Abstract

A high company value indicates that the company's performance in obtaining profits is done well. Thus, the market's positive response to the company can increase stock prices and can provide welfare for shareholders. This study aims to determine how the influence caused by institutional ownership, independent board of commissioners, audit committees are measured using accounting and financial expertise, and profitability measured using ROA on company value measured using PBV. The population used is the property and real estate sector listed on the IDX in 2018-2019. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with certain criteria so that the results of 33 companies were obtained, with a total research sample of 132 observational data for 4 years. The data used is secondary data and comes from the annual report and financial statements of property and real estate sector companies listed on the IDX for 2018-2021. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis of panel data processed with Eviews 12 software. The results indicate that simultaneously, institutional ownership, an independent board of commissioners, an audit committee, and profitability have a significant effect on the value of the company. While partially, institutional ownership and audit committees have a significant effect. However, the board of commissioners is independent and profitability does not have a significant effect on the value of the company.

Abstract

The variety of passengers on the Pasar – Simpang Rimbo route allows drivers to play various types of music, so the music played by the Driver does not provide comfort for passengers. The research method in this study is qualitative, and the aim is to get an overview or representation of several types of music that are predominantly played in City Transport - City Transport, the function of music in City Transport, and the influence of music on the Driver and passengers of City Transport Pasar - Simpang Rimbo route. The data obtained will be analyzed using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. The results showed that three types of music are predominantly played on public transportation routes: Pasar – Simpang Rimbo, namely Disco or RnB music, Indonesian Pop music, and Western Pop. Then, some of the functions of music in public transportation are as a means of emotional expression, as entertainment, and as a physical reaction. Abstract

Although sexual violence often occurs against underage children, not many people understand or are sensitive to this issue. They often perceive it merely as a moral offense rather than a crime against humanity, resulting in repeated victimization of the survivors. One of the efforts that can be made to protect and restore the rights of child victims is through obtaining restitution. However, the implementation and fulfillment of restitution rights are not fully realized in all cases of sexual violence against children. This can happen because there is no obligation for public prosecutors to include restitution in their demands and there is no forced effort to ensure restitution rights. Nevertheless, restitution is a right that should be granted to the child victims, and its application should be maximized in Indonesia's criminal justice system. Judges should rule for additional punishment in the form of restitution even without a request, as restitution is often overlooked. This uncertainty in the legal process regarding restitution implementation does not provide a solution for the loss of restitution rights for child victims of sexual violence. Therefore, other efforts must be undertaken to ensure that child victims of sexual violence receive their rightful restitution.

Abstract

Covid-19 has prompted digitalization in many aspects of people’s lives. Digitalization not only disrupts human interaction but also many forms of services, including health. Digitalization in the health sector has been developing telemedicine – a digital system that provides many forms of services such as consultation with medical professionals from afar. Telemedicine services have been growing in Indonesia these late years, although Indonesia still deals with an inadequate healthcare system. Therefore, this study examines factors influencing behavioral intention to use telemedicine services on Indonesians by using a modified UTAUT-3 model. A total of 350 participants answered the questionnaire form. The result of the PLS-SEM method reveals that social influence, facilitating conditions, and habit have the strongest influences on intention to use telemedicine services. The study also found that gender has no moderating effect. The research implication would be beneficial for the policymakers, researchers, as well as telemedicine industry in implementing and promoting telemedicine usage, especially in the developing countries.

Abstract

This research explores the application of a Deep Learning approach by utilizing the Root Mean Square Propagation (RMSprop) algorithm to increase efficiency in flight scheduling. The main focus of the research is on adjusting routes and times to achieve higher operational efficiency in the aviation industry. Aviation is an important aspect of transportation that requires accurate and efficient scheduling to achieve punctuality, operational efficiency and a better passenger experience. This research aims to improve flight scheduling by applying Deep Learning techniques, specifically using the RMSprop algorithm. The research method includes the use of historical flight data to train the model, adjusting routes and times based on the analysis carried out by the RMSprop algorithm. The research results are expected to provide new insights into the application of Deep Learning technology in the aviation industry, with the aim of improving punctuality, reducing flight delays, and increasing the overall efficiency of airline operations. Thus, this research is expected to provide a valuable contribution in the development of a scheduling system that is more adaptive and responsive to the dynamics that occur in flight operations.

Abstract

The goal of this research was to examine the relationship between work motivation, organizational culture, and employee performance at PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur, Prambanan, and Ratu Boko (Prambanan Unit) by using job satisfaction as a moderator. Specifically, questionnaires were employed to obtain quantitative data for this investigation. A quota sampling technique was used to choose a sample of 38 organic workers to represent the entire population. T-test, F-test, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, and path analysis are all used to analyze the data collected. The findings revealed a good relationship between work motivation and Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance, as well as a positive relationship between Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction but a negative relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Performance. Job satisfaction has been proven to solely operate as a mediator between job motivation and worker productivity. The findings of this study raise intriguing questions for further investigation into the reasons why Organizational Culture in high-performing state-owned enterprises does not positively affect Employee Performance.

Abstract

The use of the internet has become very common in today society. Based on a survey by dataindonesia.id, 68.9 percent of the 370.1 million internet users in Indonesia are social media users, and Facebook is one of the most widely used social media platforms in Indonesia, with the number of users growing to 202.2 million by July 2022. Due to this increase and the huge number of users, as well as the amount of personal information stored in it, this can be a vulnerability for Cybercriminals to exploit such as phising or scams. This research was conducted to analyze and determine what factors affect users information privacy concerns towards privacy protection behavior on Facebook. The data were collected by distributing a questionnaire to a total of 417 Facebook users in Indonesia. This research model consists of seven constructs. The research model constructs consist of User's Information Privacy Concerns, Perceived Severity, Perceived Vulnerability, Self-Efficacy, Response Efficacy, Rewards, and Privacy Protection Behavior. This research was analyzed using quantitative methods by processing data through SPSS and AMOS software. The data is processed using the SEM model, which is validated with a confirmatory factor analysis test, a structural model test, and a hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate a positive correlation between User's Information Privacy Concerns and Perceived vulnerability in Privacy Protection behavior, it can be concluded that User's Information Privacy Concerns (UIPC) can affect Privacy Protection behavior (PPB) among Facebook users. Therefore, Facebook users are advised to be more concerned about their privacy information protection behaviors by avoiding any behavior that may put them at risk of privacy threats. This paper suggest users to take measures to prevent any threats to their privacy.
