Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat dampak penerapan SISDM pada kinerja karyawan di Krisna Beach Hotel 1 Pangandaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Krisna Beach Hotel 1 Pangandaran, untuk mendapatkan jawaban tentang kecenderungan menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Salah satu penyebab turunnya kinerja, diduga karena masalah di SISDM. Kuisioner dibagikan kepada semua karyawan Krisna Beach Hotels 1 Pangandaran. Data diolah dengan metode analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dampak penerapan SISDM pada kinerja karyawan Krisna Beach Hotel 1.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the break event point (BEP) of Computer Assisted Test (CAT) activities in order that the revenue from the CAT is not less than the cost of the implementation. CAT has been proven to increase transparency in employee recruitment. However, for the Public Service Agency (BLU) and the public sector organization that organize the CAT, it is deemed necessary to pay attention to the costs and the revenues from these activities. The question in this research is how to determine the BEP from the standard cost of CAT activities. This is a descriptive qualitative research with a case study. The research uses data collected from the standard input costs for CAT activities. This study separates costs into fixed costs and variable costs. Semivariable costs are separated using the least squares method. The result shows that the total income to reach the BEP is Rp. 55,355,344.37 with at least 222 participants per day. This research shows that cost-volume-profit analysis in cost accounting can be used as an administratorial tool for managing activities in the public sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana penerapan strategi restrukturisasi asset pada perusahaan infrastruktur, jasa, dan utilitas sub sektor transportasi laut yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang sedang mengalami financial distress, khususnya terkait perlakuan manajemen pada pos-pos rekening dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan berdasarkan pembagian tahapan siklus hidup (business lifecycle) selama periode 2008-2017 sehingga terlihat pola atau trend yang terbentuk. Selain itu penelitian ini juga menganalisa pengaruh business lifecycle pada strategi restrukturisasi asset yang diterapkan perusahaan yang sedang mengalami financial distress. Penelitian memggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 8 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis penelitian dilakukan dengan uji regresi logistik. Penelitian ini juga memasukkan variabel kontrol untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara business lifecycle dengan strategi restrukturisasi seperti Tobin’Q, total asset, kepemilikan institusional, volatility saham, return saham, leverage ratio dan cashflow perusahaan sampel.

Abstract

In this study will show the decision of investors at each stage of the life cycle has consideration of different financial ratios. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of the company's financial performance on investor decision making at the five stages of the company's life cycle. The study uses data of manufacturing companies in the 2014-2016 period. The analysis was performed by SPSS analysis tool. The result is ratio that affects investor decision making in each cycle is different. In the introduction stage only liquidity ratios affect the decision making of investors with a positive direction. At the growth stage, leverage ratios that influence investor decision-making in a negative direction and activity ratio in a negative direction. The shakeout phase is only the liquidity ratio that influences the decision making of investors in a positive direction. The mature stage, the profitability ratio that influences the decision making of investors with a positive direction, the liquidity ratio influences in the negative direction and the leverage ratio influences the positive direction. In the decline stage which influences investor decision making is the leverage ratio in the negative direction while the liquidity ratio and activity ratio have a positive direction.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate a strategy in an effort to increase and develop interest in tourist visits to the Twin Lake tourist attraction in West Sumatra. The uniqueness and renewal in this research is located in the object of study combined with using a qualitative approach and strategy formulation analysis tools namely SWOT analysis and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) to analyze internal and external factors and what strategies should be applied to improve and develop objects Twin Lake tourism in West Sumatra. The findings of this study found a number of evaluations and strategic recommendations, including the attractions of the Twin Lakes in West Sumatra have a very unique and special natural beauty that is rarely owned by other attractions. However, weak capital and local government support and the absence of foreign investors make the Twin Lakes Lake attractions in West Sumatra currently still in the criteria less desirable by tourists. West Sumatra Twin Lake tourism object is expected to be able to find investors - investors in efforts to improve and develop West Sumatra Twin Lake tourist attraction.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan factor penting dalam organisasi, oleh karena itu organisasi harus memperoleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, untuk itu diperlukan proses perencanaan, perekrutan, dan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan kecerdasan linguistik terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan D’Merlion Hotel Batam sebanyak 62 orang. Sampel penelitian 62 sampel, yang diambil dengan metode sampling jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis serta menggunakan SPSS. Hasil penelitian bahwa kecerdasan intelektual, kecerdasan emosional, dan kecerdasan linguistik secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan kecederdasan spiritual berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the presence or absence of the analysis of mutations and communication competence on the employee performance at sekretariat daerah provinsi jawa barat both partially and simultaneously, given the difficulty of managing human resources in order to continue to contribute and work well, in order to support the activities at Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat which resulted in the need to improve employee performance. This research uses descriptive verification method. Primary data in this study were obtained from the results of a questionnaire distributed directly to 60 respondents of Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat, while secondary data are obtained from data from Sekretariat Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat for the period of 2019. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 21 Software application and testing the hypothesis of the t test and statistical test of the f test. The results show that employee performance is significantly affected by mutations and communication competence by partial 0.811; employee performance is significantly affected by mutations and communication competence simultaneously shows a positive correlation, and in the category of very strong relationships, means that the better the mutations and communication competence, the better employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the presence or absence of the influence of employee performance management through emotional intelligence and work stress both partially and simultaneously, considering the performance (performance) is a key factor for each individual and company in achieving productivity in HR employees at PT . PLN (Persero) Distribution of West Java. This research uses descriptive verification method. Primary data in this study were obtained from the results of statements (questionnaires) distributed directly to 32 respondents in the HR Division at PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of West Java, while secondary data were obtained from data from PT. PLN (Persero) Distribution of West Java. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS v.23 for Windows software application and testing the hypothesis test of the t test and the statistical test of the f test. The results show that the management of employee performance is significantly influenced by emotional intelligence and work stress partially with the direction of a positive relationship of 0.737; Managing employee performance is significantly affected by emotional intelligence and work stress simultaneously showing positive correlations, and in the category of very strong relationships, meaning that the better the emotional intelligence and work stress, the better the employee's performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to evaluate: (1) The effect of work discipline on employee performance. (2) The effect of transformational leadership on employee performance. (3) The effect of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Summit Oto Finance Semarang. The data analysis technique uses: validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, and statistical tests (t test, F test and determinant coefficient). The population in this study is the entire population as a sample of 65 employees and using data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work discipline does not significantly effect on employee performance. (2) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. (3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee’s performance of PT. Summit Oto Finance Semarang.
