Abstract

Pembelian online telah menjadi tren saat ini. Banyak faktor yang memengaruhinya, termasuk persepsi risiko dan keamanan yang diterima konsumen saat berbelanja online. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh risiko dan keamanan yang dirasakan pada keputusan pembelian online mahasiswa. Sebanyak 150 mahasiswa sebagai responden yang merupakan konsumen dan telah berbelanja online di Lazada Indonesia. Mereka dipilih berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dan kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi adalah Y = 2,329 - 0,171 X1 + 0,459 X2 + e. Risiko dan keamanan yang dirasakan secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian siswa di Lazada Indonesia (F = 27.937). Namun, secara parsial persepsi risiko memiliki nilai t negatif yang berarti tidak berpengaruh pada keputusan pembelian (t = -1.967). Sebaliknya, keamanan memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian siswa di Lazada Indonesia (t = 5,879).

Abstract

“Perempuan merupakan sumber daya yang sangat berperan penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian global. Meskipun demikian terdapat perempuan yang telah mengambil keputusan untuk berwirausaha/pengusaha dengan beberapa bidang. Karakteristik perempuan yang mempunya motivasi tinggi untuk berusaha mandiri meningkatkan produktivitas dengan ikut bergabung dalam beberapa pelatihan dan pendidikan. Peran perempuan dalam ekonomi global dengan meningkatkan kreativitas dan keinovasian untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan upaya memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang dihadapi orang setiap hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis serta mengidentitaskan peran perempuan pengusaha terhadap perekonomian yang sedang tumbuh dan menjadikan suatu langkah bagi kaum perempuan untuk mengembangkan kualitas diri atau ketrampilan diri. Penelitian ini mengambil dan mengelola data member ukmindonesia.id yang tergabung sampai dengan Oktober 2019, Lalu melakukan interview (wawancara mendalam) pada salah satu member ukm perempuan yang berdomisili di Garut. Tentang Pengusaha perempuan dan bagaimana memulai bisnis atau usahanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan seperti pendidikan, pengalaman dan sikap terhadap pengambilan resiko sangat penting terhadap kegiatan kewirausahaan pengusaha perempuan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of experiential marketing on customer loyalty Cafe Excelso in Central Jakarta 2019. The research methodology used is quantitative method with cross section data and primary data obtained from questionnaires. The sampling technical using purposive sampling method with the data in 2019. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression to test of the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis testing t-statistic and f-statistic to examine the effect together with a significance level of 5%. The results of this study indicate that in partial sense, feel, think, and act positive and significant impact on the customer loyalty, while relate variable have negative effect but not significant on customer loyalty. Meanwhile simultaneous independent variable sense, feel, think, act, and relate togetherly have a significant relationship to the dependent variable which is customer loyalty. Coefficient of determination from this study showed that the number of 71.96% of the variation of the independent vaiable sense, feel, think, act, and relate is able to explain the variation of the rise and fall dependent variable customer loyalty by 71.96%, while the remaining 28.04% influenced by other independent variable.Keywords : Experiential Marketing, Sense, Feel, Think. Abstract

Hard to imagine if now living without a cellphone. All information can be provided quickly and instantly via mobile. Advertisements on mobile phones are becoming the current trend and target by advertisers despite the high possibility of recipients seeing and responding to the ads that appear. This study intends to measure whether the mobile USSD Pop-up Notification advertisement has an influence and relationship on consumer buying interest. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method by collecting data through questionnaires to 385 respondents. The data analysis technique used is correlation analysis and simple linear regression. The results of the correlation coefficient test obtained the number 0.63 where the interpretation produced shows the existence of a Strong Relationship, and coefficient determination of 40%, means a contribution of the variable USSD Pop-up Notification advertising can provide buying interest of 40%, while the remaining 60% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. For hypothesis testing, it can be seen that the t value is 15.951 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 which means there is a Significant Effect between variable X on variable Y. Finally, the study found that USSD Pop-up Notification advertising has a significant positive impact on consumer buying interest

Abstract

Management control systems in organizations are one of the important topics in management accounting. The selection of the right management control system is actually influenced by environmental uncertainty in the organization. It is necessary to review the literature regarding the implications of the uncertainty of the organization's environment on the selection of a management control system. This article is compiled based on the ideas supported by a literature review using content analysis. The content analysis stage starts from searching for relevant articles, selecting articles and collecting criteria for each article. The result is that the system changes that will be used are closely related to the organizational structure, objectives, and implementation of planning. This is because the control system itself actually means as a device of interconnected communication structures that facilitate information processing with the aim of helping management coordinate the parts that exist to achieve organizational goals on an ongoing basis. The uncertainty of the organization's environment clearly has on the selection of a management control system, so that with a rapidly changing environment the organization has implications for the need for more detailed information in order to maximize the function of the management control system.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is still big health problems in Indonesia. The government has spent a lot of budget to overcome the Tuberculosis problem in Indonesia. This study aims to see what the effect of poverty in Indonesia on Tuberculosis cases in Indonesia. This study uses 431 Cities-Regencies in Indonesia in 2017. Using the Multiple Linear Regression method, this study shows that the Poverty Rate in Indonesia has a positive and significant effect on the number of Tuberculosis cases in Indonesia. This study also shows that population density also has a positive and significant effect on the number of tuberculosis cases in Indonesia. On the other hand, total health workers have a negative and significant effect on the number of Tuberculosis cases in Indonesia. Reducing poverty, reducing population density, and increasing health workers in Indonesia can be a solution to accelerate the alleviation of the Tuberculosis problem in Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh firm maturity dan slack resources terhadap Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Hipotesis penelitian dibangun berdasarkan teori legitimasi, teori stakeholder, dan resources-based view. Teknik pemilihan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sebanyak 53 perusahaan digunakan sebagai sampel dengan 3 tahun penelitian, sehingga jumlah observasi adalah sebanyak 159 observasi. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan keuangan perusahaan go public. Data CSR diperoleh dengan mengolah laporan CSR perusahaan menggunakan software NVIVO versi 10, sedangkan untuk data-data lainnya yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diakses dari datastream. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan software STATA versi 13 dengan melakukan uji statistik deskriptif dan uji regresi berganda dengan balanced data panel untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa firm maturity berpengaruh positif terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Sedangkan slack resources tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pembaca laporan keuangan perusahaan terutama investor yang concern terhadap isu-isu lingkungan di Indonesia. Perusahaan mature lebih banyak mengungkapkan CSR dibandingkan perusahaan younger sehingga para investor dapat mempertimbangkan perusahaan mature ketika akan menanamkan modal.

Abstract

This quantitative dynamic panel research is aimed to find out the effect of Government Expenditure in forms of Local Government Expenditure towards the Economic Growth of Solo Raya in 2009-2018. The analysis uses autoregressive distributed-lag dynamic model which includes not only the current but also the lagged values of the explanatory variable, and one or more lagged values of the dependent variables. The result of the analysis shows that Direct Expenditure gives more 1.32E-07 percent significant effect to the Economic Growth in Solo Raya, so does the Economic Growth of the past one year. Both Direct and Indirect Expenditure of the past one year give additional effects to the Economic Growth. Based on the analysis, it is recommended for the government to more thoroughly and carefully count the number of government expenditures and pays more attention to the allocation of Direct Expenditure which is able to contribute and give significant effect to the economic growth of a region.

Abstract

This case study aims to determine the effect of incentives, motivation, work discipline and organizational culture on employee performance. In this study there are four variables used, namely three independent variables and one dependent variable. Motivation, incentives and work culture variables are independent variables, while member performance variables are dependent variables.     In processing this research data using the statistical program SPSS version 20.00 for windows. This study passed several statistical tests, namely Validity, Reliability and Hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis described in the previous discussion, it can be concluded: In general there is an influence between the variables of motivation, incentives and organizational culture on member performance. In other words simultaneously there is the effect of variable X on variable Y or the relationship of variable X with significant variable Y. The amount of influence of motivation, incentives and work culture on the performance of members amounted to 97.7%.Partially, motivation and work culture variables affect employee performance and the magnitude of each of these variables is 63.4% and 21.9%. While the incentive variable does not affect member performance because it has a significance value of 0.194. Value of 0.194 is greater than 0.05%, meaning that it is not significant

Abstract

Smartphone berbasis android merupakan sarana komunikasi teknologi digital yang sangat efektif dan efisien sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat dalam melakukan mobilitas dan aktivitasnya di dalam ekonomi digital. Banyak perusahaan smartphone android yang melakukan inovasi untuk merebut pangsa pasar yang besar, salah satunya adalah smartphone Oppo yang sudah banyak dikenal dikalangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan iklan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk smartphone Oppo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang dianalisis dengan analisis linier berganda menggunakan program statistical package for social sciences (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, sedangkan Iklan berpengaruh positif dan   signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara simultan Harga dan Iklan memiliki pengaruh postitif yang signifikan Keputusan Pembelian.
