Abstract

This research uses qualitative approach. The problem in this research is that students of PGSD graduates still have to deepen their mastery of English, lack of implementing the use of technology and information tools, and lack of expertise in self-development field. User satisfaction of graduates can be measured from 7 (seven) aspects of the ability of PGSD graduate in the field. The seven aspects are integrity (ethics and morals), professionalism (expertise by field), English, information technology skills, communication, teamwork, and self-development. User satisfaction graduates produce good values in six aspects (85.7%), namely aspects of integrity, professionalism, communication, use of information technology, teamwork, and self-development. While as much as one aspect (14.3%) the results are quite good. This aspect is English proficiency. This indicates that the study program must be really serious in improving the English language skills of PGSD students to be able to learn it better. Good listening, writing, speaking, and grammar skills. Keywords: satisfaction, users, students

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 lebih menekankan keaktifan peserta didik, namun penerapan pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru. Salah satu penyebab adalah kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan upaya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan menumbuhkan keaktifan siswa dengan penggunaan media ular tangga digital. Metode penelitian tindakan kelas digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV berjumlah 35 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 2 siklus, yang terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Siklus 2 dilakukan, apabila pada siklus 1 belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data dan analisis data dilakukan dari hasil pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan observasi yang dilakukan kolaborator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dan perubahan sikap dengan penggunaan media game ular tangga digital. Peningkatan tersebut dibuktikan dengan angka rata-rata siklus 1, yaitu 74,42 meningkat menjadi 84,02 pada siklus 2, artinya terjadi peningkatan 9,6. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media ular tangga digital dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan adanya perubahan aktivitas siswa pada proses pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media baik itu ular tangga digital maupun media pembelajaran lainnya dapat mengubah pembelajaran menjadi lebih aktif

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) di kelas V masih menerapkan metode pembelajaran konvensional dimana siswa lebih banyak mendengarkan penjelasan guru atau (teacher centre). Pembelajaran IPS oleh siswa dianggap membosankan, kurang menarik, tidak begitu penting, dan relatif sulit. Sebagai akibatnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi pembelajaran masih rendah. Tujuan pembelajaran belum tercapai secara optimal.  Media yang biasa digunakan guru sebatas pada gambar-gambar yang ada dalam buku teks. Kondisi ini dapat diatasi dengan pengembangan media yang ada, salah satunya adalah pengembangan media komik digital. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif dengan penelitian pengembangan atau R &D (Research and Development). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya ketertarikan minat belajar siswa dengan penggunaan media komik digital materi Peristiwa Sekitar Proklamasi untuk mata pelajaran IPS kelas V SD. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan, dinyatakan layak digunakan berdasarkan validasi oleh ahli materi, validasi ahli media, validasi dan hasil ujicoba oleh guru serta tanggapan siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media komik digital dapat dikembangan dan layak untk digunakan pada proses pembelajaran materi Peristiwa Sekitar Proklamasi utnuk mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di Kelas V Sekolah Dasar.  Kata Kunci : media komik digital, siswa, IPS   Abstract. The learning process of Social Science subject (IPS) in class V is still applied in conventional learning method in which the students listen more to teacher explanation (teacher center). Students considered that the learning process of Social Science is boring, less interesting, less important, and relatively difficult. As a result, the students' understanding of learning materials is still low. Learning objectives have not been achieved optimally. The media used by teachers is limited to the pictures in textbooks. This condition can be overcome with the development of existing media, one of which is the development of digital comic media. The research method used is explorative method with research development or R & D (Research and Development). The result of the research shows that the students are interested with the use of digital comics media of the event material about the Proclamation for the subjects of Social Science in grade V of Elementary School. The development of Learning media is stated to be eligible to be used based on validation by material experts, validation of media experts, validation and results of testing by teachers and student responses. Thus it can be concluded that the digital comic media can be developed and feasible to be used in the learning process of teaching of Events Around Proclamation for Social Science subjects in grade V of Elementary School.  Keyword : digital comic media, student, social science

Abstract

[Bahasa]: Pembelajaran abad 21 menuntut guru untuk memahami, mengenali, dan mampu menggunakan teknologi dengan baik. Sejalan dengan itu proses pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 juga memerlukan kemampuan guru dalam bidang teknologi terutama dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang menarik. Salah satu permasalahan yang terjadi di sekolah Gugus 1 Kota Bogor adalah keterbatasan kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi. Salah satu solusi dari permasalahan ini adalah pelaksanaan pendampingan pembuatan media Powtoon kepada guru-guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) melalui pemberian materi secara teoritis, praktek pembuatan Powtoon, sampai kepada evaluasinya. Tujuan program pengadian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran Powtoon pada pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 tematik kelas V SD Gugus 1 Kota Bogor. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan drill practice. Tahapan kegiatan diawali dengan penyampaian materi pentingnya media, pengenalan media Powtoon, dan dilanjutkan dengan drill practice yang mendorong peserta melakukan praktik pembuatan media Powtoon tersebut. Hasil pelatihan PKM ini menunjukkan sebanyak 91,2% peserta belum pernah mendengar tentang media Powtoon dan sebanyak 97,2% peserta belum pernah membuatnya dalam pembelajaran. Setelah dilaksanakannya PKM ini sebanyak 82,4% peserta mampu membuat media Powtoon dengan baik. Kegiatan PKM ini efektif membantu guru untuk merancang pembelajaran berbasis teknologi khususnya media pembelajaran Powtoon. Kata Kunci: pembelajaran abad 21, pendampingan, media Powtoon [English]: The 21st-century learning requires teachers to understand, recognize, and be able to use technology properly. In this case, the 2013 Curriculum (K13) learning process also requires teachers’ technological ability to make attractive learning media. One of the problems found in the Cluster 1 Schools in Bogor is the limited ability of teachers to use technology-based learning media. The alternative to this problem is the training in making Powtoon to elementary school (SD) teachers through theoretical material delivery, practice, and evaluation. The purpose of the community service program is to provide assistance in making Powtoon for thematic learning in grade V Cluster 1 Bogor City. The method used was lecture and drill practice. It started with the presentation of the importance of media in learning, the introduction of Powtoon, and following by drill practice that encourages participants to practice the making of Powtoon. The results showed that 91.2% of participants had never heard of Powtoon media and 97.2% of participants had never made it in learning. After the implementation of PKM, 82.4% of the participants were able to make Powtoon. This program is effective in helping teachers to design technology-based learning, especially Powtoon. Abstract

Peranan guru sangat diperlukan untuk membantu siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar agar materi dapat dipahami secara optimal. Seorang guru tidak hanya semata mengajar di depan kelas saja, tetapi harus bisa menginspirasi siswa. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dalam Kurikulum 2013 memerlukan kemampuan guru dalam bidang IT terutama dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang mudah dan menarik karena pembelajaran dalam kurikulum 2013 terdiri dari kegiatan mengamati, menanya, menalar, mencoba dan mengkomunikasikan. Penilaian yang dilakukan pada kurikulum 2013 mencakup tiga ranah yaitu afektif, kognitif, dan psikomotor. Tujuan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran powtoon pada pembelajaran kurikulum 2013 tematik untuk kelas V Sekolah Dasar Gugus 1 Kota Bogor. Pendampingan ini mendapatkan respon positif terbukti dengan antusiasme guru dalam mengikuti dari awal sampai selesai. Meskipun peelatihan pendampingan ini berbeda dari biasanya, yaitu menggunakan media online atau Webinar karena adanya Covid-19. Pada saat pemberian materi tentang pengenalan program powtoon ini, para guru banyak belajar, karena program ini merupakan program yang baru dikenal. Antusiasme dan kesiapan para guru menandakan adanya motivasi untuk menumbuhkan keaktifan siswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

Cultural Arts Education has a role in personal formation or attitude and mentality of children in life, because arts and culture education focuses on needs child development in achieving emotional intelligence and social intelligence. Intelligent emotional is achieved by self-actualization through a sense of feeling to increase sensitivity and appreciation for the subtlety and beauty of art and culture, as well as for competence express it. Social intelligence is achieved through fostering and fostering relationships reciprocal empathic and sympathetic democracy towards Indonesian culture and uphold high human rights in order to respect diversity in society and the state as well having a national perspective with awareness of the rights and obligations of citizens.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning outcomes and improve learning outcomes of human and environmental sub-themes through instructional video media. The method used is a quasi experiment, carried out on students of class VA and VB SDN Gegerbitung Sukabumi. The analysis technique used is the analysis prerequisite test which includes a normality test, a homogeneity test, then a research hypothesis test is performed using the t test. The results showed that in the normality test both samples were normally distributed because of the L value ≤ Ltable. Then the homogeneity test obtained nilai2 count value of 0.26 ≤ 𝑥2table 3,841, then: There is an influence of learning outcomes of human and environmental subthemes through instructional video media obtained an average value of N-Gain 61 with completeness of learning outcomes 94.44%, and conventional media obtained an average value of 42 N-Gain with completeness learning outcomes 63.15%. And the results of testing the hypothesis states that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because tcount (5.29) ttable (1.99346). Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that there is an influence of the learning outcomes of human and environmental sub-themes through instructional video media.

Abstract

Oral literature currently seems lost and unknown to students. This article is a description of oral literature. The purpose of this presentation is to make students familiar with oral literature in their area, especially at the Sundanese level. The importance of the introduction of oral literature because oral literature can be used as a reference in behavior. This is because the content of oral literature is full of life lessons and interactions in society. Therefore, it is necessary for schools and local governments to continue to develop and introduce oral literature in schools

Abstract

DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA OF ICT BASED ON SUBTEMA BE GRATEFUL FOR DIVERSITY FOR CLASS IV STUDENTS ELEMENTARY SCHOOL This research is uses development procedures that produce the final product design in the form of developing ICT-based learning media using interactive PowerPoint. This product was developed by researchers combining research steps from Borg and Gall and the ASSURE model. The product developed in this research is ICT-based learning media referring to the 2013 curriculum for fourth grade students of elementary schools. Based on the steps of the development procedure above the researcher only limited to the 5 steps of the development procedure, namely (1) potential and problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) expert validation, and (5) design revision. This is because the limited time needed in research and ICT-based learning media is made to be a teacher's grip so it is sufficiently validated by four fourth grade elementary school teachers who make ICT-based learning media in the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum aided by researchers
