The analysis used Ordinary Least Square (OLS) with multiple linear regression tests using time series data from 1986 to 2016. Data sources from the Central Statistics Agency, SEKI Bank Indonesia, World Bank. The results of this study are foreign direct investment, portfolio investment and foreign debt have a positive and significant impact on the economy in Indonesia. From the results of the study, the Indonesian government is expected to improve policies in the investment climate in Indonesia, including security, licensing and facilities and infrastructure, where the improvement of the investment climate will open employment opportunities and will improve the welfare of the community and make efforts to properly manage foreign debt provide benefits to improve the Indonesian economy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of government foreign debt on economic growth in the period 1980-2019 in the long and short term by using time series data analysis using the Error Correction Model (ECM). Other independent variables analyzed are investment and Labor Force Participation Rate (TPAK). The results show that the government's foreign debt has a positive and significant impact on economic growth. The value of the elasticity coefficient of economic growth to the government's foreign debt is 4.86 in the long term and 2.47 in the short term. The investment variable and LFPR also show a positive and significant effect in the long and short term, except for the investment variable which has no significant effect in the short term. The ECT coefficient in the short term produced is -0.360222 indicating the speed of adjustment of economic growth towards equilibrium is 36.02% per year

Abstract

This study examines Agricultural Loans Determinants: Analysis from the Supply and Demand Side with the scope of Indonesia starting from 2012 to 2019. This study uses Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis as an estimation method that shows the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable in the short term. as well as long term. The results of the study show that in the short term, the variables of CAR, NPL and Inflation have a negative effect on Commercial Bank Loans for the Agricultural Sector, while the variables of TPF, Economic Activity and Loan Interest Rates have a positive effect. On the other hand, in the long term, the variables of DPK, Economic Activity and Loan Interest Rates actually have a negative effect and it is the variables of CAR, NPL and Inflation that have a positive effect on Commercial Bank Loans for the Agricultural Sector.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of US Economic Policy Uncertainty, Singapore Economic Policy Uncertainty, Oil Price, and Gold Price on the Shariah Stock Price in Indonesia. The data used are secondary monthly time series data from 2009M1 to 2019M12 which is obtained from related website. This study used multiple linear regression analyis model with the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) method to determine how the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of this study incicated that simultaneously, US Economic Policy Uncertainty, Singapore Economic Policy Uncertainty, Oil Price, and Gold Price have a significant influence on the Shariah Stock Price in Indonesia. Furthermore, partialy: (1) US Economic Policy Uncertainty has a negative and significant effect on the Shariah Stock Price in Indonesia; (2) Singapore Economic Policy Uncertainty has a positive and insignificant effect on the Shariah Stock Price in Indonesia; (3) the oil price has a negative and significant effect on the Shariah Stock Price in Indonesia; (4) the gold price has a positive and significant effect on the Shariah Stock Price in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the causality between defense spending and economic growth in Indonesia. Data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inductive analysis. In the inductive analysis using the VAR approach, there are several tests, namely: (1) Test Stationaryity; (2) Cointegration Test; (3) Optimal Lag Determination; (4) Granger Causality Test; (5) Impulse Response Function; (6) Variance Decomposition. Research results show that: There is no causal relationship between defense spending and economic growth in Indonesia. However, there is a direct relationship of defense spending to economic growth.

Abstract

The study aims to test the influence of local native income, balanced funds, and regional spending on the human development index. The method used is multiple linear analysis. This type of quantitative research uses secondary data on local government financial statements that have been audited by the CPC and statistical data from www.bps.go.id. The study sample criteria cover all 33 Regencies / Cities of North Sumatra in 2018-2019 with SPSS version 20. The results showed that the original income of the region, the balance fund affected the human development index. In comparison, regional spending did not significantly affect the human development index. Simultaneously the original income of the region, balanced funds, and provincial spending are jointly influential on the human development index of North Sumatra province. Every government in North Sumatra province is expected to increase investment in the physical form further so that fixed assets increase every year. With increased means, it can support the economic welfare of the community
