Toxoplasma gondii is an obligate intracellular parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis infection. About 60% of the world's population has been infected. Toxoplasma cerebri is one of the most common opportunistic infections in the central nervous system of HIV patients. The disease is acute and chronic, with mild symptoms that are non-specific so it is difficult to distinguish from other diseases or is often asymptomatic. The incidence of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) occupies the highest place in Asia with high morbidity and mortality. Toxoplasma is ranked in the top 10 opportunistic diseases as a direct cause of morbidity and mortality, with variable symptoms and reactivation. The purpose of the study: to detect Toxoplasma gondii from blood samples of patients with HIV/Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS). In immunocompromised conditions, especially HIV/AIDS, symptoms of severe complications will arise, one of which is toxsoplasma encephalitis (TE). The high rate of morbidity and mortality of TE in HIV/AIDS patients, around 30-40%, makes an accurate diagnosis important. Research Methods: The study design used was cross sectional to determine the level of IgG Toxoplasma Gondii antibodies in HIV patients and serologically. The research subjects were 30 individual subjects who were positive for HIV infection, of which 30 patients would be screened for the levels of IgG Toxoplasma Gondii antibodies and then see the correlation with lifestyle and food consumed. The achievement target of this research is to find out whether HIV patients have levels of IgG Toxoplasma Gondii antibodies through serological tests, so that appropriate therapy and education can be given for the treatment of toxoplasmosis, so that these results can be published scientifically in national journals, and become paper material in scientific meetings.

Breastfeeding and maternal mental health in the perinatal period are two important issues in public health. Breastfeeding is the most ideal way to feed babies and has positive short and long term impacts for both mothers and babies. Breastfeeding is a natural process, but many mothers experience problems and feel pressured by breastfeeding. Mothers who had high levels of anxiety and/or depression (high scores on psychometric tests that detect mental health disorders) before or during pregnancy or after delivery had more difficulties with breastfeeding than others. The aim of this study was to synthesize the results of current research on the relationship between perinatal mental health and breastfeeding outcomes. This study uses the literature review method. Literature searches used Pubmed, Tandfoline, Science Direct, and Google Scholar in 2018 – 2022. Articles were screened independently by researchers using the PRISMA method. Based on the 11 articles analyzed, it was shown that most of the longitudinal studies showed a relationship between perinatal mental health and breastfeeding outcomes. Other longitudinal studies also explain the existence of a two-way causality relationship between perinatal mental health and breastfeeding outcomes variables. Perinatal mental health influences practice and continuity of breastfeeding. Conversely, the practice and continuity of breastfeeding also affects the mental health of mothers after giving birth.

Nutritional status is an important factor in the process of optimizing growth and development, especially in toddlers. At this time, there is an optimization of the process of growth and development which is very fast which is often referred to as the "golden age period". Malnutrition in toddlers, especially stunting, in the first 1000 days of life can have an impact that lasts a lifetime. The multisectoral crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic was a factor that was closely related to the nutritional status of toddlers during the pandemic. Method: In this study the method used was a systematic literature review study using a systematic flow based on PRISMA. Searches were performed on 8 databases published 2020 - 2022 with predefined keywords and search restrictions. Results: This literature review obtained 865 publications through Elsevier, Science Direct, ProQuest, Google Scholar, PubMed and Scopus. A total of 13 articles were obtained that were suitable for analysis related to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on toddler nutrition. The methods used in this study are cohort, modeling, cross sectional and descriptive. There are 13 study themes related to impact and factors related to the nutritional status of toddlers during the Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusion: The COVID-19 pandemic has created a crisis in various sectors related to the nutritional status of toddlers. The main factors related to the nutritional status of children under five are parenting behavior and parenting, especially changes in food parenting practices and eating habits due to social restrictions. So that positive parenting is the key to creating family resilience during the pandemic.

The results showed That there was a relationship between the use of MCH books and the level of knowledge with the results of a P-Value value of 0.000 less than 0.05, which means that the higher the utilization of MCH books, the higher the level of knowledge. The relationship between the use of MCH books and the level of anxiety with the Kendal's Tau test obtained the results of a P-Value value of 0.101 greater than 0.05, meaning that both the use of MCH books anxiety tends to be high influenced by the low interest in reading MCH books and not understanding the contents of MCH books. The high population growth in developing countries and the high birth rate in Indonesia are currently important problems that require extra attention in their management to achieve birth control. According to the Head of BKKN Hasto, there is Postpartum Family Planning Data in 2022 which is still very low at 15.8% so that there are still 85% of mothers who have not used Postpartum Family Planning. Success Rate Postpartum IUD is a contraceptive method that is safe to use for almost all women with an effectiveness rate of 99.94%, Postpartum IUD installation is done immediately after giving birth in less than 48 hours. Based on this, this study aims to explore the use of postpartum IUD contraception in the Rawalo Health Center area. A comparative study was carried out using documentation of delivery registers at the Rawalo Health Center for 8 postnatal IUD acceptors in the Rawalo Health Center area using a purposive sampling technique with a phenomenological approach. The results showed that the characteristics of the primary informants were 8 acceptors aged 20-35 (75%), while those aged > 35 years (25%). The informants of this research are acceptors. This research was conducted in-depth interviews and observations. The results of this study prove that the factor analysis for choosing a postpartum IUD contraceptive device in the Rawalo Health Center area is the reason acceptors choose a postpartum IUD contraceptive device, husband/family support after using a postpartum IUD, KIE that is not carried out optimally and access to health services that have been quite good and for a fairly close distance of about 10 minutes.
