Abstract

This study aims to discover the role of digital influencers in the activity of public relations and marketing on social media in Indonesia. Today, many companies use digital influencers to spread positive information about their product. This is because social media has brought changes in several aspects, even the practice of public relations. The method used in this research is a literature review with a qualitative approach. According to the topic, the data was obtained from previous studies gathered from every source, such as Google Scholar and the website library of The University of Indonesia. The data was collected in the form of journals, articles, and books. After collecting the data, the data was analysed focusing on the keywords which are the main topic of the study. The result of this study shows that the digital influencer does not have a significant influence on the public’s purchase intention in Indonesia. However, the activity of digital influencers that relates to a certain brand on social media has a positive and significant effect on the local cosmetic brand image and the consumers’ self-concept. In addition, even though the digital influencer has the role to introduce a product at the entry level, by giving out basic information about the product to the society or the prospective consumers, it is also discovered that the digital influencer has a role to promote new stuff that the society needs to know.

Abstract

Technology is now inseparable from society, including the field of education. Currently, students can be said to be dependent on technology in their learning process, and they are proficient in using technological devices. Due to this dependency, they are referred to as the digital generation or the internet generation. Generation Z is known for their multitasking abilities, which align with the emergence of the Society 5.0 era, first introduced in Japan by Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, referring to a super-smart society that digitizes not only the economic and industrial sectors but all aspects of life. In Indonesia, Pancasila and Civic Education are fields of study that teach nationalism and how to be law-abiding Indonesian citizens. The digitalization across various fields in the upcoming future poses a unique challenge for the effectiveness of teaching Pancasila and Civic Education, as technological advancements are often perceived to erode nationalism among the younger generation. The research method and approach used is library research, which involves gathering data from books, journals, articles, and other reading sources. The research demonstrates that technology can enhance the teaching of Pancasila and Civic Education to be more effective using methods preferred by the current generation.

Abstract

This article aims to present a comprehensive literature review on the factors that influence the enhancement of organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is an important aspect of human resource and organizational psychology research, as it has significant implications for individual performance, organizational sustainability, and the achievement of organizational goals. The literature review was conducted by analysing the findings of relevant previous studies so that it is possible to systematically identify and present the variables that influence increased organizational commitment. Previous research has provided valuable insights into the factors that influence the enhancement of organizational commitment. However, there is still room for further research to explore and clarify the relationship between these variables and organizational commitment. The proposed constellation model by including demographic factors as moderator variables is expected to be material for further research so that the influence of demographic factors as moderators between the independent variables and the organizational commitment variable can be known. The proposed proposition is that the relationship between the Independent Variables and organizational commitment is moderated by Demographic Factors..
