DEVELOPING ASSESSMENT INSTRUMENTS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTIVE LEARNING IN BASIC SCHOOLSThis study aims to produce competency-based assessment instruments in terms of cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects that are needed in learning subjects in elementary schools. This study uses a Research and Development (RD) approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, test, observation and limited circle discussion. The population in this study were teachers in the Cluster 8 Teacher Working Group, North Bogor District. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained through construct validity using expert judgment and respondent validation. The data were analyzed by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study show that in general the assessment system in the Cluster 8 Teacher Working Group in North Bogor District can be categorized as good, including: (1) The antecedents aspect (assessment planning) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score based on the teacher's questionnaire of 2.93 from a maximum score of 4. (2) The aspects of transactions (assessment implementation) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score obtained based on student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires of 3.11 from a maximum score of 4. (3) The outcomes aspect (follow-up) can be categorized as good. This is indicated by the average score acquisition based on student questionnaires and teacher questionnaires of 2.82 from a maximum score 4. The percentage of content / material validity of the instrument product is 93.45%, the percentage of the value of the validity of the instrument product design is 84.76%, very category. valid, the practicality percentage of the assessment instrument is very practical with an average value of 84.86%, the percentage of product practicality based on student responses is 82.74% with the practical category. This development research produces an instrument for assessing student learning outcomes in science learning that is valid and practical so that it can be used as a tool for evaluating or assessing student learning outcomes that is accurate in cognitive aspects. It is recommended for teachers to apply instrument products for assessment of student learning outcomes in each assessment process, such as during mid-semester and semester exams and other examinations periodically.

THE ROLE OF SCHOOL PRINCIPAL SUPERVISION AGAINST THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRIMARY DUTIES OF TEACHERS IN JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOLS (SMPN 7 KOTA BOGOR)This research is a school action research which aims to reveal the role of principal supervision on the implementation of the main duties of the teacher in planning, implementing and evaluating the learning process. This study uses an Action Research Approach. The results of this study indicate the results of the supervision carried out by the principal can improve the implementation of the main duties of teachers at SMP Negeri 7 Bogor City. This also proves that the supervision of the principal and individual meetings with each teacher to reflect on the learning process has a very important role in improving the implementation of teacher main tasks. The implication of this research is that if the role of principal supervision is always carried out, the learning process in the classroom will provide good feedback between teachers and students.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA-BASED INDONESIAN TEACHING MATERIALS FOR CLASS IV STUDENTSThis study aims to determine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia-based Indonesian language teaching materials for fourth grade students of SD Inpres Pallangga, Tinggimoncong District, Gowa Regency. This type of research used in this research is experimental research. In this experimental study, researchers used a Pre-Experimental Desing (Nondesings) design using the One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The subjects in this study were students in grade IV. Instruments Data collection was carried out through observation sheets, test sheets in the form of pretest and posttest, and instruments for student learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used was descriptive data analysis. The results showed that the interactive multimedia-based Indonesian language teaching materials in the form of interactive multimedia-based Indonesian language teaching materials from the results of the research were declared effective because the average learning outcomes of students reached 88% completeness in the very good category, students were very active and liked teaching materials. which is presented and makes it easy for the teacher to deliver the material.

THE USE OF INTERACTIVE POWERPOINT TO INCREASING ELEMENTARY SCHOOL STUDENTS LEARNING INTEREST IN ONLINE LEARNINGThe purpose of this research is to describe the effectiveness of PowerPoint to engage primary students especially in the online learning setting. Method that have been using for this research was qualitative descriptive with the instruments are lesson plan, observation log, and teacher’s mentor feedback. The result show that the use of PowerPoint was effective to engage students in learning because there are many features that support teacher to teach. The features is use to add pictures, video, and particularly hyperlink features that help user to made nonlinear presentation, so the teacher can design an interactive quizzes. PowerPoint also support students to learn individually at home in this kind of online learning setting. It can be conclude that PowerPoint is effective to engage primary student in online learning. Therefore the researcher suggest that the PowerPoint can be validated by the expert so that it can use for teaching primary students in online learning around Indonesia.

EVALUATION OF THE USE OF THE ZOOM MEETING APPLICATION IN THE TAHFIZH AL-QUR'AN PROGRAM AT KHOIRU UMMAH CIANJUR ELEMENTARY SCHOOLAt the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, every school in Cianjur, especially Khoiru Ummah Cianjur the Tahfizh School held a distance learning system. One of the applications used during distance learning is the Zoom Meeting Meeting application. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of using the Zoom Meeting Meeting on learning outcomes of Tahfizh Al-Qur'an. This research is qualitative in nature and uses the case study method. The data collection technique was done by observing, documenting and interviewing the tahfizh guidance teachers. The results of this study indicate that the use of the Zoom Meeting Meeting application is effective for students in this tahfizh school in achieving memorization targets and even exceeding them. The Zoom Meeting Meeting application is effective because communication between the teacher and participants is face-to-face and the learning steps are almost the same as offline learning.

TRANSFORMATION OF COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT IN THE PESANTREN ENVIRONMENTIslamic boarding schools are the oldest educational institutions in Indonesia. He was born from the concept of a mandala to spread religion in the archipelago, they Islamized the hermitage into a pesantren. The development of the pesantren is quite tough, because the pesantren is strong in maintaining tradition while the community wants progress. The demands of the global and millennial community require pesantren to transform their management processes, especially the methods of managing communities within the pesantren. This paper wants to know how Islamic boarding schools respond to community demands? The method of this research is field reaserch research (field study) using a descriptive qualitative approach. To obtain data, researchers conducted field observations, documentation studies, and in-depth interviews. The results showed that in carrying out the transformation of community management in the pesantren environment, the Raudhatutta'allum pesantren did the following: (1) change the leadership pattern from a single or mono pattern to a collegial collective; (2) in implementing the change pattern of community management in the pesantren environment, the Raudhatutta'allum pesantren still maintains old values which are still considered good, including KH Engking Syarifudin (late) charisma immortalized as the foundation's name; (3) adaptive, responsive and accommodating to the demands and desires of the surrounding community; (4) empowerment of human resources by sharing responsibilities through clear job descriptions among the heirs or the families of elderly kyai; (5) santri service program to eliminate the gap between pesantren and the surrounding community; (6) binding pesantren alumni through the Raudhatutta'allum alumni association forum. The method of transforming community management in the pesantren environment was effective and the indication was the development of the quality and access of the Raudhatutta'allum pesantren.

PROBLEM BASED LEARNING WITH A MIND MAP STRATEGY ON ECOSYSTEM MATERIALS TO IMPROVE STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMESThis study aims to describe the improvement of student cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes in ecosystem material, teacher and student learning activities, and student responses in the learning process using the Problem Based Learning model with mind map strategies. The study was conducted at Cianjur District PGRI Pagelaran Junior High School. This study involved 29 students in the experimental class and 30 students in the control class. The research method used was quasi-experimental with only test post design design. Data collection techniques use multiple choice tests for cognitive learning outcomes, questionnaires for affective students care about the environment, and product evaluation and performance for psychomotor. The results of the study using the problem based learning model with mind map strategies can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of students with a significance value of 0,000 0,05, students' caring attitude towards the environment includes a good category with a percentage of 83%, student skills in making mind maps including medium and high with the percentage of 61% and 39% respectively, and student discussion skills included sufficient and good categories with a percentage of 33% and 67% respectively. Learning with problem based learning models with mind map strategies provides opportunities for students to find solutions to the problems given. Problem based learning with mind map strategies can improve student cognitive, affective and psychomotor learning outcomes.

IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE THROUGH FACILITIES AND INFRASTRUCTURE AT ISLAMIC EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS MADRASAH TSANAWIYAH NEGERI 4 KARAWANG Educational facilities and infrastructure are an important part of achieving a maximum quality of education, the minimum standard of facilities and infrastructure for MTs or SMP is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of National Education number 19 of 2005. This study aims to empirically determine the effect of management of facilities and infrastructure on quality of education services at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 4 Karawang. In this study, the authors used the quantitative method with statistical processing using the Spss V.18 software with multiple linear regression formulas, because the independent variables in this study were double or two. Collecting data using observation techniques, documentation and questionnaire instruments / questionnaire with a Likert scale method of 1 to 4. The population of this study were all teachers and staff, totaling 49 people, with a sample size of 44 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique, while the data analysis technique using descriptive statistics, inferential statistics using multiple linear regression consulted using correlative statistics. The results of data processing can be concluded that simultaneously the management of facilities and infrastructure has a significant effect on the quality of education services with the results of the F test of 1228.07 which is interpreted to the F table of 3.2, then F count F table. While the correlation coefficient value obtained is 0.996, if interpreted to the guideline table for the correlation analysis scale, it has a very strong relationship level of 99.6%. Thus it can be argued that the management of facilities and infrastructure greatly affects the quality of education services at MTsN 4 Karawang in the 2020/2021 school year.

THE APPLICATION OF JIGSAW-TYPE COOPERATIVE LEARNING IN THE SUBJECTS OF INDONESIAN COMMUNITY LIFE DURING THE PRAAKSARA AND HINDU PERIODS ON STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES IN CLASS VII JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL (SMP N 4 KOTA BOGOR)This study aims to measure the learning outcomes of students in the life material of Indonesian society during the pre-literal and Hindu Buddhist periods in class 7E at junior high school (SMP Negeri 4 Bogor) in the 2017-2018 academic year. Another objective is to find out the process of improving student learning outcomes in the life material of Indonesian society during the pre-literacy and Hindu Buddhist periods. Also to find out the magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes in the life material of Indonesian society during the pre-literacy and Hindu Buddhist periods in class 7 at junior high school This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that the application of the jigsaw method to the material of Indonesian society during the pre-literal and Hindu Buddhist periods in class 7E at SMP Negeri 4 Bogor City before applying the learning method has an average value of 62.08. When learning was changed to apply the jigsaw method, the average student learning outcomes increased to 73.75 in cycle I and 80.83 in cycle II. Thus it is concluded that the application of the jigsaw method used by teachers can improve student learning outcomes, therefore researchers suggest that the application of learning methods needs to be socialized and used in social science learning in schools within the Bogor City Education Office.
