Abstract

Setiap tahun UKM baru yang menjual makanan dan minuman atau jajanan dalam bentuk cafe, restoran, rumah makan, gerobak, ataupun pedagang kaki lima muncul di Kota Bandung. Namun, diantara para UKM tersebut tidak dapat berlangsung lama, mereka berpendapat bahwa usahanya tutup dikarenakan lokasi usaha yang dimilikinya tidak strategis atau potensi daerahnya kurang menarik. Sedangkan pengambilan keputusan penentuan lokasi yang dilakukan oleh pemilik UKM biasanya hanya menggunakan pendapat mereka pribadi tanpa menggunakan analisis. Penelitian ini yang memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan alat analisis yang dapat digunakan oleh UKM dalam menentukan lokasi usaha dalam bentuk studi kelayakan (feasibility study) lokasi usaha menggunakan alat ukur BCG-Matriks yang dimodifikasi dengan analisa potensi pasar dan proyeksi keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus pada salah satu UKM di kota Bandung Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan maka lokasi yang dipilih dan layak direkomendasikan untuk dibuka yaitu lokasi di daerah Buahbatu. Abstract

The development of various kinds of businesses in the city of Malang that is so fast becomes one of the bases for printing companies to develop businesses because many of these businesses require services for brochures, logos and so forth. This business development requires an increase in employee performance because employees become the main movers of service companies, especially in the CV. Intidesign. This research uses a quantitative approach to the type of causal research. The population in this study were employees of CV. Intidesign Malang, with saturated sampling technique where all existing populations are used as samples, that is, 40 respondents. Analysis of the data used in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study suggested CV. Intidesign Malang is expected to continue to pay attention to the physical work environment around employees who carry out work and implement a good workload distribution to improve employee performance. Future researchers who are interested in reviewing employee performance are expected to develop research results through taking variables that have an influence on employee performance and the selection of different objects. Thus, it can help enrich the results associated with factors that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of marketing strategies on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction on digital payment OVO in Bandung. Among them are complaints about OVO application errors, handling problems that are not responded quickly by the parties concerned, points that cannot be used by users and other problems that affect OVO users. The research method used is quantitative method with the type of research is causal descriptive, the measurement scale used is the Likert scale. Data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling. Data processing is performed using SmartPLS. The results of the study indicate that the marketing strategy influences the customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in OVO digital payment in the city of Bandung. This is due to the two structural variables that influence significantly on customer loyalty. Keywords: marketing strategy, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

In a variety of operations management literature, supply flexibility is interpreted as the company's response to supply uncertainty. Although its not a new issue, supply flexibility is still a strategic aspect on operations management, especially in dealing with supply uncertainty in the era of the digital industry (industry 4.0) with its various disruptive effects. The purpose of this study was to reveal the various determinants which strengthen the supply flexibility and its influence on the performance of the supply chain.

Abstract

The study aimed to describe job rotation influence on scientific journal management policy after the implementation of national electronic journal accreditation. Job rotation in Universitas Padjadjaran (Unpad) was regulated in order to conduct career mapping within the process of permanent employee recruitment. Journal management unit of Faculty of Medicine Unpad managing scientific journal including International Journal of Integrated Health Sciences (IJIHS) was affected by job rotation policy. The method used in this study was qualitative method. The data collected were administrative archives such as assignment letters of the editorial board, documents, and file in IJIHS. The results showed that job rotation can become a problem for journal management. Lack of human resource causes problems in scientific publication, particularly magazine distribution. Job rotation can cause problems for journal management. Keywords: Job Rotation, journal editorial, national journal accreditation

Abstract

As the technology continues to evolve, it creates opportunities and threats for all the organizations involved in the industry. Dynamic capability is needed to respond those changes for the organizations to survive. Dynamic capability is organizations’ ability to integrate, build, and reconfigure its internal and external competency in responding continuous change, which is a good opportunity for the organization to evolve and grow. With dynamic capability, it can help organizations in reaching its competitive position be it for short term or long term. However, in order to build dynamic capability, organizations must have capacity to shape and sense opportunities and threats also to seize those opportunities also to reconfigure organizational resources be it tangible or intangible resources. Ivory Radio is one of the organizations that succeed to create an infrastructure and mechanism in facing the era of digital convergence. The readiness of Ivory Radio comes from its dynamic capability that makes Ivory Radio stands still in maintaining its competitive position in the industry. Abstract

Tridaya is one of the tutoring service institutions in the city of Cirebon. In the last 3 periods, there has been a decrease in the number of students from each period. The very rapid development of social media is currently being used by Tridaya as a medium to communicate its products. So that the purpose of this study is that the researcher wants to know the magnitude of the influence of social media through Instagram on purchasing decisions through brand awareness as an intervening variable. The data analysis method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the use of a data processing application, namely SmartPLS. The results of descriptive research regarding respondents' responses to social media variables, brand awareness variables, and purchasing decision variables are in a good category. To test the hypothesis by looking at the t-statistic value, it shows that all the proposed hypotheses are accepted, so it can be concluded that in this study social media through Instagram @ Tridaya. Cirebon has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with brand awareness as an intervening medium.

Abstract

Information technology in Indonesia continues to increase, this is in line with the increasing film industry in Indonesia is also increasingly rapid. One of them appeared online ticket purchase service application, Tix Id. This study aims to find how social media marketing, brand image, e-service quality, consumer purchase intention in the Tix Id application, and how is the partial influence of social media marketing, brand image, and e-service quality on consumer purchase intention in the Tix Id application. This study uses data analysis methods Structural Equation Modeling using the SmartPLS data processing application. The results of descriptive analysis based on respondent responses to social media marketing, brand image, e-service quality, and purchase intention are included in good categories. The results of hypothesis testing based on t-statistic value of the data processing results show that all hypotheses were accepted. Abstract

Human Resource Management have a crucial role in improving employee performance in a company. A company needs to continuously improve their employees’s performance. The influence of motivation and moderation of commitment plays an important role in improving performance. PT x is a labor intensive company which operates in clothing production and export. This research conducted at PT x aims to find out how much influence Motivation has on performance which is partially and simultaneously moderated by employee commitment. This research uses two methods, which is Descriptive Method and Verification Method. The sample for this research are 100 employees whom are chosen randomly. The study concluded that performance is said to be good and motivation is said to be good commitment and motivation on performance which is moderated by employee commitment has a significant effect on both partial and simultaneous performance.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine there are difference in average abnormal returns of companies in the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) before and after phenomenon the revised Corruption Eradication Commission Act, which is on September 17th, 2019. This research use event study for method and the data in this study are secondary data in the form of stock price. Sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. Determined sampling technique, 27 companies were obtained as research samples. Tests conducted are one sample t-test and paired sample t-test. The result of the one sample t-test showed that the phenomenon of ratifying the revision of the KPK law becomes meaningful information to investors and investors show that reactions to these event. It showed by the result of significant and negative abnormal returns in the few day before and several days after phenomenon. The result of the second hypothesis testing indicate that there is no significant difference the average abnormal return before and after the ratification of revised Corruption Eradication Commission Act Keywords: Revision of KPK Law, Average Abnormal Return, Event Study
