Abstract

Reading the Qur’an is one of the blessings advocated by the Prophet Muhammad, even there are virtues when reading it. Therefore the Qur'an should be read, studied and understood by Muslims, both men and women. When reading the holy book, one should read it in a holy state, both sacred from small hadas and large hadas to honor the glory of the Qur’an. Scholars differ in their opinions in reading the Qur’an for menstruating women, there are opinions that forbid and allow it. This study examines two schools namely the Hanafi school of thought and the Maliki school of reading Qur'anic law for menstruating women. The author uses the theory of istihsan with nas and istihsan with emergency in the Hanafi school and istihsan with maslahat and istihsan by rejecting the difficulties and difficulties in the Maliki school. The results showed that the Hanafi school forbids menstruating women from reading the Qur’an as a whole, but allowing menstruating women to read the Qur’an with the provisions of only reading vocabulary only and reading it intentionally besides reading, such as praying, dhikr, and praising God. As for the Maliki school of law, it is absolutely permissible for menstruating women to read the Qur’an before menstruation has gone or not and is afraid of forgetting whether or not to memorize it. In the equation, the two schools use the same argument, but different interpretations of the argument.

Abstract

Implementation strategy for the formation of children's personality in PAUD Alkhairaat Kec. South Lore Kab. Poso uses two approaches, namely the intervention process in this case the teacher's participation and habituation with character development. The intervention process is developed and implemented through teaching and learning activities that are deliberately designed to achieve character building goals through the implementation of various structured activities. Meanwhile, various situations and conditions are created and grown through a habituation process, which contains various reinforcements that enable students at school, at home, and in their community to adapt to behave according to the expected values.

Abstract

Islam is lifelyhood system that leads people to understand the reality of life. Islam is also a global structure revealed from Allah as rahmatan li al-‘Alamin. Concequencely, Allah created human beings (men and women) as His representation (Khalifah) in this world which have responsibilies to save and stabilze nature as well as to save human civilization. Therefore, both women and men have equal and comprehensive roles as human beings. Gender theory and concept seem easy and is difficult to apply as they need procedures and support from community, if gender is a principa choice for balancing individual roles in the global community. The survey results show that although the public's perception of gender equality is still weak, it is widely practiced and accepted in society. This is demonstrated by the realization of equal rights for children in education, equal division of household tasks between boys and girls, freedom to make decisions and express opinions, as well as freedom to make decisions within the family. Gender equality in the family is a good thing for society as long as it does not conflict with human nature and religious values ​​prevailing in society.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of women in dealing with divorce due to infidelity to upholding family resilience. In this study, researchers focused on the problem of women's efforts in household resilience to the process of divorce due to infidelity. The results of this study indicate that women's response to divorce due to infidelity is family law, namely, women after divorce and living as single parents remain a priority for themselves and their children because the law never leaves individuals, because the law can be in the form of Maslahah with the meaning of maintenance of religion, soul, mind, lineage and property. Women who have become single parents as a result of divorce as a result of an affair, this is not to be ridiculed and must be avoided because things happen beyond a woman's reasoning, therefore these women still exist and remain whole women and appear as great women.

Abstract

Character education must be instilled from the age of 0 in children. Character education is used to support and shape a child's personality. therefore the need for training in Early Childhood related to gender, social, emotion, religiosity, tolerance, and other characters in a balanced between cognitive and psychomotor. While this character can be formed through various things including language. Therefore the focus of this research is to instill character education in early childhood through a language bridge. The purpose of this research is to pave the way and innovation for educators in carrying out activities to educate early childhood through language. This study uses qualitative research. Data were obtained through literacy studies in the form of journal articles, books and related sites. data analysis in this research is descriptive analysis. While the results of this study are in the form of character education through language that educators need to apply through various cues such as: 1) providing education through body touch (physical touch), 2) teaching children to voluntarily serve others, 3) invite quality time to be able to discuss their problems, 4) provide requirements or limits to children regarding what is allowed and what is prohibited.

Abstract

Problematika gender merupakan bagian isu dan tema sentral yang tidak luput dari pembahasan di masyarakat. Perempuan yang berada pada posisi dipimpin, semenjak kebijakan era reformasi yang memberi ruang pada perempuan memunculkan kepempimpinan perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi mencoba untuk menganalisa Kepemimpinan perempuan di Jawa Timur dalam perspektif Keputusan Muktamar, Munas, dan Konbes Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) (1926-1999 Masehi). Kesetaraan gender dalam fenomena kepempimpian perempuan di Jawa Timur diketahui dari perbandingan jumlah kepala daerah perempuan dan laki-laki di Jawa Timur dengan presentase laki-laki 77,6% dan perempuan22,3%. Perempuan yang diusung menjadi kepala daerah dalam hal ini bukan semata sebagai pendamping atau objek untuk menarik minat masyarakat memilih akan tetapi memiliki kesamaan dengan pemimpin laki-laki dengan kompetensi dalam memimpin dan latar belakang pendidikan serta pengalaman berorganisasi yang mumpuni. Akan tetapi tetap saja ditemukan indikasi ketidaksetaraan gender dalam kepemimpinan perempuan di Jawa Timur, dari 17 pempimpin perempuan dirinci hanya 7 orang yang menduduki kursi sebagai bupati/walikota sedangkan jumlah perempuan yang menduduki kursi sebagai wakil bupati/walikota berjumlah 10 orang. Kedudukan perempuan yang mana dalam kepemimpinan hanya sebagai wakil bupati/walikota mengindikasikan ketidaksetaraan gender. Indikasi ketidaksetaraan gender diketahui dari perempuan sebagai obyek dari system politik yang dibangun secara sepihak oleh kaum laki-laki. Akan tetapi di era reformasi saat ini dapat terlihat keberhasilan kepemimpinan perempuan, terutama pengkaderan perempuan di kalangan NU.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education as the main basis of education for an individual should be able to build and integrate a tolerant attitude towards plural social life contained in the Islamic values of moderation, where these values must be applied and become a habit for a child who will grow into a person who has a tolerant attitude towards differences. If young children are not introduced to the values of moderation, then when growing up they will be easily influenced and even influence liberal and extreme ideas which can later threaten disintegration in public life. Seeing the dangers of disintegration that continue to threaten today and the importance of implementing Islamic moderation values in early childhood.
