing Funds has an influence on human development on the Kalimantan Island. This research found that the implementation of decentralization in Indonesia made local governments tend to rely on Fiscal Balance Funds to finance human development programs in the regions.

Abstract

Para pihak pelaku usaha melaksanakan kompetisi yang sangat kera guna menarik simpati dari pihak konsumen. Sebagian konsumen yaitu sekitar 24 juta penduduk Indonesia adalah Warga Negara Berkebutuhan Khusus atau disabilitas. Individu dengan hambatan intelektual mempunyai keterbatasan dalam hal fungsi di dalam adaptif dan juga fungsi dalam pikir, hal ini disebabkan oleh tingkatan dari kecerdasannya yang pada umumnya di bawah rata-rata. Hal itu tampak dalam keterbatasan mereka ketika berkomunikasi dan dalam keterampilan bersosialisasi. Program Studi (Prodi) Manajemen Pemasaran untuk Warga Negara Berkebutuhan Khusus (MP-WNBK) Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) memfasilitasi individu dengan disabilitas untuk dapat turut mendapatkan pendidikan vokasional tingkat diploma. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan penelitian ini ialah guna melaksnakan penganalisisan berkenaan dengan pengaruh dari faktor-faktor yang memberikan sumbangan pengaruh pada keputusan pembelian pada keputusan pembelian produk pada WNBK. Metode yang dipergunakan di dalam pelaksanaan penelitian ialah observasi dan kuesioner. Lokasi penelitian di Program Studi MP-WNBK PNJ dengan membuat ruangan simulasi yang berisi rak-rak berisi aneka produk minuman dalam kemasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor pengambilan keputusan bagi Warga Negara Berkebutuhan Khusus adalah faktor psikologi dan faktor sosial.

Abstract

Warung kopi saat ini sudah  menjadi kebutuhan bagi beberapa orang. Hal tersebut menyebabkan bisnis warung kopi di Indonesia saling bersaing. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kualitas pelayanan di Soehendar Coffee. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif yaitu mengirim kuesioner kepada 96 orang responden dengan pengambilan sampel simple random sampling. Tehnik analisa data yang digunakan adalah model regresi liner berganda, uji koefisien determinasi (R2), uji F (simultan) dan uji t (parsial). Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh bahwa secara parsial kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (thitung = 4,995 > 1,985). Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan (thitung = 3,722 > 1,985). Secara simultan, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Soehendar Coffee. Hal ini, dapat dilihat dari hasil perhitungan uji F bahwa Fhitung (44,959) > dari Ftabel (3,09) sedangkan signifikansi (0.000) < ? 5% atau 0.05
