Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the #samasamasiswa public relations campaign on TikTok in the period 21 December 2021-2 January 2022. Using a positivistic paradigm, descriptive quantitative research was conducted by collecting data using tech algorithm software. Furthermore, the researcher deepened the data analysis by relating the 10 step PR campaign theory from Anne Gregory and the innovation diffusion theory. The results of the big data algorithm analysis show that after the #samasamasiswa campaign, the community produced a total of 975 videos. The government works closely with TikTok through a continuing education campaign, the creation of Tiktokclass and University Class Week. The government provides space for the public to play an active role in producing educational social media content in order to provide a positive image of the government. In addition, TikTok social media is a means of delivering government information to the public. The research findings show that the top viewers are not from the official tiktok official video content. Documentation of known content only uses #samasamabelar and does not use the hashtag #merdekasiswa so that it is not in accordance with the campaign provisions. Future research can focus on audience studies related to educational content hashtags, further research can research other niches on TikTok.

Abstract

Society must begin to adapt to the new way of life, often referred to as the 'new normal life.' This transitional period has led to significant changes in societal behavior. One of these changes is the shift in food consumption patterns. With the increased demand, the market segment predictions and the scope of frozen food producers are expected to expand further.Frozen smoked eel processing products in Indonesia are not the only ones, but there are still very few business actors. This is a great opportunity for the "Licincyin" home industry to promote their products. This research aims to design a visual identity for Licincyin with an image of Indonesian culture as a visual attraction as a means of branding and product communication for potential consumers. This research uses qualitative methods in the form of interviews, documentation, and literature study, while the visual design in this research uses design thinking methods, SWOT analysis, and Hiroyoshi Tsukamoto's Manga Matrix approach to examine the characters/mascots on Licincyin product packaging. The results of this research are Licincyin's visual identity in the form of logo designs, packaging, mascots and visual elements in packaging with images of Indonesian culture

Abstract

The Tax Court is a judicial institution where tax disputes are resolved based on Law Number 14 of 2002 concerning Tax Courts (Tax Court Law). There is a problem regarding the dualism of guidance in the Tax Court, namely by the Supreme Court and the Ministry of Finance as stipulated in Article 5 paragraph (2) of the Tax Court Law. Related to the dualism of guidance in the Tax Court, the petitioners submitted a judicial review through Case Number 26/PUU-XXI/2023 because it was considered contrary to the constitution and reduced judicial independence. The results of this research show that after the Constitutional Court Decision No. 26/PUU-XXI/2023, the authority to provide non-technical judicial guidance to the Tax Court was transferred from the Ministry of Finance to the Supreme Court no later than December 31st, 2026. In addition to the impact on the organization, the Constitutional Court Decision also impacts the position and procedural law. Steps are needed that must be prepared in a planned and thoughtful manner by the government after the Constitutional Court Decision Number 26/PUU-XXI/2023 so that the transition process can run well in accordance with the predetermined timeframe so that in the future, the Tax Court becomes part of the judicial power that upholds judicial independence and does not take sides with any power.

Abstract

Sundanese fairy tales are part of the Indonesian oral tradition and literature, which are told by word of mouth and therefore have the advantage of being conveyed in everyday language so that listeners will better understand what is being conveyed to them. However, on the other hand, the quality of the storyteller's understanding of the content, meaning and interpretation of fairy tales can be reduced because of their oral nature. Listeners of fairy tales as an important part of oral tradition also experience changes in orientation due to technology and generational shifts, including in Sundanese families. So, if this condition is left unchecked, it is not impossible that fairy tale oral literature will lose its supporters and eventually perish. Information technology, especially cellular communication technology, is an inseparable part of the society that supports this fairy tale literature. This rapid technological development, including tablet computers, can be used as an opportunity to make efforts to revitalize fairy tale culture in the next generation of supporters. This research has a background of students' lack of knowledge in listening to fairy tales in the Sundanese Language and Culture Learning course. Therefore, this research aims to examine students' ability to listen to fairy tales effectively on YouTube media in the Sundanese Language and Culture Learning course. This study uses a quantitative approach. The method used is an experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design. The data sources in the research were students who taught the Sundanese Language and Culture Learning course, totaling 68 students. The Technology Readiness Level states that the relevant facts and basic arguments are ready to support the need for this research. The hypothesis, initial support, RD design to be carried out have been explored, then the methodology, procedures and stages to be carried out have been explored. This research was designed with the adequacy and completeness of the data to be determined, with technical evaluation and prediction of results to be carried out. The results of the research can be concluded into several things: The ability to listen to PGSD students' stories before using YouTube media is not satisfactory. Because only 10.68% of the 68 students who had just understood the contents of the fairy tales had been listened to, therefore research was carried out using YouTube media in order to increase the value in learning to listen to fairy tales. After using YouTube media, students' ability to listen to fairy tales from 68 students who understood the contents of the fairy tales they had listened to was 44.82%. So the influence of YouTube media on the ability to listen to fairy tales of PGSD students on learning outcomes before and after using YouTube media can improve listening to fairy tales.
