Abstract

Konsumsi bunga mawar berkaitan erat dengan adat dan budaya masyarakat Karena harga bunga mawar tabur yang fluktuatif tersebut maka diperlukan inovasi untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan nilai tambah bunga mawar tersebut., Tujuan studi ini untuk mengetahui proses produksi, biaya produksi, pendapatan usaha keuntungan, harga pokok produksi dan tingkat efisiensi usaha pengolahan produk minuman sari bunga mawar tersebut. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yang pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi langsung dengan pemilik usaha, menggunakan analisis deskriptif serta finansial dengan definisi operasional dan pengukuran variabel. Hasil dari penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa proses produksi pembuatan minuman sari bunga mawar dicuci dimasak dengan air, disaring ampasnya, lalu dimasak kembali ditambahkan bahan baku dan pendukung, pisahkan dari endapan gula lalu di dinginkan, kemudian kemas menggunakan cup sealer. Biaya variabel yang dikeluarkan dalam satu bulan proses produksi adalah sebanyak Rp 1.471.200. Penerimaan bersih (keuntungan) yang dihasilkan dalam satu bulan proses produksi adalah Rp 1.528.800. lebih besar dari biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan dalam satu bulan. Nilai yang dihasilkan dari efisiensi usaha mempunyai nilai 2,039 yang dinyatakan layak untuk dijalankan.Bahwa penerimaan bersih yang dihasilkan lebih besar dari biaya yang dikeluarkan maka usaha yang dijalankan oleh pemilik usaha ini dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the term of trade of fishermen and fish farmers, identify the level of income and expenditure of production as well as consumption of fishermen and fish farming, The population consists of fishing households in 7 sub-districts in Probolinggo Regency. The total household sample of Fishermen and Fish Farming was 147 fishermen, or an average of 21 Fishermen and Fish Farmers from each sub-district. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis, which is the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data, both primary and secondary data. The results of the analysis showed that the exchangeability of fishermen and fish farming products (NTNP) of 102.51 this shows that there is an increase in NTNP of 2.51 percent from the base year 2018. The increase was due to an increase in the price index received by fishermen and fish farming (It) by 7.60 percent in 2021 compared to the base year of 2018, and an increase in the price index paid by fishermen and fish farming (Ib) by 4.97 percent in 2021 compared to the base year 2018. NTNP of 102.51 shows that fishermen and fish farming in Probolinggo regency in 2021 are prosperous. The development of the level of income and expenditure of household consumption and the production costs of developing capital goods of fishermen and fish farming at the surplus position indicated by It of 107.60 and Ib of 104.97. This shows that the price received by fishermen and fish farming (It) is greater than the price index paid by fishermen and fish farmers (Ib) of Probolinggo regency in 2021.Keywords: Exchange Rate of Farmers, Fishermen, Fish Farmers, Prosperous

Abstract

Di wilayah Sukorejo tepatnya di RW 14 terdapat tanaman Cabai Jawa yang dikelola oleh KWT Pinang Lestari. Namun setelah ditelusuri hasil Cabai hanya dijual secara mentah dan belum ada produk olahan Cabai Jawa yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu kami mengusulkan untuk membuat inovasi produk olahan Cabai Jawa dengan pertimbangan kemudahan dalam membuat dan bahan baku produksi dan harganya juga terjangkau. Selain itu jika ditinjau masyarakat disana kebanyakan warganya tidak memiliki profesi tetap sehingga perlu adanya pemberian sosialisasi terkait pengolahan dan pengembangan potensi produk olahan Cabai Jawa. Pemilihan metode harus benar benar memperhatikan masyarakat dengan menyesuaikan pengetahuan dari masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan simulasi IPTEK dalam proses pengolahan Cabai menjadi minuman serbuk. Melalui penerapan IPTEK menjadi salah satu cara kami untuk membantu pemilik dan masyarakat sekitar dalam mengadakan produktifitas usaha di daerah tersebut. Meskipun dalam pengembangan inovasi produk dari Cabe Jawa perlu kreasi yang menarik. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini kami berharap mampu memberikan dampak yang baik dalam konteks pemberian edukasi terkait pengolahan Cabe Jawa dan juga potensi usaha yang dapat diupayakan bagi peningkatan perekonomian hidup masyarakat Sukorejo.

Abstract

Es Pleret merupakan kuliner khas Kota Blitar yang berupa minuman es dengan isian bulatan-bulatan seperti bakso. Eksistensi kuliner ini mulai berkurang seiring dengan berjalannya waktu. Untuk mengangkat kembali esksistensi dari Es Pleret ini, mahasiswa KKNT UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur melakukan pendampingan pada salah satu pelaku UMKM es pleret yaitu UMKM Es Pleret Patria. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu observasi, pemetaan, dan pelaksanaan pendampingan. Adapun kegiatan pendampingan yang telah dilaksanakan berupa branding logo dan repackaging kemasan dari Es Pleret Patria.

Abstract

Poverty is defined as a situation where a person or family is unable to meet the basic needs for survival, such as clothing, food, shelter, and education. This study aims to compare the accuracy of the Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (Lasso) regression method and linear regression in predicting poverty levels in Indonesia and to choose the best model from the two methods used. The results of this study indicate that of the two algorithms used, namely the linear regression algorithm and Lasso regression, the algorithm that has a higher level of accuracy for predicting poverty rates in each province in Indonesia is the linear regression algorithm because it has a lower MSE value and has the value of R^2 is closer to 1 than the Lasso regression algorithm. In addition, the results of the analysis show that the variables that have the highest influence on poverty rates in provinces in Indonesia are education, as well as the Human Development Index (IPM).Keywords: Poverty Rate Prediction, Lasso Regression, Linear Regression

Abstract

The horizontal diversification of products that has been carried out can be utilized by Ms. Wati's Rengginang Emperor Crackers UMKM for the branding of their processed products. Product diversification is one of the efforts that can be made to expand the market in order to increase the success of an UMKM. The Rengginang Emperor Crackers UMKM is one of the businesses located in Sumber Rejo Village, Kutjur Hamlet, Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The purpose of product diversification is to increase profitability and expand the market for a product. The implementation method used is the learning by doing approach. The result of this logo and packaging diversification activity is a new logo and packaging for Ms. Wati's rengginang Emperor cracker UMKM.

Abstract

UMKM Ibu Wati yang mengolah umbi singkong menjadi olahan krupuk cantir yang berlokasi di Desa Sumberrejo, Pasuruan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh UMKM Ibu Wati pada kemasan krupuk cantir yang kurang menarik dan permasalahan lain yang dihadapi adalah merek dari krupuk cantir yang belum tetap. Hasil kegiatan yang dilakukan menunjukkan perlunya pendampingan dan memberikan informasi tentang jenis-jenis kemasan untuk olahan krupuk sehingga akan dihasilkan kemasan yang sesuai dengan produk yang dipasarkan sesuai untuk produk olahan krupuk . Merek KAISAR dipilih sebagai brand krupuk cantir karena mudah diingat dan memiliki filosofi dibalik nama tersebut.

Abstract

The phenomenon of greenhouse gases causes the impact of climate change which results in an increase in the earth's temperature. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there are indications of climate change that is occurring, the amount of contribution of greenhouse gas emissions in the agricultural sector, the impact of climate change on the agricultural sector, to the efforts needed to deal with climate change in the agricultural sector using secondary data with qualitative research through literature review approach. The existence of indications of climate change is something that is common for farmers which is an obstacle in the agricultural sector. Climate change cannot be eliminated, but can be minimized by taking steps to anticipate and adapt to climate change. Most of the gas comes from microbial decomposition, burning of plant litter and soil organic matter. Climate change not only causes global warming and sea level rise, but also threatens food security because it can have a negative impact on the agricultural sector, especially crop loss. These adaptation activities include developing and accelerating the adoption of agricultural technologies that are more productive and more adaptive to climate change.Keywords : Climate Change, Agricultural, Impact, Greenhouse Gases, Farmers.

Abstract

Emazo Merah is an insecticide product from PT. Petrosida Gresik which has been updated to be more effective in eradicating sundep and bedlet pests, especially in vulnerable areas such as Gresik and Lamongan Regencies. Promotion through demonstration plots/demspay is needed so that rice farmers can see firsthand the advantages of this product, taking into account land and weather conditions. This study uses observations and interviews with 5 promotion organizers to analyze areas with high sales potential. The results of the analysis show that the promotion of Emazo Merah in Gresik and Lamongan has a total IFAS matrix score of 2.95 and EFAS of 1.83, which places it in quadrant III. To increase sales, it is recommended to conduct market research, display testimonials or direct product trials, and take advantage of good relationships with consumers, kiosks, and agricultural offices.Keywords: Emazo Merah, Pesticide, Promotion, Market Research.

Abstract

The growing awareness of public health and environmental sustainability has increased the demand for organic products, particularly vegetables. CV Reja Mayur, as a producer of organic vegetables, plays a crucial role in meeting the needs of the growing market. In the competitive organic vegetable industry, innovative and sustainable marketing strategies are crucial. Green marketing, focusing on environmental sustainability and social responsibility, can be a solution to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with consumers who are concerned about sustainability. Community service activities were conducted at CV Reja Mayur, located in Desa Claket and Mligi, Kecamatan Pacet, Kabupaten Mojokerto, using the method of green marketing socialization. The results of this activity indicate that green marketing can highlight the positive impact of CV Reja Mayur's organic vegetable products on the environment. CV Reja Mayur can implement measures such as strengthening transparency, involving consumers in sustainability initiatives, utilizing social media, obtaining organic certification, and innovating in products and business processes. After receiving green marketing socialization, it is expected that CV Reja Mayur can enter a more sustainable marketing era and capitalize on the potential market that increasingly values organic products and sustainability.
