Abstract

This research is purposed to reveal(1) The effect of Prakerin experience to readiness to enter workforce (2)The effect of Prakerin experience to result of vocational competence examination(3) The effect of Prakerin experience and result of vocational competence examination to readiness to enter workforce.Research did in XIIclass major accountingin SMK Solok City, SMK 1 Solok and SMK Kosgoro, at May – July 2014. Type of research is descriptive causative. The study population is 111 numbered. Research sample used proportional random sampling. The samples taken were 87 student. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation.Processing using path analyze. Abstract

This research was aimed at findings (1) The Effects of Learning Model Student Team achievement  Divisions ( STAD ) students Accountancy learning results, (2) The Effects of Students Motivation about Accountancy Subject toward students’ learning results, (3) The interaction between the Learning Model and Students’ Motivation on Accountancy Lesson toward Accounting Learning result. The type of this research is a Quasi-experiment with the population was the students of class X Accountancy of SMK Negeri 1 Payakumbuh. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, as the result class X Accountancy 3 as the experimental class and X Accountancy 2 as the control class. Data were collected by using two different instruments. The first one, a questionaire of motivation. The other on objective test of accountancy lesson. The type of data consisted of primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis was descriptive and inductive by using two-ways of ANOVA. The results of the research are (1) The difference of learning model STAD had significantly lower(67) learning outcomes than them who are taught by learning model of convensional are 84 (2) the students who have heigh motivation at Accountancy subject had significantly higher (73) learning outcomes than them who have low motivation ( 61 ) about this subject and (3) There is interaction between the learning model with the students' motivation on this subject toward the students’ learning outcomes. Abstract

This research was aimed at finding (1) the effect of using the ‘Question students Have’ method to the result of the learning between using the conventional method (2) the effect of the students’ learning motivation to the result of their learning, and (3) the interaction between the use of the Question students Have learning model and their motivation toward the students’ learning result in the subject of Economy. The research was a quasi-experiment whose population was grade XI IPS students of SMA negeri 7 Padang dan SMA Negeri 8 Padang. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling. The experimental group was the grade XI IPS students of SMA Negeri 8 and the control group was Grade students of SMA Negeri 7 Padang. The data of the research consisted of two kinds: primary and secondary data. The data were analyzed by using a descriptive method and inductive analysis in the form of the two way ANOVA. The findings of the research were (1) The students taught with the Question Students Have scored significantly higher than those taught with the conventional method with the significance index (Sig) = 0.000 smaller than the value of 0.05 (sig. <α),(2) the students with high innovation scored significantly higher that those whose motivation were low with Sig : 0.000, smaller than the value of 0.05 (sig. <α) and (3) there was no interaction between the Question Students have and their motivation to the learning result with Sig= 0.301. This means the significance value was bigger then the alpha value 0.05 (Sig>a). Based on the findings, it is suggested that the teachers use this method or model in the teaching of Economy and always motivate the students. Abstract

The purpose of this research is recognizing the effects of learning facility at home, the willing ness and motivation of learning to the learning output of accountancy computer on the eleventh students of SMK in Agam regency directly even indirectly.The population of this research is all economic students in amounts of 228 students. The sample of this research is 70 students. The method of sampling was done by using proportionated random sampling. The data collection was done by filling in questionaire. The data analysis used “Parth Analysis”. The data processing was done by using spss.17.0 version.The resolt of this research that there was significant effects, among (1) learning facility at home to learning motivation,(2) learning facility at home to learning out put,(3) The willing ness of learning to learning out put,(4) The learning motivation to learning out put,(5) In general the amount of effect was known 48,53 % directly or indirectly mean while 41,47 % of the total was influenced by other factors which was not done on this research.   Key words: Learning Out Put , Learning Motivation , Willingness of Learning and Learning Facility at  Home.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the influence of teachers' motivation and teaching skills of teachers on student learning outcomes. Approach is used in this study is ekplanatif. the number of samples from a population of 276 163 high school teachers in the country town Bukittinggi. Data collection for the motivation to teach teachers and teachers' teaching skills using a scale of twigs, while the student learning outcomes derived from the value that has been documented by the teacher. Data analysis technique using path analysis. Research findings that affect the motivation of teachers to teach students learning outcomes and teaching skills of teachers not significant effect on student learning outcomes. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal leadership and the teacher competence consisting of pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence on the performance of teachers in SMK City of Jambi. The population in this study was the teacher of existing productive fields in the SMK City of Jambi totaling 136 people. By using proportional random sampling technique analysis, the obtained of samples with the number of teachers is 94. The method of analysis used is path analysis, where the data acquisition is done through questionnaires, interviews, and literature as a reference for this study. The results showed that the influences of positive and significant the principal leadership and the teacher competence on performance of teachers in the productive field of SMK City of Jambi.   Keyword : Principal Leadership, Teacher Competence, Performance of Teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to determinedifferences in learning outcomes of the economics using of model inquirywith a conventional,andlearning activity of students,and theinteraction between thelearning modelwithlearning activity of studentsof class XMANKotoBerapakSouth Coastal District.This research is aquasiexperimentwith a population ofstudents of classX1 and X2 the academic year2015/2016amounted to54students. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of service quality and image of the cooperative to cooperative member participation in koperasi Plasma Sawit Bukit Sandiang Tigo Bawan Kab.Agam. The hypotheses were (1) the effect of service quality to the cooperative image,(2) the effect of service quality and  cooperative image to the participation of cooperative members. This research was descriptive associative. The population in this study was a cooperative member of the Koperasi  Plasma Bukit Sandiang Tigo Bawan Kab.Agam, totaling 73 people with the sampling technique was Proportional random sampling. The technique of data analysis was descriptive analysis, classical assumption test: test for normality and homogeneity, path analysis, and hypothesis testing using the F test and t test. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant influence on the quality of service to the cooperative's images, 2) There was a significant effect of service quality and cooperative image on the cooperative participation of cooperative members. Based on the above results it can be concluded that in order to increase the participation of cooperative members in Koperasi Plasma Sawit Bukit Sandiang Tigo Kab.Agam suggested to further improve service quality and image of the cooperative

Abstract

The problem in this research is : 1) how much influence parents' attention to the skills of emotional intelligence on Accounting Students , 2) How much parental influence on achievement motivation in Accounting Expertise Students , 3) how big is the influence of emotional intelligence on achievement motivation in Accounting Expertise Students, 4) how much influence parents' attention on learning outcomes in the Student Accounting Expertise, 5) how large the influence of emotional intelligence on learning outcomes on student Expertise accounting, 6) how much influence achievement motivation on learning outcomes in the Student accounting Expertise SMK Padang. This research is descriptive associative. The population were students in Accounting Skills Competency in SMK Negeri 2, 3, and 4 Padang totaling 809 people. Proportional sampling technique was purposive sampling insidential, with a sample of 268 students. Data analysis techniques are SEM analysis. The results showed that: 1) the attention of parents significantly influence emotional intelligence skills Accounting Students of SMK Negeri Padang, 2) a concern of parents tsiswa significant effect on achievement motivation in Accounting Expertise Students of SMK Negeri Padang, 3) a significant effect of emotional intelligence the achievement motivation in Accounting Expertise Students of SMK Negeri Padang, 4) parental significant effect on student learning outcomes in Accounting Expertise SMK Padang, 5) emotional intelligence no significant effect on student learning outcomes in Accounting Expertise SMK Padang, 6) achievement motivation has no significant effect on student learning outcomes in Accounting Expertise SMK Padang. Abstract

This research is to show the influence of Active Learning model of Learning Start with a Question and Learning Motivation toward the students’ Economic Achievement of grade X at SMAN 2 Bayang.This research is included as quasi-experiment research. The population is students of grade 10thof SMAN 2 Bayang of year of 2014-2015. By using purposing sampling technique, the students in 10.6 (Control classroom) and the students of 10.5 (experiment classroom) are taken as the sample. Data analysis technique is descriptive analysis, inductive analysis and hypothesis testing using T-test analysis and two-way Anova. The findings of the research are (1) the students’ Economic Achievement who have been taught by using Active Learning model Start With A Question learning type is higher than the students who have been taught  by using Conventional teaching model. (2) The high motivated students who have been taught by using Active Learning model Start With A Question learning type have higher Economic Achievement than  those  who have been taught by using Conventional teaching model. (3) The low motivated students who have been  taught by using  Active Learning model Start With A Question learning type have higher Economic Achievement than those who have been taught  by using Conventional teaching model. (4) there is no interaction between the teaching strategy Active Learning Start With A Question learning model and motivation toward the students’ Economic Achievement. Based on this research, it is suggested to the Economic teacher to use active learning model type learning start with a question in order to improve students ability.
