Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine customer satisfaction of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Bengkulu City in terms of the use of M-Banking and religious activity. Researchers used an associative quantitative approach with the sampling technique used, namely Non-Probability Sampling with the Purposive Sampling method. The primary data collection technique is in the form of a questionnaire which has been distributed to 69 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The results showed that the variable using M-Banking had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.002 and a significance value of 0.05. Then, the results of the study show that the variable religious activity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.000 and a significance value of 0.05. And the results of the study also show that the variable use of M-Banking and religious activity has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.000 and a significance value of 0.05. The results of the test for the coefficient of determination also explain that both have a fairly strong effect of 89%.

Abstract

The rapid development of the financial industry in Indonesia has created opportunities for financial institutions to compete by enhancing service quality and customer satisfaction, aiming to foster customer loyalty. This research aims to investigate the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction, both partially and simultaneously, in building customer loyalty among Pegadaian customers in the city of Bengkulu. The sample comprises 127 Sharia Pegadaian customers in Bengkulu city selected through purposive sampling. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this research indicate that service quality and customer satisfaction, both simultaneously and partially, have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. This implies that the better the services provided by the Sharia Pegadaian company in Bengkulu city, the more loyal customers become to the company. Similarly, high customer satisfaction leads to increased loyalty towards the Sharia Pegadaian company in Bengkulu city.

Abstract

Banking that prioritizes social and environmental finance and the preservation of natural resources is known as "green banking". Man has an obligation to take care of the environment he has created through the preservation of the environment. The objectives of this study are: (1) Knowing the green banking program implemented by Bank Syariah Indonesia, and (2) knowing that the green banking program is implemented at Bank Syariah Indonesia. Qualitative proximity and descriptive analysis become research models through literature study activities of similar research. The secondary data used came from the findings of other researchers. Thecomponents of data analysis activities are as follows: 1) reducing data, 2) presenting data, and 3) drawing conclusions. According to research findings, Islamic banking in Indonesia has adopted environmentally friendly practices such as the efficiency of paper and electricity use, water use efficiency, waste management and reduction, and the efficiency of paper use and use. The tauhid value of the Islamic economic system is upheld by Bank Syariah Indonesia's green banking model which is very similar to the green banking business model.

Abstract

99% bisnis di Indonesia adalah UMKM, dan salah satu masalah mereka adalah produktivitas. Sebagian dari pelaku UMKM menolak. Namun, dunia semakin maju. Indonesia memiliki sejumlah besar proyek pembangunan dan renovasi perumahan. Akibatnya, harus menyediakan barang-barang yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan proyek. Hal ini merupakan peluang bagi UMKM yang bergerak di bidang dagang bahan bangunan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dan ferivikatif dan dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data primer di lapangan, metode survei penjelasan (explanatory survey method) digunakan. Metode survei ini mengumpulkan data yang berkaitan dengan obyek lapangan dengan menggunakan sampel populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data utama.Berdasarkan Sig. variabel X1 adalah sebesar 0,760>0,05 menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh variabel X1 terhadap Y. Nilai variabel X2 adalah 0,389>0,05 menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh variabel X2 terhadap Y. Nilai variabel X3 adalah 0,669>0,05 menujukkan tidak adanya pengaruh variabel X3 terhadap Y. Nilai variabel X4 adalah 0,819>0,05 menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh X4 terhadap Y.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Audit Internal, Budaya Organiasai, komite Audit terhadap Pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance pada PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Metro.jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kuntitatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui kuesioner dan populasi sempel yang di gunakan adalah sebanyak 66 kryawan yang ada di perusahaan tersebut. Alat analisis yang digunakan aadalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang menggunkan aplikasi IBM SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan: (1). Auditt Internal berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance. 2). Budaya Organiasasi perpengaruh tehadap pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governance. 3) Komite Audit berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan Good Corporate Governanc. 4) Audit Internal, Budaya Organisasi dan Komite Audit Informasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh Terhadap Pelaksanan Good Corporate Govermance, Secara Bersama sama Integritas Audit Internal, Budaya Organisasi dan Komite Audit Mendukung Pelaksanan Good Corporate Govermance.Kata kunci : Audit internal, Budaya Organisasi, Komite Auditt , Good Corporate GovernanceABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the influence of internal audit, organizational culture, audit committee on the implementation of good corporate governance at PT Pos Indonesia Metro Branch. Abstract

The performance of sharia banking in Bengkulu Province increased in the fourth quarter of 2022. One of them is Bank Syariah Indonesia. However, recently there was an incident of service disruption/temporary error in the Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) banking system. The state-owned sharia bank resulting from the merger of three state-owned banks experienced a service disruption incident in May 2023. This research will evaluate the impact of this incident on customer loyalty by considering service quality, brand image and trust. As a result of this incident, of course there are causes and effects that occur, for example customer loyalty. Therefore, this research aims to determine the influence of service quality, brand image and trust on the loyalty of customers who experience post-incident service disruption/temporary errors. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this research is Bank Syariah Indonesia customers in Bengkulu City with a total sample of 150 customers taken using purposive sampling technique. The data source used is primary data obtained from questionnaire results, while secondary data is through websites and article publications and others. The research results show that the variables of service quality, brand image and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This means that this research can conclude that Bengkulu City Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers remain loyal after the temporary service disruption incident

Abstract

This research is about the preparation of business planning intended to obtain the results of the study of opportunities in the development of Fazia Beauty business and can be used as a guideline for the manager in this case is the owner. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Through this method of analysis is expected to obtain an overview of the business environment of sales of products such as beauty care and skincare products by studying the existing environmental conditions and performing mathematical simulation calculations to see the prospects of this business financially. The results show that business opportunities in the beauty sector are still profitable for entrepreneurs. Continuously improving the quality of services and products will make consumers feel satisfied with all their needs. Increased sales as well as efficiency and efficiency so that they can continue to earn increased net profits

Abstract

Indomaret and Alfamart, two retail giants in Indonesia, compete fiercely for market share. This study focuses on the Competition in the in-store experience, known as "store atmosphere." Store atmosphere is a key factor in the retail business that can influence customer behavior and satisfaction" Store atmosphere is a key factor in the retail business that can influence customer behavior and satisfaction. This study aims to understand the comparison of consumers' assessment of store atmosphere in the two major outlets. A total of 384 respondents provided ratings for 13 store atmosphere attributes, and the results were analyzed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results showed that both Indomaret and Alfamart have similar challenges in creating a satisfying store atmosphere for customers. Some attributes such as store layout, display, exterior, and interior have performance that is rated low by customers. Both companies need to take corrective actions to meet customer expectations for these attributes. Both companies should understand their customers' preferences and focus on attributes that have a higher priority in creating a satisfying store atmosphere, while maintaining good quality performance on attributes that are already adequate. In conclusion, competition between Indomaret and Alfamart remains fierce, with store atmosphere being an Importance factor in winning over customers.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of government spending on the public infrastructure sector and the health operational assistance sector on economic growth in the provinces of Eastern Indonesia in 2017-2021. This study uses secondary data in the form of panel data from 2017-2021, which are sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the Director General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. The method used is quantitative descriptive analysis using panel data regression analysis techniques using Eviews 9 software. The results show that government spending in the public infrastructure sector has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. Meanwhile, government spending in the health operational assistance sector has a negative and significant effect on economic growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh net profit margin (NPM) dan current ratio (CR) terhadap return on asset (ROA) pada PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk periode 2016-2021. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah net profit margin (NPM) sebagai proksi dari rasio profitabilitas dan current ratio (CR) sebagai proksi dari rasio likuiditas. Sedangkan variabel dependen pada penelitian ini adalah return on asset (ROA) sebagai proksi dari kinerja keuangan. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan PT. Kimia Farma, Tbk tahun 2016-2021. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji t didapatkan bahwa net profit margin (NPM) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap return on asset (ROA) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 7,234 dan current ratio (CR) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh negatif terhadap return on asset (ROA) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar -1,611.
