Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran makanan tradisional keripik talas beneng khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.Karena selama ini para pelaku usaha keripik talas beneng yang ada di kabupaten Pandeglang masih kesulitan dalam proses pemasaran produknya.Metode yang di gunakan adalah analisis SWOT dengan kekuatan,kelemahan,peluang dan ancaman dari produk keripik talas beneng itu sendiri.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa proses pemasaran produk keripik talas beneng belum maksimal di Kabupaten Pandeglang.Dengan demikian perlu adanya penerapan bauran pemasaran yaitu : Produk,Harga,Promosi dan Tempat,diharapakan dengan penerpan bauran pemasaran tersebut bisa meningkatkan penjulalan produk keripik talas beneng yang merupakan makanan khas Kabupaten Pandeglang.

In 2014, PT. X was facing an income loss. It was affected by the changes in the global economic circumstances. The impact has a strong influence on a few company's aspects, one of them is the human resources aspect, such as the decrease in wages and benefits that resulting in the decrease of PT. X employees' job satisfaction. With high employees' emotional intelligence, job satisfaction should be maximally reached. The purpose of this research is to find out the achievement of employees' job satisfaction through emotional intelligence at PT. X. The methods used in this research were descriptive method (qualitative) with respondent’s analysis and verificative method (quantitative) using statistical tests analysis: linear regression analysis, coefficient determination analysis, and hipothetical test. The result shows that employees' job satisfaction can be achieved significantly through emotional intelligence. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Emotional Intelligence

This study aims to determine the community’s acceptance using of the modification Technology Acceptance Model approach for internet television services. The type of research is descriptive and verification with the descriptive survey method. For operational variables consist of perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality, attitude, and intention. Data obtained from Indonesia for internet television which is amounting to 213 people. The data were collected using a questionnaire instrument. Questionnaires have been prepared based on indicators of each variable by using Likert’s scale. The result of descriptive analysis showed that Indonesian people accepted internet television services using the modification technology acceptance model approach. The result of CB-SEM showed the model of internet television is quite fit and the hypothesis indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived enjoyment, perceived quality has influence toward intention through attitude in simultaneously and partial.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this research is to know how the environmental security factor analysis in the strategy of transportation service in overcoming wild parking at Alun-Alun Bandung city. The method used in this research is a qualitative, desktiptive approach, a qualitative approach chosen by researchers because the objects examined by the thicning are not numeric objects but rather this research is conducted based on the use of reasoning with researchers as instruments. Wild parking problem in Alun-alun Bandung disrupts traffic activity and citizen about Alun-Kota Bandung, where, despite the provided basement parking facility, wild parking is still there. The result of this research is the wild parking around the square-Allun Badnung city still exists, dfaith with all the efforts that have been done is still not also cause a deterrent effect against wild parking actors, therefore researchers hope that the Ministry of Transportation continues to try to find a way to provide effective deterrent effects. In general, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) facing difficulties in increasing competitiveness in the industry. Several studies have stated that the contributing factor lies in the poor quality of human resources, especially related to knowledge and labor skills. Absorptive capacity is the ability to absorb information into knowledge and skills. Therefore, this study aims to obtain empirical evidence related the efforts to increase absorptive capacity in 74 construction companies in Banten Province. The results of the analysis show that intellectual stimulation can increase the absorptive capacity positively and significantly. Meanwhile, explicit knowledge sharing is not empirically proven affected absorptive capacity.

Performance measurement of local government in Indonesia needs to be improved as demanded by the central government. Based on institutional theory, there are three factors that influence the quality of local government performance measurement, namely technical knowledge, management commitment, and resources. This study examines the effect of those factors on the quality of local government performance measurements in the province of West Java. Respondents in this study were the head of regional government agency. Using PLS-SEM, result of this research prove that there is a positive and significant influence of those three factors on the quality of local government performance measurement. These findings provide practical contributions as a guide in improving the quality of performance measurement. Future research needs to expand the scope of the observation area, combine subjective and objective scales of the quality performance measurement variables, and develop other variables based on contingency, agency, and dynamic capabilities theory.

In order to improve the performance of government agencies towards professionalism and support the creation of good public services, human resources who have work discipline and good individual character are needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution given by work discipline and individual characteristics to employee performance. This research method uses a quantitative approach using qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis. The data collection used a questionnaire and the sampling technique used a saturated sample with a total sample of 42 employees. From the research results, it can be concluded that: work discipline and individual characteristics, and employee performance are good. There is a positive influence between work discipline and individual characteristics on employee performance. Work discipline and individual characteristics have a strong relationship with employee performance. Hypothesis test results show that there is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and individual characteristics on employee performance.

Abstract; This study explains the influence and relationship of discipline and creative promotion in increasing the work motivation of PT Askrida Jakarta employees in maintaining the number of customers and expanding the range of products , while the research objective is to examine the effect and relationship between variables and their correlation values ​​with quantitative research methods and the number of respondents as much 100 employees in a period of six months, from January to June 2019, and the results of the study showed that between variables showed positive and significant values, also for statistical tests explained the results were quite good so it needed to increase work motivation by continuing to improve discipline and promote creative in PT Asuransi Bangun Askrida Jakarta in order to increase company profits while maintaining employee welfare and maintaining customer satisfaction Keywords: discipline, creative promotion, motivation.

This research is based on the background to find out how the influence of post type on online engagement in five coffee shops in Bandung and how the effect of posting time on online engagement in the five coffee shops. In addition, this study also aims to find recommendations for managing posts in five coffee shop accounts to increase online engagement. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive research type by taking post data uploaded by five Instagram coffee shop accounts from September 2018 to August 2019 to be used as research objects. The posts analyzed in this study totaled 448 posts. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive analysis and different tests of Kruskal Wallis and Post Hoc.The results of this study indicate that the type of post and time of posting (month and day), only the month has a significant influence on online engagement, while the day has no significant effect on likes and comments. The posting time of the month that has the most significant influence on likes and comments is January, May, June, and August. The type of post information has the most significant effect on likes and comments compared to other post types. Keywords: Social Media; Instagram; Online Engagement.

This study was conducted to determine the effect of knowledge sharing on employee competencies with organizational culture as a mediator. The purpose of this study was to analyze and examine the direct and indirect effects between the variables in this study include knowledge sharing, employee competencies, and mediated with the organizational culture at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, with a type of descriptive-causal analysis. Sampling with non-probability sampling with a type of sampling jenuh with a sample of 100 respondents taken from employees of PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III Jawa Barat. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis techniques and Partial Least Square analysis – Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS analysis tools. The results of this analysis show the organizational culture as a mediator in partial mediation resulting in changes or impairment of knowledge sharing variables to the employee's competence. Organizational culture makes knowledge sharing to influence competencies indirectly become insignificant, it can be concluded that the culture of the organization is still not able to give the influence of good mediator.
