Abstract

Terdapat peningkatan yang signifikan dalam volume transaksi elektronik di 2018, Gopay adalah penyedia E-Wallet dengan pengguna yang paling aktif dan promosi adalah strategi pemasaran yang paling aktif dari Gopay. Saat ini banyak orang memposting pengalaman mereka di media sosial dan ada cara untuk mengakses data tersrbut, yaitu dengan menggunakan API (Application program interface). Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengetahui tentang promosi penjualan Gopay di Twitter dan analisis jaringan sosial Gopay dalam bentuk pemeran kunci dalam menyebarkan informasi tentang promosi penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan metode kuota sampling, karena pengambilan data dibatasi menggunakan perangkat lunak RSstudio. Analisis Jaringan Sosial digunakan untuk teknik analisis data yang akan memvisualisasikan jaringan dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Gephi serta menentukan pmeeran kunci. Berdasarkan hasil analisis properti jaringan sosial, Gopay memiliki node 4.021 dan edge 2.358 yang berarti bahwa tidak semua node (users) terhubung satu sama lain. Ini berarti bahwa pengguna yang berbicara tentang promosi penjualan Gopay kurang aktif dalam percakapan karena jumlah jaringan atau hubungan kurang dari jumlah node. Gopay memiliki diameter 14, semakin kecil diameter maka informasinya lebih cepat disebarluaskan. Tingkat keterhubungan Jaringan sosial Gopay adalah 1.175 yang berarti bahwa satu node hanya memiliki nilai keterhubungan kepada 1 simpul lainnya dalam jaringan. Dan rata – rata nilai panjang jalur adalah 5,07 menunjukkan jarak informasi untuk mencapai simpul lain adalah 5 hop.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of work stress on the employee turnover intention in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that job stress has a positive effect on the employee turnover intention in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. The population in this study were 243 employee of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Makassar Branch Ahmad Yani. However in this study, not whole the populations were being the research object, but only a part of the population. This study is expecting that the results obtained would describe the characteristic of the population itself. The sample in this study was determined based on the Slovin formula (Umar, 2008: 68), namely 71 employee. The data used are primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis used Regression Analysis, Partial Test (t test) and Classical Assumption Test consisting of the Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test and Multicolonierity Test. The results show that the hypothesis is rejected where the job stress variable has no effect on the turnover intention. H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted, meaning that the higher the level of employee work stress, would make lower turnover intention, on the contrary the lower level of employee work stress, makes higher turnover intention.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to observe the direct impact of corporate social responsibility towards financial performance, and indirect impact of corporate social responsibility towards financial performance through intellectual capital and bankruption risk as mediating variables. Smart PLS software is used in this study. Data is obtained from annual report of banking companies listed in IDX from 2011 to 2018. This study is a quantitative form which is calculated using Corporate Social Disclosure Index formula as CSR indicator, Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM) as indicator of intellectual capital, Tobin’s Q as financial performance indicator. The results show positive impact of corporate social responsibility towards financial performance, corporate social responsibility towards intellectual capital, and intellectual capital towards financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to provide a comparative analysis of local and foreign customers’ evaluation on their perception, perceived value, and customer satisfaction toward Gojek mobile application. Data was obtained by spreading the online questionnaire to 200 samples of local and foreign customers. By using quantitative analysis method and Independent Sample T-test, the study reveals that local and foreign customers share different evaluation of the mobile application, perception of service quality, price and trust, which lead to different satisfaction as well. Instead, perceived value on intention to use, perceived quality of service, perceived ease of use, perceived price and perceived usefulness has no difference between local and foreign customers. However, even they have shared nearly the same perceived value of Gojek mobile application, local customers sense the higher value in a whole examination compared to foreign customers. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyse the financial performance of Arfak Indonesia Rural Bank in Manokwari Regency in the period of 2014 – 2018 using financial ratios include liquidity, solvency and profitability ratios. Liquidity ratio is measured using Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), solvency is measured using Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and profitability ratio is measured using Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return on Asset (ROA). The research results shows that in the past 5 years, the average value of LDR (113%) is too high which is above 80%, thus the bank does not have enough liquidity to cover any unforeseen fund requirement. Furthermore, the average value of CAR (10.67%) was between the value of 9.5% and 11%, which indicates that the bank has enough capital to cushion potential losses and protect depositor’s money. As for the average value of NPM (39.46%) and ROA (6.73%) shows that the bank has a very good ability in generating profits.

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara dengan jumlah pulau terbanyak di dunia, maka potensi sektor kelautan dan perikanan Indonesia sangat signifikan dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian dan pemenuhan kebutuhan pangan nasional. Tingginya potensi perikanan laut ternyata tidak diikuti dengan stabilitas harga ikan. Harga ikan laut cenderung fluktuatif karena adanya ketidakpastian hasil tangkapan ikan dari nelayan. Penelitian ini merancang model sistem cold chain dengan mdel sentralisasi cold storage yang bertujuan untuk menjaga stabilitas supply ikan ke pasar sehingga stabilitas harga ikan menjadi lebih baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamis untuk denganrancanga system desentralisasi cold storage dengan di hulu dan hilir yaitu di Kota Surabaya, Malang dan Jombang Jawa Timur. Berbagai kondisi kenaikan supply, kenaikan demand serta kapasitas cold storage menjadi parameter untuk disimulasikan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sistem cold chain yang dibangun dalam model ini mampu mengurangi variansi rata-rata harga ikan secara signifikan apabila diikuti dengan kenaikan pasokan.

Abstract

This study aims to design a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for shipping companies in PT Bintan Samudra Pacific. The administration is an instruction that becomes an important factor in the success of a shipping company to control transportation operations. PT BSP which requires a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) flow which is expected to be a reference and guide in conducting administrative activities that can facilitate the management of data related to the division of marketing administration, personnel administration, and financial administration. The method used in the design of SOPs is made by summarizing and analyzing several data obtained from data collection and evaluating business processes that have been carried out. From this research, SOP administration in shipping, marketing, personnel, and financial administration can be used as a guide in data management integrated.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in health level of conventional and Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 study period. The application of health level is based on the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) method determined by Bank Indonesia. The data analysis method used in this study is the independent sample t-test. The total sample of this study is 6 banks (3 conventional commercial banks and 3 Islamic commercial banks). The results showed that based on the ratio of LDR, CAR and GCG there was no differences in Health Level of conventional and Islamic commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period, whereas based on the ratio of NPL, ROA, ROE, NIM, BOPO there were differences in Health Level . Conventional Commercial Banks are in the very healthy category, while Islamic commercial banks are in the less healthy category.

Abstract

Penerbangan internasional dari Taipei menuju Jakarta dapat dilakukan melalui rute penerbangan langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pemilihan rute penerbangan tersebut dapat dipengaruhi oleh perilaku calon penumpang pesawat yang akan melakukan perjalanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap mahasiswa Indonesia yang sedang melanjutkan pendidikan di Taiwan. Metode regresi logistik multinomial digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa tersebut dalam memilih rute penerbangan dari Taipei menuju Jakarta. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data terhadap 467 responden terpilih, menunjukkan bahwa reputasi bandara untuk transit, reputasi maskapai, harga tiket penerbangan, durasi penerbangan, kenyamanan dalam koneksi, hari penerbangan, dan jumlah bagasi adalah faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalam pemilihan rute penerbangan tersebut. Faktor yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap pemilihan rute penerbangan internasional dari Taipei menuju Jakarta adalah faktor reputasi bandara transit dengan nilai odd ratio 5,668 dan 3,224 masing-masing pada rute Taipei-Singapura-Jakarta dan rute Taipei-Hongkong-Jakarta. Sedangkan pada rute Taipei-Kuala Lumpur-Jakarta adalah faktor harga tiket dengan nilai odds ratio 4,669 dibandingkan dengan faktor yang lain.

Abstract

This study discusses the Analysis of Cashless Development of Cash Needs. This study aims to see the extent of the readiness of the people in Batam for the use of non-cash transactions (debit / credit cards, emoney, etc.), as well as see whether the community is ready to no longer use paper-based money. This research method is qualitative (primary) or by distributing questionnaires with a total of 400 respondents in Batam and some data from information obtained from news and Bank Indonesia. The results of this study are people in Batam are still not ready yet to no longer use paper money due to internet facility factors that have not reached every region, not to mention because people are accustomed to using paper money, and public knowledge is still minimal in the use of non-cash transactions. The people of Batam prefer to reduce the production of paper based money by Bank Indonesia but do not eliminate the paper-based money because not all regions or transactions can use non-cash transaction facilities.
