Abstract

This study aimed to measure the influence of social and private cost to learning implementation cost and academic quality of States High School in urban area of West Sumatera province. The population of this study are state high schools in urban areas of West Sumatra. Samples were purposive sampling reduced it to be 32 schools with criteria that had the national exams score for one year and financing by social and individual. The research proved that private and learning implementation cost influence on the academic quality with 0,64 determinant, but social costs are not. This study suggests to use the private cost as one input to improve the quality of academic. Keyword: social cost,private cost,learning implementation cost, academic quality

Abstract

This research is aimed at finding out how far the influence of being autonomous in studying, descipline in studying, and motivation in get archievement on cheating behavior of economics student in State University of Padang.The type of this research  is associative descriptive. The research is done in economics faculty of state university of padang. The population of this research is economics student in State university of Padang about 3.796 student. The sampling  which is used 97 student with sratified sampling. The primery data of this research is collected by spreasing out the questionnaires to the sample or rrespondent of this research. The secondary data is the list of the student who can not  follow the exam wich h is got by asking it directly to the academic section of Economics Faculty  of State University of Padang. The collected data is analiyzed statistically with stripe analysis by using SPSS program version 16.00The result of the student concludes that (1) the autonomous in studying does not influence significantly on cheating behavior with the significances 0,738 > 0,05. (2) the desclipne in studying influences significantly on cheating behavior, with significances 0,021 < 0,05. (3) the motivation to get archievement influences significantly on cheating behavior, with significance 0,020 ,0,05. (4) the discipline  in studying influences significantly  on motivation to get archivement, with significance is 0,000 < 0,05. (5) the autonomous studying influences significantly on motivation to get archivement, with significance is 0,000 < 0,05.Based on the result of the research above, it can be concluded that influence of disclipne in studying and motivation  to get archivement are the factors which can give the influence on autonomus in studying, discipline in studying and motivation to get archivement of economics student in State University of Padang. That is why, it is sugggested to the student of economic faculty  of state University  of Padang to Improve the discipline in studying and motivation to get archievement in order to omit the cheating behavior. Key Word : cheating behavior, motivation to get archievement, discipline in studying, and the autonomous in studying.

Abstract

The Economic learning results obtained of the first grade students in SMAN 1 X Koto Diatas was still low. This was occurred because of teacher-centered method in the teaching and learning process and also students’ negative attitude about this subject. One of the efforts that can be done to solve this problem is by using cooperative learning model type Think Pair and Share. The study aimed at findings (1) The Effects of Cooperative Learning Model Type Think, Pair and Share (TPS) toward students’ Economic learning results, (2) The Effects of Students’ Attitudes about Economic Subject toward students’ learning results, (3) The interaction between the Learning Model and Students’ Attitudes on Economic Lesson toward Economics Learning results. The type of this research is a Quasi-experiment and the population was the students of grade X IS of SMA Negeri 1 X Koto Diatas. The sampling technique was purposive sampling which grade X IS1 as the experimental class and grade X IS2 as the control class. The type of data consisted of primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis was descriptive and inductive analysis by using two-ways of ANOVA. The results of the study are (1) the students who are taught by Think Pair and Share models had significantly higher learning outcomes than them whom are taught by conventional models, (2) the students who have positive attitudes about Economic subject had significantly higher learning outcomes than them whom have negative attitudes about this subject and (3) There is no interaction between the learning model with the students' attitudes on this subject toward the students’ learning outcomes. Abstract

This study aimed to find and analyze the influence of cooperative learning model number Head Together (NHT) and the motivation to learn the results of the economic study in class X MAN X Koto Singkarak.The population in this study were all students of class X MAN X Koto Singkarak enrolled in the academic year 2014/2015. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique, that is by selecting a sample that had been selected based on certain considerations. Selection of experimental class and control class is done at random by using a lottery, where the result is to make the class as a class experiment X.1 and X.2 class as a class controls the number of samples of two classes of 52 students. Data analysis techniques in studies using independent test samples T-test and two-way ANOVA.The results showed: (1). Economics student learning outcomes given the cooperative learning model type Number Head Together (NHT) is significantly higher than the results of the economic study students who are taught by using conventional learning models, (2). Economic learning outcomes of students who have high motivation to learn is significantly higher than the results of the economic study of students who have low motivation, (3). There was no significant interaction between learning models and learning motivation toward economics student learning outcomes.Keywords   :  Cooperative Learning Model Number Type Head Together (NHT), learning motivation and learning outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) The effect of Supervision on Work Environment, 2) The effect of Supervision on Work Motivation, 3) The effect of Supervision on Work Performance, 4) The effect of Work Environment on Work Motivation, 5) The Effect of Work Environment on Work Performance, 6) The effect of Work Motivation on Work Performance. The type of this research is the study of descriptive and assosiatif. The population of this research was all of the economics teacher in high school / Madrasah Aliyah kota Solok, amounting to as many as 33 people. The sampling method is Total Sampling. Techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis, test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. The results of this study found that: 1) Supervision have significant effect on Work Environment, 2) Supervision have significant effect on Work Motivation, 3) Supervision have significant effect on Work Performance, 4) Work Environment have significant effect on Work Motivation, 5) Work Environment have significant effect on Work Performance, 6) Work Motivation  have significant effect on Work Performance. In an effort to create a good economic teacher performance and satisfactory, needs improvement efforts are undertaken in the implementation of ongoing supervision activities, creating harmony and comfort in the work, as well as increased work motivation of teachers so that teacher performance can be achieved optimally. . Abstract

This study aimed to analyze (1) the effect of  parents attention to student self concept (2) the effect of  parents attention to student achievement (3) the effect of self concept to  student achievement. This research is associative. The study population was all of the 10th  of SMK in Payakumbuh registrated on  2013/2014 of academic year, totaling 157 people. The sampling technique was done by proportional random sampling with 113 people of sample size. Data analysis technique used path analysis and hypothesis testing used the t test and F test. The results showed that: (1) parents attention significantly influence the SMK students of Payakumbuh in self concept of accounting subjects (2) parents attention significantly influence the Payakumbuh student’s achievement on Accounting subject (3) self concept significantly influence the Payakumbuh student’s achievement on Accounting subject. Based on these results, it is recommended to all parents  to totally give the attention for their child  so that student achievement can be improved., and to all of 1oth grade students of SMK in Payakumbuh to improve their self concept to get the expected learning achievement.Key word: parents attention, self concept, achievement of learning

Abstract

The results of research revea:l (1) learning outcomes social class integrated use the model of learning cooperative type make a match higher than in learning outcomes that were taught by a method varied talk. (2) learning outcomes integrated social class students who have learning high interest that were taught by using cooperative kind of classroom type make a match higher than learning outcomes students who have learning high interest be taught with the methods varied talk. (3) learning outcomes integrated social class students who have learning low interest that were taught with cooperative kind of classroom type make a match higher learning outcomes integrated social class students who have learning low interest that were taught by a method varied talk. (4) there was no interaction between cooperative kind of classroom type make a match with their respective interest learn student learning of the results on the subjects of integrated social class, it means a model make a match accepted for all students. Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) the influence of family environment on learning achievement (2) the influence of family environment and motivation toward learning achievement (3) the influence of family environment, learning motivation and discipline learned in student performance on economic subjects  high school in Panti Subdistrict. This research is associative descriptive. The population of this study were all high school students enrolled in Panti Subdistrict  on the academic year 2013/2014, totaling 854 people. The sampling technique with proportional random sampling with a sample size of 90 people. The technique of data analysis is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis, namely: normality test, homogeneity. The data were processed by using path analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a significant relationship between family environment on student motivation on economic subjects Panti high school students in  Subdistrict, (2) there is a significant relationship between family environment and motivation to learn discipline on economic subjects high school students in Panti Subdistrict, and (3) a significant difference between family environment, learning motivation and discipline of learning on student achievement on economic subjects high school student in Panti Subdistrict.

Abstract

This article aims to informed and saw the effect of learning facilities utilization, learning discipline and learning motivation of the students' learning outcomes in Economic Faculty Padang State University.This research is   and associative.The study population all students Stata 1 Grade 2012-2014 of Economic Faculty Padang State University 1344 people, the number of samples 364 people.The sample collection technique proportionally stratified random sampling.Data and data sources are primary data and secondary data. The test instrument validity and reliability.Analyzed using descriptive and inductive analysis. The results showed that: 1) Facilities utilization learning significantly and contribution influence student learning discipline  2) Learning discipline significantly and contribution influence learnign,3) Facilities utilization learning, learning discipline  and learning motivation have a significant and contribution on students' learning outcomes in Economic Faculty Padang State University.                         Keywords: Learning Facility Utilization, Learning disciplibe, learning motivation, and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect : 1) Student perceptions about teacher variation skill of teaching to learning motivation, 2) the family environment to the learning motivation, 3) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching to the learning outcomes, 4) the family environment to the learning outcomes, 5)Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching, family environment and learning motivation to learning outcomes. Techniques of data analysis is descriptive analysis, test analysis and hypothesis testing requirements with path analysis. The results of this study found that : 1) Student perceptions about teacher variation skill of teaching have positive impact and significant to learning motivation, 2) the family environment influence have positive impact and significant to the learning motivation, 3) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching influenced have positive impact and significant the learning outcomes , 4) the family environment influence significantly have positive impact and significant to the learning outcomes, 5) Student perception about teacher variation skill of teaching, family environment and learning motivation to learning outcomes.
