Abstract

Economic development is determined by many factors, for example by the state of natural resources, human resource capabilities, and technology. Many countries are expanding references to political-economic development that still focus on the availability of their natural resources. Experience in some developed countries such as Japan and Singapore shows that the availability of natural resources is in fact not a dominant factor in political-economic development. Countries with limited natural resources have, it turns out to have a comparative advantage in the field of human resources and technology. The development of human resources needs to get dominant attention due to the limitations of its natural resources. The responsibility for development lies with the community and the government.

Abstract

UPT SDA Bah Bolon, Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya Dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara realizes the community's need for the availability of irrigation services through enhancement, development, maintenance, preservation of irrigation networks, and optimization of the functions of irrigation building facilities. It is expected that employees will be able to work optimally in line with the increase in population and economic growth. This study aimed to know how far the influence of teamwork towards work satisfaction and their effect on employee work performance. There were 96 government employees involved in this study and it was conducted in UPT Bah Bolon. The study showed that teamwork affects the job satisfaction of employees. Another result in the study showed that teamwork did affect the employee performance, and job satisfaction of employees affect the employee work performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada SMA Swasta Tamansiswa Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kepustakaan dan penelitian lapangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru tetap yang berjumlah 34 orang. Jenis data yang digunakan data kualitatif dan data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: 1) budaya sekolah sudah kuat, motivasi sudah baik, dan kepuasan kerja guru sudah puas; 2) budaya sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap motivasi dibuktikan dengan hasil regresi Z = 19,786 + 0,463X dan motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja guru dibuktikan dengan hasil regresi Ý = 12,097 + 1,315Z; 3) budaya sekolah memiliki hubungan yang sedang dan positif dengan motivasi dibuktikan dengan nilai r = 0,547 serta nilai determinasi 29,9% dan motivasi memiliki hubungan yang kuat dan positif dengan kepuasan kerja guru dibuktikan dengan nilai r = 0,731 serta nilai determinasi 53,5%.4. Hasil uji hipotesis menyatakan H0 ditolak, artinya budaya sekolah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi; dan motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru.Kata kunci: budaya sekolah, motivasi, kepuasan kerja guru

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan faktor penting untuk memajukan peradaban suatu negara. Proses pendidikan dapat berjalan dengan baik melalui kinerja guru yang produktif. Hasil dari proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru dan peserta didik akan menghasilkan lulusan yang berkualitas dan mampu bersaing. Untuk itu, diperlukan komitmen guru untuk mencapai tujuan sekolah. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bahwa komitmen guru memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Jumlah responden yang diperoleh sebanyak 44 orang. Untuk mendapatkan data penelitian diperoleh melalui pembagian kuesioner, wawancara, serta dokumentasi baik secara langsung dari objek penelitian maupun dari sumber referensi yang berkaitan penelitian ini. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah komitmen guru sudah tinggi begitu juga dengan kinerja guru yang baik. Komitmen dan kinerjamemiliki hubungan yang kuat. Hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh bahwa komitmen guru memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: Komitmen Guru, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The results of this study can be summarized as namely: 1. The quality of the product is good, the customer agrees that the price and satisfaction of the customer are satisfied. 2. Product quality and price have a positive effect on customer satisfaction in Aneka Jaya Pematangsiantar Printing. 3. There is a high and positive relationship between product quality and price to customer satisfaction. Then the high and low customer satisfaction can be explained by product quality and price. 4. H0 hypothesis is rejected, meaning that product quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Aneka Jaya Pematangsiantar Printing both simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Product Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The formulation of this research problem is how the influence of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Balimbingan Business Unit. The research method used in this paper is literature research and field research. Its population is employees PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Balimbingan Business Unit amounted to 59 people. Given the number  of respondents less than 100 people to answer the quetionaiere that the author distributed and the availability of time of the author and for the accuracy of the results of research. The data used is data by qualitative and quantitative data, and data collection techniques by questionnaire, interview and documentation. Then the technique of data analysis using qualitative descriptive method and quantitative descriptive method. Result of analysis from linear regresi modestly that is Ŷ=8,697 + 0,809X1 + 0,6439X2 meaning there are positive influence between motivation and work environment on employee performance. The strength of relationship between the variables is very strength, that is r= 0,775. From coefficient determinasi can be explainable high low employee performance 60 %, and the rest 40 % explained by other factor not discussed in this study. From result of processing and calculation of questionnaires,the authors get the assumption that the motivation and work environment applied  PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV Balimbingan Business Unit . This matter is proved by hypothesis test either simultaneously where result test the fhitung (42,034) > ttabel (3,16) and which significant 0,000 < alpha 0,05.   Keywords: Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

In human life, garbage becomes a phenomenon that will always exist as long as humans live and move, therefore garbage needs to be handled seriously and intersively. Garbage in people's lives can have negative and positive consequences, where the positive impact is that it can become manure, as a livelihood for scavengers, as well as as one of the elements in the manufacture of energy, or fuel. While the negative impact is that garbage can cause the spread of disease, as well as ecological damage, the number of floods due to garbage accumulation in rivers close to the population and others. Garbage can be managed by involving all parties, such as the community, government, and other institutions. Garbage can also be reduced in people's lives by composting, replacing burning, reusing, recycling.

Abstract

The growth of the batik business in Solo Raya has become an icon that cannot be ignored. Various types of batik made from stamped batik, hand-painted batik in various patterns and colors become energy for the Indonesian batik business. A number of batik companies that have sprung up add to the existing competition in the greater Solo area and Indonesia in general. Batik craftsmen must also be able to maintain the characteristics, quality and production techniques of batik in order to produce quality and attractive batik. However, in the development of batik, batik craftsmen often face various obstacles such as inadequate capital and financial management problems, and entrepreneurs understand the importance of simple financial management from banks so that it will be difficult to get credit/capital for the activities in question, especially for MSMEs. given to improve the financial management skills of batik micro businesses, small entrepreneurs, to improve business performance. This activity is carried out using a training methodology. This training method includes interviews, lectures, socialization, and documentation. The target of this PKM activity is the batik craftsmen of Se Solo Raya. At this stage, the advice given will improve simple financial management skills, including capital planning, cash inflow and outflow management, and profit sharing, in addition to preparing business transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh pengawasan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Silimakuta Saribudolok baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif, analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis: uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda dan sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji hipotesis, dan menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 21. Hasil analisis koefisien korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang kuat dan positif antara pengawasan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Silimakuta Saribudolok. Hasil pengujian secara simultan dengan uji F ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengawasan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Silimakuta Saribudolok. Lalu, hasil pengujian secara parsial dengan uji t ditolak, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara pengawasan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja guru pada SMA Negeri 1 Silimakuta Saribudolok secara parsial.
