Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF CONTEXTUAL PROBLEM-BASED CONFLICT RESOLUTION LEARNING MODELS ON LEARNING OUTCOMES OF CITIZENSHIP EDUCATION OF INPRES MALLENGKERI 2 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS IN MAKASSAR CITYThis study aims to determine the effect of the contextual problem-based conflict resolution learning model on student Civics learning outcomes at SD Inpres Mallengkeri 2, Makassar City. This study is a quasi-experimental study using a non-equivalent control group design. Subjets in this study amounted to 48 students with a population off all class IV students of cluster 3, Tamalate District, Makassar city. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling, the sample used was class IV.A as the experimental class and class IV.B as the control class. Data collection techniques in this study werw carried out using test techniques quantitative data processing was carried out using SPSS for windows software. The results of the research based on descriftive analysis show that (1) the avarege civics learning outcome in the experimental class is 87.71 and the control class is 77.50 which means that there is an increase in student civics learning outcomes after following contextual problem-based complicit resolution learning models at SD Inpres Mallengkeri 2 Makassar City, (2) The result of imferential analysis show that there is an influence of the contextual problem-based conflict resolution learning model on student civics learning outcomes at SD Inpres Malllengkeri 2, Makassar City. This is based on the t test table (independent sample t-test), the sig value is obtained 0.000 0.005.

Abstract

ANALYSIS OF THE CHARACTER OF RESPONSIBILITY IN GRADE IV STUDENTSThis research is a qualitative research through a descriptive approach.  The purpose of this study was to determine the character of responsibility in grade IV students.  The subjects of this study were students in grades IV A and IV B at SDN Lawanggintung 2, even semester, 2019/2020 academic year.  Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that the character of responsibility possessed by grade IV students at SDN Lawanggintung 2 includes carrying out tasks that are well received and full of readiness, completing things responsibly, doing tasks according to their abilities, thinking before acting and considering the consequences.  exists, is responsible for attitudes, words and actions and is responsible for attitudes, words and actions.  This happens because of habituation to be able to shape the character of student responsibility which is carried out in school.

Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF SELF-CONCEPT ON STUDENTS' CONFIDENCEThe purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the influence of self-concept on student self-confidence. The population in this study were students in class V A and V B Baranangsiang Elementary School, Bogor City. The analysis prerequisite testing technique is in the form of a normality test, then the homogeneity test is carried out. Data that were declared normal and homogeneous were used to test the hypothesis, the results showed that there was an influence of self-concept on student self-confidence. The simple correlation regression analysis technique produces a relationship model expressed in the form of a regression equation, namely Ŷ = 59.46 + 0.43X. The results of this study are indicated by statistical analysis which produces a correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.37. While the coefficient of determination is 0.13%. The regression analysis technique and simple correlation the effect of self-concept on students' self-confidence produces an effect that is expressed in the form of a regression equation, namely Ŷ = 59.46 + 0.43X), which means that each increase in self-concept units causes an increase in student confidence by 0.43 unit. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is a positive influence between self-concept on the self-confidence of students in grades V A and V B of Baranangsiang State Elementary School, Bogor City, 2020/2021 academic year.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF MANAGEMENT BOARDING IN FORMING CHARACTERS OF STUDENTS AT AL-AZAMI ISLAMIC JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL, CIANJURThis research aims to find out how the implementation of Boarding management in shaping Islamic character in Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur. The research method was field research with qualitative research. Data collection techniques are done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using source triagulation techniques. The results of this research indicate that by looking at the concept of Boarding management in shaping Islamic character in the Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur has a significant impact on the objectives of Islamic character education in students personalities by instilling a sense of love and family that is instilled by the leadership to all educators and students, so its build the right  attitude of responsibility, obedience, and a sense of family from students in Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur, they never have a bad note as a naughty students that usually done among general teenagers, which of course creates anxiety and anxiety among parents, school, and community. From this attitude they succeeded in gaining a number of academic achievements at the Al-Azami Islamic Intermediate Fullday and Boarding School Cianjur students at the sub-district, district, and provincial even level.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF CHARACTER EDUCATION VALUES IN THE FORMATION OF MORALS IN TANJUNG SARI 02 ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS This article aims to capture the implementation of character education values in the formation of morals in elementary school students. The inculcation of ethical values and good character has been the government's concern lately, to stem the flow of globalization and technological advances which, if not directed and addressed wisely, will turn into things that are very dangerous and have an impact on students' moral morality. The problems in the world of education in Indonesia in its development have given rise to new problems related to students, teachers, curriculum, and policies from the government itself, which are considered to have not found the right and effective formula for the realization of a well-integrated education system. This research uses qualitative research methods, with descriptive analysis. The approach used is using a normative theological approach, a pedagogical approach, and a psychological approach. The location of the research was conducted at SD Negeri Tanjung Sari 02, Cikarang Utara District, Bekasi Regency. Data were taken from the principal, teachers, and students using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The findings show that the values of character education instilled in this school are religious, discipline, tolerance, perseverance, curiosity, care, honesty, and responsibility. In practice, teachers try to familiarize students with shaking hands and saying greetings when meeting friends, teachers, and employees; Do tadarrusan before learning begins; Carrying out dhuha prayers in congregation in the school field; pesantren kilat in the month of Ramadan; Carry out the observances of Islamic holidays. The results of the implementation of the values of character education show an increase in students in the form of a solid personality, high moral integrity, and noble morals.

Abstract

DIFFERENCES OF LEARNING OUTCOMES THROUGH THE DISCOVERY LEARNING MODEL AND PROBLEM BASED LEARNINGThis study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes in the sub-diversity of living things in my environment through discovery learning models and problem-based learning models class IV-A and IV-B in SD Negeri Bojongrangkas 01 school year 2019/2020. This type of research is a comparative experimental research. The study population was class IV-A students using discovery learning models and class IV-B using models based learning. The research instrument was in the form of question sheets. Question sheets are used to measure learning outcomes by using discovery learning models and problem based learning models. The results of the study of the error data normality test using discovery learning models are Lhitung 0.109 Ltable 0.138, while the problem-based learning model is Lhitung95 0.095 Ltable 0.138, meaning that samples are obtained from normal sources. Homogeneity variance test has the criteria in testing Ha is accepted if F2count ≤ F2table on the tarat significant α = 0.05. The results of the research from the variance homogeneity test are F2count 1.04 ≤ F2table 1.69 which states homogeneous. The N-Gain results on the learning discovery models 68, while the problem based learning models 55, there is value tcount 4.28406 ttable 1.99006. So the study concluded that there are differences in learning outcomes in the subtheme of the diversity of living things in my environment through the discovery learning model and problem based learning at SDN Bojongrangkas 01, the discovery learning models is more effective than the problem based learning models.

Abstract

APPLICATION OF STUDENT TEAM ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION MODEL TO IMPROVEMENT OF STUDENTS’ ACHIEVEMENT IN MATHEMATICS ABOUT ALGEBRAIC FORMThe Research used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach which was carried out collaboratively and in two cycles. The aim of the  research is to find out the improvement of students ‘achievement   in mathematics about algebraic form in class VII D through the application of the learning model Student Team Achievement Division (STAD). The subjects of this study were 33 students of class VII D at SMP Negeri 13 Bogor, with a composition of 19 female students and 14 male students. The results showed that the average value of learning outcomes in the first cycle obtained a value of 75.1 with a percentage of 66.7%; while the second cycle obtained an average value of 89 with a percentage of 91%, there was an improvement of student, or an improvement of completeness by 24.3%. Likewise, the results of student observations showed an increase in the participation and activity of students by obtaining an average value of 75.38% in the first cycle, while the second cycle reached 88.76%. The conclusion of this Research is that the application of the Student Team Achievement Division (STAD) learning model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in algebraic form material.

Abstract

INCREASING ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF COLLAGE WITH VIDEO MEDIAThis study aims to determine the increase in activity and student learning outcomes, describe the process of increasing student activity and learning outcomes, and measure the magnitude of the increase in activity and learning outcomes in the Collage material using video learning media for Cultural Arts and Crafts in grade IV SD Negeri Lawang Gintung 2, Bogor City. 2019/2020 school year. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that using video media on collage material for learning cultural arts and crafts can be a fun variation of learning for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before using video media on the learning collage material for Cultural Arts and Crafts, the learning outcomes of students only reached an average value of 68.44 then an increase occurred after using video media to 80.54 in cycle 1 and 98.14 in cycle 2. So it can be concluded that the use of video media in the learning collage material for Cultural Arts and Crafts is very popular with students and there is an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, the researcher suggests that the use of video media in the learning collage material for Cultural Arts and Crafts be socialized and used as an alternative in learning Cultural Arts and Crafts in schools.

Abstract

GROWING POTENTIAL THROUGH CALLIGRAPHY EXTRACURRICULAR FOR ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS This study aims to explore calligraphy extracurricular activities that can increase the interests, talents and potential of students. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. To obtain research data, researchers used interview, observation, documentation, and literature studies, which were sourced from relevant books, previous research, school principals, PAI teachers, calligraphy trainers, and students at SDN Cimahi II, Klari District, Karawang. The results of the study prove that there is an increase in the ability of students in all aspects, both in terms of affective, cognitive and psychomotor through calligraphy extracurricular activities. In the process, the teacher plays an important role as a facilitator for the development of students' talents and interests, therefore this activity needs to be supported by conducive and pleasant conditions and atmosphere so that the process of this activity can realize achievements not only in the non-academic field (calligraphy art), but can develop towards academic achievement as well.

Abstract

APPLICATION OF THE NUMBERED HEAD TOGETHER COOPERATIVE LEARNING MODEL TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN SCIENCE SUBJECTS HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE SYSTEM MATERIAL IN CLASS IX OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMP N 4 KOTA BOGOR)This study departs from field observations, that the learning outcomes and students' understanding of the concept of the Human Reproductive System in science learning in class IX E SMP Negeri 5 Bogor are still low. The learning model is a major contributor to consider in order to improve student learning outcomes. This study aims to (1) improve student learning outcomes, (2) find out whether the Cooperative Learning type Numbered Head Together is the right learning model for Science Subjects Human reproductive System Material, (3) Knowing the magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes, which measured as the percentage of the number of students who score ≥ 80 or meet the standard minimum completeness criteria. The Learning Model is applied to students of Class IX E SMP Negeri 5 Bogor Semester I of the 2019/2020 academic year, and is carried out in 2 cycles. The results showed that using the Cooperative Learning type Numbered Head Together model could significantly improve the learning outcomes of students in Class IX E SMP Negeri 5 Bogor. Before using the Numbered Head Together Cooperative Learning model, only 26.32% of students scored ≥ 80 (fulfilling the Minimum Completeness Criteria value standard), this figure increased after using the Numbered Head Together Cooperative Learning model to become 65.79% in the cycle. I and 100% in cycle II. The application of this Learning Model makes the learning material more interesting and the classroom atmosphere more enjoyable for students, and in the end it can increase students' understanding of the material and the value of students in evaluation. Therefore, the researcher recommends the use of the Numbered Head Together Cooperative Learning model in science learning in schools in the Bogor City Education Office.
