This study aims to examine the effect of Work Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment with Work Engagement as a mediating variable. The population in this study were credit marketing staff employees in the Jabodetabek area banking. The sampling technique used a census of 100 respondents. Data analysis used the variant-based structural model equation method with the partial least squares approach using the SmartPLS version 3.2.1 application. The results showed that Work Satisfaction had an effect on Work Engagement, Work Satisfaction had an effect on Organizational Commitment, Work Engagement had no effect on Organizational Commitment and Work Satisfaction had no effect on Organizational Commitment through the Work Engagement variable. The managerial implications of this research are first, to increase work satisfaction, employees should be placed according to the educational background, work experience, and competency of the worker. Second, to increase Organizational Commitment to banking employees, companies retain employees by providing career path certainty in the company. Third, to improve Work Engagement, ideas from employees for the betterment of the company can be considered so that employees feel involved in their organization

The aims of this research are: (1) to examine and analyze the effect of Apparatus Competence on Performance Accountability of Government Agencies, (2) to test and analyze the ability of Organizational Commitment to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability. The research was conducted at 29 OPD in the Government of Serang Regency using quantitative methods through data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Model (SEM) method, while a sample of 145 people used the census method. This study obtained the results that Apparatus Competence has a positive and significant effect on Government Agencies Performance Accountability, Organizational Commitment is also able to moderate the relationship between Apparatus Competence and Government Agencies Performance Accountability.

Education & Training Research (Training), Leadership and Motivation are factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the Performance of Military Staff General Staff of the Jayakarta/Jayakarta Regional Military Command in East Jakarta. To prove this effect, this research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of Education & Training (Training), Leadership with Motivation as an Intervening Variable on Military Personnel of the General Staff in East Jakarta. The object of this study was taken from the General Staff Military Personnel population in East Jakarta. With a total sample of 107 out of 146 populations calculated using the Slovin formula at a 5% error margin, data collection used a closed questionnaire and there were 5 rating scales. Data analysis was carried out using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS), double linear registration was used as an analytical tool while hypothesis testing was carried out by t-test and F-test and path analysis was used to test the effect of intervening variables. The results of this study indicate that Education & Training (Training) has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on motivation. Training has a positive and significant effect on performance. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Training has no effect on employee performance through motivation. And leadership has no effect on employee performance through motivation.

Training, motivation, and discipline are Three factors that are thought to be relatively large in influencing the performance of employees at PT. Unlock Main Techniques. to prove the influence of the three, and this research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Training, Motivation, and Discipline on the work environment as an interference at PT. Main Bukaka Engineering Tbk. This research was conducted at PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Tbk. Located on Jl. Raya Narogong. took 84 students as a research sample, calculated using the Slovin Formula from a total population of 630 employees at 10% margin error. Data was collected using an online questionnaire instrument with five rating scales from strongly disagree to agree strongly. The research was conducted by analyzing data assisted by statistics (SPSS Version 25). Quantitative, namely by describing research data and conducting inference analysis. Instrument variables include validity and reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests. Multiple linear regression analysis methods is used as an analysis tool while the hypothesis is made by t-test and F-test. The research yielded two main findings per the proposed hypothesis: 1) Training has an effect on employee performance 2) Motivation has an effect on Voting Decisions 3) Discipline influences impressions on employee performance. Based on these findings, it is recommended that efforts be made to improve Training, Motivation, Discipline, and Employee Performance to improve Voting Decisions

With the rapid development of information technology, online shopping platforms have sprung up to facilitate changes in consumer behavior that are starting to shop online. In communicating superiority and attracting customer interest to use the online shopping platform, advertising media and brand ambassadors are massively used to carry out marketing campaigns. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of advertising and selecting brand ambassadors on the purchasing decisions of Shopee customers, one of the fastest growing online shopping platforms. This research is a quantitative research with a correlational approach with regression analysis to see the relationship between variables. Data collection techniques were carried out using a questionnaire. This study has three (3) variables, namely Advertising and Brand Ambassadors as independent variables and Purchase Decision as the dependent variable. The subjects in this study were 100 students in the Province of D.I.Y who had shopped online using the Shopee platform. From the processing of the research results, it was concluded that advertising has a positive influence on purchasing decisions, and brand ambassadors have no effect on purchasing decisions of Shopee consumers from DIY students.

The purpose of this study was to test and prove the effect of financial education in family and peers on personal financial planning. This research applies a "quantitative approach". The information collected in this study used "primary data" collected through questionnaires and disseminated through social media. The sample in this study used "S1 Students of the Faculty of Business Economics class of 2019 to 2022 UPN "Veteran" East Java". Sample selection using the proportionate stratified random sampling method. The test tool in this study is to use SPSS version 26. The results of this study show that financial education in the family has a significant effect on personal financial planning, while peers have no significant effect on personal financial planning.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Company Size (Size) and Affiliated Transactions (RTA) on Profitability (ROA) and their impact on Tax Avoidance (ETR) in Large Trading Goods Production Subsector Companies in 2021. This study uses secondary data sourced from financial reports. companies included in the LQ45 list for the period ending in 2021. The number of samples in this study were 21 companies, which made transactions with related parties (Affiliates) based on a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used is Path. Analysis or path analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 and Microsoft Excel software. Motivation that can spur on also be one of the factor can not less important in influence progress and success a organization. Elements found in motivation belongs higher, work friend, physical tool, policy and organization regulation and other as it. Marginally human in company necessary defend the alive continuance, to bloom and get profit. To achieve that thing, so wanted motivation and work spirit in run performance process. Discipline soul must has in every civil public servant especially in carry out various job at district office work environment Awayan regency Balangan. Leadership style is important to achieve an effective organizational condition. In addition to leadership style, the environment can also affect individual comfort at work. Work-life balance is also needed to balance work demands. This research uses a quantitative approach. The location of this research was at the SBU Upstream Oil and Gas and Oil and Gas Products at the Service Project of Surveyor Handover and Measurement of Fuel from PT. Pertamina (Persero) to PT. PLN (Persero) and the number of samples obtained by 146 respondents. The instrument used is the Google Form with data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The conclusion of this study is that job satisfaction has an effect on turnover intention. Meanwhile, leadership style, work environment and work life balance have no effect on turnover intention. For the results of the indirect effect hypothesis test, it is known that only work life balance and job satisfaction have an influence on turnover intention as a mediating variable. Meanwhile, leadership style on job satisfaction and turnover intention as mediating variables do not influence each other. Work environment on job satisfaction on turnover intention as a mediating variable does not have any influence on each other.

The Ministry of Manpower has simplified the echelon 3 and 4 structural bureaucracy to functional positions of 490 employees. Based on SE BKN Number 3/SE/II/2021 the simplification of the bureaucracy consists of the position of Administrator (Echelon 3) to become the Functional Middle Expert position and the Supervisory position (Echelon 4) to become the Functional Junior Expert position. Equalization changes the organizational structure which is followed up with the Assignment of functional officials as Coordinators and Sub-coordinators as substitutes for structural positions in organizational units. The Coordinator and Sub-coordinator are given the task and function of coordination and management of activities in accordance with the field of work within the work unit which is directly responsible to the head of the organizational unit. Research using data analysis methods using PLS with a population of 127 employees with the criteria of serving as Coordinator, Subcoordinator, and Functional Employee who has 10 years working experience. From these data it was found that this simplification had an effect on Workload and Career Development on Work Motivation of functional employees who received additional assignments as Coordinators and Sub-coordinators through Job Satisfaction as a fully mediated.
