Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  menganalisis pengaruh variabel TAM (Persepsi Manfaat dan Persepsi Kemudahan), Persepsi Resiko, dan Pengaruh Sosial terhadap kepuasan dan Penggunaan Kembali secara Terus Menerus Mobile Banking Bank Kalsel. Populasi merupakan keseluruhan  Nasabah Tabungan Bank Kalsel dengan sampel yaitu pengguna Mobile Banking Bank Kalsel menggunakan teknik Purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel yang terdistribusi sebanyak 200 responden sesuai kriteria yang ditetapkan, Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) AMOS Ver.22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Persepsi Resiko berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ;  Persepsi Manfaat berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ; Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ; Pengaruh Sosial berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  kepuasan ; dan Kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan  terhadap  Penggunaan Kembali secara Terus Menerus.Kata  kunci:  TAM, Persepsi Resiko, Pengaruh Sosial, Kepuasan, Intention to Reuse

Abstract

This article aims to discuss one result of research on the response of lecturers to higher education budgeting and the response of lecturers to their performance so far implemented and to determine whether budgeting has a positive effect on lecturer performance in the Aceh State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN). Data collection was carried out at five PTKIN in Aceh, namely UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, IAIN Langsa, IAIN Lhokseumawe, STAIN Meulaboh, and STAIN Takengon. The population and sample were derived from the lecturers' is data in the staffing section of each PTKIN Aceh, and then determined using the Slovin formula. The type of research chosen is the Mix Method, using descriptive statistics and hypothesis testing using simple regression. The results of the analysis found that the lecturers gave a good response to the budgeting carried out by the team at PTKIN Aceh and the performance results practiced by the PTKIN Aceh lecturers were also good. Meanwhile, the results of hypothesis testing found that there was no significant effect of budgeting on the performance of PTKIN lecturers in Aceh province.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the digital marketing strategy in SMEs Imago Raw Honey. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data triangulation. The results showed that the Imago Raw Honey SMEs involved digital roles starting from the process of segmentation, targeting, positioning, marketing mix design, and marketing implementation. SMEs Imago Raw Honey market their products online through an integrated optimization of digital marketing tools. The use of digital media really helps Imago Raw Honey SMEs in carrying out their marketing functions effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

Tujuan pokok dari adanya penelitian ini ialah menguji pengaruh Kepercayaan (Trust), Keamanan (Scurity), persepsi resiko (Risk Perception) , dan norma subjektif (Subjecticity Norm) terhadap niat bertransaksi secara online (Intetion to online transaction). Hal ini untuk mengantisipasi ketidak pastian dan resiko, yang  menjadi petimbangan serius bagi para pelanggan online dalam melakukan transaksi online. Penelitian ini  bersifat kuantitatif dengan  tehnik purposive sampling, tertuju pada mahasiswa pengguna internet  yang telah lulus mata kuliah Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Jurusan Akuntansi program reguler dan ekstensi, Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Pattimura Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian yang digunakan bersifat explanatory research, yang mana menjelaskan kaitan kausal antar variabel menggunakan uji hipotesis. Dari penyebaran kuesioner diperoleh 60 orang mahasiswa sebagai responden yang dianggap mewakili populasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya pengaruh berbanding lurus pada (Positif) keamanan, kepercayaan persepsi risiko serta norma subjektif kepada  niat bertransaksi online.

Abstract

Rural Banks has the opportunity to increase third party fund in the form of saving and pension credit distribution. Both purposes can be achieved by increasing pensioner customers who make Rural Banks the paymaster of their pension fund. If this problem did not meet the solution or the right handling, it might increase the stagnant customers so that Rural Banks would lose the opportunity to increase third party fund and profit from loan distributed. The purpose of this study was to find out the marketing mix factor that most influence to the customer convenience at the Rural Banks . This is intended to help formulate a marketing strategy to attract customer to become  product customer and increase Rural Banks,  saving and credit volume. In this study, the method used was survey approach. The type of this study was quantitative descriptive and the nature of this study was descriptive explanatory. Data collection method was carried out using questionnaire and documentation. The data analysis used was multiple regression. Simultaneously, the result showed that the price variable had no effect on the customer convenience to become a customer at the Rural Banks, but the location variable had a strong influence on the  decision to become a  product customer at the  Rural Banks. Product, location, promotion, price, person, and process variables simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the increase the number of retirees at Rural Banks. This showed that with  product offered according to need, location that was easy to reach, attractive promotion, employees who were friendly and working well, a fast process and affordable credit interest rates could boost the positive impact on increasing the number of  customers at the Rural Banks,  .

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif ini untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Komitmen Kerja (X1) dan Komunikasi (X2) antar individu sebagai variabel independen terhadap Kepuasan Kerja (Y) Anggota POLRI di SUB DIT FASHARKAM DITPOLAIR BAHARKAM POLRI. Melalui survey terhadap 128 responden yang merupakan Anggota POLRI secara keseluruhan, diperoleh hasil penelitian bahwa Komitmen dan Komunikasi tidak terbukti mampu mempengaruhi Kepuasan Kerja. Di satu sisi, kontribusi Komitmen untuk mampu memberikan perubahan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja sangatlah kecil sebesar 3,7%. Sementara di sisi lain, Komunikasi justru berkontribusi negatif sebesar 51% terhadap perubahan Kepuasan Kerja yang seharusnya menjadi bagian paling penting terhadap fungsi koordinasi dan kontrol di SUB DIT FASHARKAM DITPOLAIR BAHARKAM POLRI. Catatan yang perlu digarisbawahi dari persoalan ini adalah kedua variabel (Komitmen dan Komunikasi) harus menjadi perhatian utama pimpinan terhadap Anggota POLRI SUB DIT FASHARKAM DITPOLAIR BAHARKAM POLRI dalam rangka mengemban tugas dan tanggung jawab untuk dapat menciptakan suasan kerja yang kondusif dan kinerja yang optimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyelidiki daya tarik Gunung Prau sebagai salah satu objek wisata alam di Wonosobo yang memengaruhi minat berkunjung wisatawan. Covid 19, merupakan salah satu faktor dari sejumlah pertimbangan terhadap physical situation yang tidak memadai dari objek wisata tersebut bagi 60 responden wisatawan di sana. Dengan pendekatan mixed methode, hasil survey menunjukkan hasil bahwa 82% wisatawan menunda kunjungannya di masa Pandemi Covid 19 dengan alasan keselamatan dan kesehatan, namun sebesar 86% menyatakan ingin kembali berkunjung usai Pandemi Covid 19, walaupun 42% diantaranya menilai buruk physical condition situs wisata tersebut dalam hal lokasi, fasilitas dan akomodasi secara keseluruhan, namun tidak menyurutkan minat berkunjung kembali bagi wisatawan sebesar 58% atas kehawatiran akan tertularnya Covid 19 dan menikmati suasana alam di sana. Kerinduan yang terpendam ini harus ditangkap sebagai sinyal potensial oleh Pemerintah Daerah setempat dan pengelola Kawasan wisata Gunung Prau bahwa masih ada harapan baik untuk memperkuat daya tarik Kawasan Gunung Prau sebagai salah satu destinasi objek wisata alam terbaik nasional di tengah keraguan dan kekhawatiran wisatawan untuk berkunjung dengan memastikan pengelolaan kawasan wisata tersebut patuh terhadap regulasi dan protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Business is undergoing a change called the new wave, which is a change in (traditional) production-based economies into a knowledge-based economy. This is because Intellectual Capital is considered as a source that has a competitive advantage for a company. Information technology (IT) also provides many benefits for companies that use it well. One of the competitive advantages turns out that Intellectual Capital by Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia has not been utilized as an asset that can improve company performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The purpose of this study is to explain the influence of Intellectual Capital and IT Competence on Innovation in improving Competitive Advantage and explain the moderating relationship between IT Competence and Knowledge Base View on Firm Performance. Intellectual Capital and IT Competence have no effect on Innovation in improving Competitive Advantage. Innovation serves as a full mediation of intellectual capital with firm performance. Likewise, the competitive advantage functions as a full mediation towards IT Competence and firm performance.

Abstract

Taxes are the main source of government revenue, both central and local governments. Various ways have been done to increase revenue from this tax, including local governments through various regional tax reforms. The purpose of tax reform is to increase regional revenues from the taxation sector which will be used for the prosperity of the people through economic growth and regional development. This study aims to investigate the effect of tax revenue on economic growth in DKI Jakarta Province. The research method used is a quantitative method with data from the DKI Jakarta Province in the 1987-2019 period. Regression analysis will be used and processed with SPSS software. The result obtained from this research is that local tax revenues have a positive and significant effect on economic growth in the DKI Jakarta Province during the period 1987-2019. Regional autonomy policies also affect the economic growth of DKI Jakarta. The implication of this finding is that the sustainability of local tax revenues is needed to increase economic growth in DKI Jakarta. Local tax revenues should also be used to fund productive projects or activities so as to accelerate economic growth

Abstract

This study discusses the relationship between inflation, exchange rates, and local government spending on domestic investment (PMDN) in Central Java Province while this study uses SPSS in processing data, and the results of this study stated that from the test results the regression model is obtained for the equation The multiple linear regression of this research is Y = -46.571 – 0.347 Inflation + 1.509 Exchange Rate + 1.402 Regional Expenditures + e. With constant (a) = -46.571 Regression coefficient X_1 (b_1) = -0.347 Regression coefficient X_2 (b_2) = 1.509, while the regression coefficient X_3 (b_3) = 1.402. For the results of the Simultaneous Significance Test. (F – statistical test). F_count is used to test whether the equation model Y = a + b_1 X_1 + b_2 X_2 + b_3 X_3 or the regression equation Y = -46.571 – 0.347 X_1 + 1.509 X_2 + 1.402 X_3. F_hitung = 10.355 and F_tabel 0.05 = 4.76. Because F_hitung > F_table that is (10.355 > 4.76) based on this research method, it can be stated the truth of the model used. And t is stated that the probability obtained is 0.009 < 0.05. So the conclusion of the independent variable (Inflation, Exchange Rates and Regional Expenditures) together have a significant impact on the dependent variable (domestic investment).
