Abstract

This paper aims to examine the cause of public engagement ineffectiveness in the policy of arrangement and empowerment for street vendors in Garut Kota subdistrict. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that public engagement in this policy has not been effective, because it has not been related to: 1) Context and Settings; 2) Sponsors, Conveners, and Their Motivations for Direct Public Engagement; 3) Process Design; and 4) Outcomes. Regarding Context and Settings, there are no specific rules for public engagement. Public engagement has become a formality to fulfill the principles of democratic governance, but most of the local government decisions and actions that are considered crucial in this policy do not represent street vendors desire. Regarding Sponsors, Conveners, and Their Motivations for Direct Public Engagement, public engagement in the policy does not have sponsors yet in its sustainability, as for those who are organizers of public engagement in this policy based on the Regent’s Decree, especially in the fields that give positions to street vendors to be engaged as implementing elements. Some information, related to Process Design and Outcomes, is challenging to obtain. In substance, the author does not find information that is genuinely relevant to the aspects contained therein. The author recommends that a comprehensive review be carried out to formulate the Implementation Guidelines and Technical Guidelines based on the elements set out in the framework of direct public engagement as a guideline for conducting public engagement.

Abstract

This researchwas conducted to determine the success level of the implementation of Siskeudes (Sistem Keuangan Desa ? Village Financial Information System) by using the updated DeLone and McLean information system success model that had been adjusted to the implementation of Siskeudes as a mandatory information system in Villages in Majalengka Regency, West Java. This research examined the impact of quality of system,quality ofinformation, and service quality on user satisfaction, and the impact of user satisfaction on perceived net benefit. Data wereobtained from questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents in Majalengka Regency. The methods used in this study was descriptive analysis with path analysis, while for hypothesestesting, the t test was performed and also the p-value test. The results of this study indicated a significant effect of system quality and the quality of service on user satisfaction, and also the effect of user satisfaction on perceived net benefits, but showed no significant effects of the quality of information on user satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana e-commerce dapat meningkatkan volume penjualan pada UMKM Industri kreatif makanan minuman. Pertumbuhan aktivitas jual beli melaui online atau e-commerce di Indonesia dan di Kota Bandung pada khusunya saat ini semakin meningkat sebagai dampak kemajuan teknologi komunikasi. Salah satu jenis usaha yang saat ini cenderung mengalami peningkatan penggunaan internet sebagai sarana promosi dan transaksinya adalah usaha industri kreatif makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif, Jenis data adalah data kuantitatif yang berasal dari sumber data yang bersifat primer melalui kuesioner, wawancara dan observasi. Dilakukan pula telaah dokumen dari instansi terkait, jurnal, buku dan searching melalui internet sebagai data sekunder. Populasi penelitian adalah UMKM industri kreatif makanan dan minuman yang menggunakan e-commerce yang diambil sampelnya sebanyak 85 responden melalui teknik purpossive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Sederhana, dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa tanpa kehadiran e-commerce volume pejualan memiliki nilai 0.583 dan setiap kenaikan kinerja e-commerce sebesar 1(satu) satuan akan menaikkan volume penjualan sebesar 1.394‬ satuan. Berdasarkan analisis koefisien korelasi diketahui e-commerce dan volume penjualan memiliki hubungan dengan kategori kuat yang ditunjukkan oleh nilai R sebesar 0.733. Sedangkan hasil analisis Koefisien Determinasi diperoleh hasil nilai R square sebesar 0.537 atau 53.7% sehingga dapat dikatakan e-commerce mempengaruhi volume penjualan sebesar 53.7%, sedangkan 46.3% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan Uji T diperoleh hasil t hitung sebesar 9.814 dengan tingkat sig 0.00 < 0.05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa volume penjualan dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh e-commerce.

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of empowerment, interpersonal communication job involvement, onperformanceemployee’s performance, through work motivations. Sample in this research totaled 101 employee’s. Sampling techniques using census method with saturated sampling technique, so the whole population is used as a sample.Variable this research consisting empowerment, interpesonal communication, job involvement, work motivation, employee’s performance. Data collection methods used were questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis using SPSS 24. The results showed direct influence on employee’s performance indicates empowerment and job involvement are supported, but for interpesonal communication is not supported. The Results of research indirect effect on employee’s performance through work motivation showed empowerment dan job involvement are not supported, but interpersonal communication supported. This research is expected to be beneficial for PT. Leo Hupindo to improve employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract

Masalah utama yang dihadapi lanjut usia adalah penurunan kesehatan fisik dan mental yang membuat penyesuaian diri terhadap pelayanan sosial meliputi lingkungan alamiah, diri sendiri dan lingkungan sosial nya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Integrasi Pelayanan sosial di.Balai.Perlindungan.Sosial.Tresna.Werdha.Ciparay yang mempengaruhi.proses penyesuaian diri lanjut usia dalam menghadapi penolakan terhadap dirinya maupun lingkungan sosialnya. Terutama menghadapi proses transformasi dalam kehidupan, Penelitian menemukan bahwa Peningkatan pelaksanaan dan pengembangan lembaga pelayanan sosial menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam menilai mutu dan kualitas suatu lembaga terutama pelayanan sosial terhadap lanjut usia yang semakin dibutuhkan. Di sisi lain diakibatkan karena.lemahnya.kemampuan pengorganisasian dan manajerial sebagai keahlian dan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan dalam menyelenggarakan kegiatan pelayanan sosial. kemampuan dan keterampilan manajerial dan organisasi merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting dalam menciptakan integrasi pelayanan sosial yang mempengaruhi kondisi lanjut usia yang tinggal di panti dalam menerima perubahan kondisi baik secara fisik maupun mental. Budaya organisasi menjadi salah satu kendala terwujudnya integrasi pelayanan sosial baik organisasi formal maupun informal yang membentuk intervensi pelaksanaan pelayanan sosial untuk membentuk penyesuaian diri lanjut usia selama ada di.panti.
