Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Work Motivation and Discipline, simultaneously and partially on the Performance of Production Department Employees at PT. XXX, and determine which of the work motivation and discipline have the dominant influence on the Performance of Production Department Employees at PT. XXX. This research uses quantitative methods. The population used is employees of the production department of PT. XXX. Sampling used Purposive Sampling Technique with the criteria: employees are permanent employees and are more than 20 years old with more than one year of service. The sample in this study amounted to 46 respondents. The data collection techniques used were questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression. From the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables Work Motivation (X1) and Deficiency (X2) on performance (Y) as evidenced by the Fcount value of 23,289 with a significance level of 0.000. Partially, work motivation (X1) and dedication (X2) also influence performance (Y), as evidenced by the t-count value of the work motivation variable of 2,441 with a significance level of 0.000 and the t-count value of the discipline variable of 2,215 with a significance level of 0.000. The Work Motivation variable (X1) has a dominant influence on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the Standardized Coefficients Beta value of the Work Motivation variable (X1) of 0.261 which is greater than the Discipline variable (X2) of 0.151.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Instagram social media and cafe atmosphere or store atmosphere on buying interest. The number of samples in this study were 94 respondents with the sampling technique method used was non-probability sampling of purposive sampling type. The test was carried out using the help of the smart PLS 4 application. Which consists of convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, reliability test, determinant coefficient and t test. The results of the study indicate that the results of the t test (partial) Instagram social media and caefe atmosphere (store atmosphere) have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. The results of this study can be used for the development of coffee shop acc Tulungagung in the future. Keyword: Instagram Social Media, Purchase Interest, Store Atmosphere

Abstract

This research examines the interactions between ads and young female TikTok users. Like social media platforms, content marketing has become very popular, encompassing the creation and dissemination of valuable, relevant, and consistent information over time. This revolutionary approach by TikTok to marketing allows marketers to interact with younger audiences via interactive content marketing. Specifically, this study uses a quantitative methodological framework in surveying 256 Generation Z females on TikTok about their content marketing consumption patterns and engagement. The research employs SEM using SmartPLS to explore the relationships between content marketing and customer engagement. The study findings are expected to demonstrate how well-focused content strategies can foster stronger ties leading to higher rates of brand involvement among female Generation Z TikTok users. According to this prediction, TikTok's content marketing significantly positively affects consumer engagement for female Gen Z users.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the mediation effect of organizational commitment on the relationship between motivation and employee performance. This study uses primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. The population of the study to be observed is all employees of PT. UMAFINDO totaling 50 employees. The sampling technique used in this study is the nonprobability sampling technique which is included in saturated sampling, so that all employees are sampled. The analysis technique used in this analysis is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) and the tool used is SmartPLS 3. Empirical findings show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation does not affect employee performance. Work motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Work motivation does not affect employee performance through organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of PSAK No. 72 on income from housing construction projects at PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara. The method used is a qualitative method. Data Collection techniques in the form of direct observation, interviewing informants, literature studies, and documentation. The results of the study show the implementation of income from PT. Randu Putra Perkasa Nusantara has not fully complied with the implementation of PSAK No. 72. Companies in identifying contracts need to reassess the ability of customers to pay, because many customers in the in-house system pay more than the payment deadline. The company’s revenue recognition needs to be reevaluated, because according to PSAK No. 72 revenues are received after completion of all right and obligations of the company and 100% handover to customers. Revenue recognition all the time, the company has not met one of the 3 criteria for revenue recognition all the time. Regarding disclosure, the company has not made catatan atas laporan keuangan (CALK).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine "The influence of service quality, product quality and price on consumer satisfaction with Adidas products among Panca Marga University students who use Shopee." The type of research used in this research is a type of quantitative research that produces discoveries that can be achieved (obtained) using statistical procedures or other methods with measurement quantification. The data collection method in this research used interviews, documentation and questionnaires which were distributed to 100 respondents. The analysis in this research uses SPSS. The results of this research show that service quality has an influence on consumer satisfaction, but it is not significant, product quality and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the trend and forecast the exchange rate of IDR against MYR by comparing two trend models, namely the linear and quadratic trend models. The analysis results show a downward trend in the IDR to MYR exchange rate during the observed period. From the comparison of both models, the quadratic trend model proves to be more effective in depicting the exchange rate movement pattern, as it yields a smaller MAPE value, indicating higher prediction accuracy. The quadratic model is better at capturing complex fluctuations of the exchange rate, providing better results than the linear model. Therefore, the quadratic trend model is more suitable for modeling the downward trend in the IDR to MYR exchange rate.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of Market Value Added (MVA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Return On Equity (ROE) on share price in Telecommunications companies listed on the IDX. The type of research used is quantitative. The population of this research is the Telecommunications companies listed on the IDX. Sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique. The selected sample was 10 companies. The analytical method used include the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, coefficient of determination, t- test, F-test and dominant test. The research results show that partially Market Value Added (MVA), and Return On Equity (ROE) have a significant effect on share price, while the Net Profit Margin (NPM) have a insignificant effect on share price. Simultaneously Market Value Added (MVA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Return On Equity (ROE) have a simultaneously effect on share price. Market Value Added (MVA) have a dominant influence on share price.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty in Dewi Rengganis Written Batik, Probolinggo Regency simultaneously, partially and which variable is dominant. The type of research used was quantitative descriptive, with a sample size of 35 respondents. Determination of samples using simple random sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used include validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, R2 determination analysis, multiple linear regression tests and f tests (simultaneous) and t tests (partial). The test results show that simultaneously, Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust influence Brand Loyalty. Partially, it shows that Brand Image, Brand Awareness, and Brand Trust influence Brand Loyalty. Meanwhile, the variable that has the dominant influence on Brand Loyalty is the Brand Image variable

Abstract

Globalization and technological advancements have brought many changes and innovations to various products. One of the sectors that has experienced a lot of progress and change is the economic sector. Many business actors innovate the products they offer. This article is a literature review that aims to analyze the application of green products in the culinary sector. This sector was chosen considering that it is related to food and beverages which are basic needs. Data was obtained from sharing literature sources in the form of books, research results and articles published in scientific journals. The findings show that culinary business actors can implement green products from upstream to downstream. This application can be started by using raw materials that are safe for consumer health and friendly to the environment. Furthermore, when packaging for the distribution process, packaging materials that are safe for health and natural materials can be used. And in the downstream part, it also pays attention to the residue or waste from production activities. So that it does not have an impact on health and environmental sustainability
