Abstract

This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The data in this study are in the form of primary data obtained from questionnaires, observations and interviews. Secondary data obtained from non-formal education and training institutions are in the form of administrative documents. The population in this study were all education and training institutions (LPPNF) in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The sampling method utilizing total sampling Qualitative data processing uses descriptive statistics to systematically describe the facts and characteristics of objects appropriately. Correlation analysis uses SPSS 22.0 to determine whether there is a relationship (correlation) between variables and if there is a relationship, see the size of the relationship between variables. This study found the unique management of LPPNF management, which is management featuring one-man show. From the results of the analysis conducted, of course, inaccurate management will certainly have less than the maximum impact in achieving the goals of an organization. This is evidenced by the low number of human resources participating in training at LPPNF in Indragiri Hulu Regency. In the management of LPPNF, the objectives that have been well established should be regulated by these principles so that the objectives of the institution can be realized. The manager should run his LPPNF by following the good and correct management functions so that he can answer the need for human resources from the Business and Industry World in Indragiri Hulu Regency. Abstract

Cooperatives are not only expected to be able to produce residual business results in each period, investment activities carried out by cooperatives must be effective in producing positive added value, therefore cooperatives need to be managed as well as possible so that they can grow into a strong and independent organization, with the best performance and ability raise the welfare of its members. This research is in Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises, Seresam Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze Cooperative Performance and Its Impact on Members' Welfare. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach, the data the authors use are primary and secondary data, primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to research respondents to measure Cooperative Performance and Members' Welfare Levels, and secondary data obtained directly from Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises in the form of financial statement documents. The analytical tool used to measure / assess financial performance with the viewpoint of Economic Value Added (EVA. Cooperative Performance is measured based on 6 (six) indicators of Cooperative Performance, namely: Business Entity Activities, Business Performance, Members' Cohesiveness and Participation, Orientation to Member Services, Services to the Community and contribution to Regional Development Welfare level is measured based on aspects of family income, expenditure on consumption, employment status, health conditions and the ability to access other basic needs.The results of descriptive analysis show Kopsa. Manunggal Enterprises including Cooperatives that are performing well, households Farmers who are members of Kopsa, Manunggal Enterprises are included in the welfare category and the regression analysis conducted shows that the regression coefficient is positive, meaning that there is a positive impact between Cooperative Performance and Welfare. The better the Cooperative Performance will have a positive impact on increasing yes the welfare of members, this can happen because of the monoculture community farming patterns where the main source of income of the village community, especially Kopsa members. Manunggal Business is a commodity of oil palm plantations managed by cooperatives, so the cooperative performance variable becomes very influential in influencing the ease of service, distribution of member income, access to credit and other ease of convenience.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah yang bergerak di usaha Fotocopy pada Kecamatan Rengat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berbelanja di Fotocopy yang ada dikecamatan Rengat sebanyak 270 Sampel. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yaitu berupa data kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kekonsumen yang berbelanja. Alat analisis yang penulis gunakan ialah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan bantuan Software SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Produk secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. (2) Harga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. (3) Lokasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. (4) Promosi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian pada usaha Fotocopy seKecamatan Rengat. Abstract

Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kenapa perempuan ikut berdagang di pasar rakyat kota Rengat. Bagaimana keterkaitannya dengan jiwa entrepreneurship serta keterkaitan entrepreneurship dengan pemberdayaan ekonomi di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu Propinsi Riau. Adanya perempuan yang ikut berdagang merupakan cikal bakal lahirnya entrepreneur lainnya di kota Rengat sekaligus memberikan sumbangsih terhadap pengembangan ekonomi di Kabupaten Indragiri Propinsi Riau pada khususnya dan ekonomi nasional secara umum. Model perkembangan jiwa entrepreneurship dimulai dari usaha kecil dan dilakoni oleh individual, kemudian melibatkan keluarga, berkembang ke arah perusahaan berskala kecil, usaha berskala menengah, dan perusahaan besar. populasi penelitian adalah perempuan yang ikut berdagang di pasar Rakyat Rengat sebanyak 97 orang dengan sampel 17 orang informan. Penelitian ini mengarah pada pendekatan kualitatif (qualitative approach), dengan informasi yang bersifat subyektif dan historis. Penelitian ini multi metode antara lain: (1) metode sejarah sosiologis dengan pendekatan studi riwayat hidup, untuk melihat keberadaan perempuan di pasar Rengat dan bagaimana terjadinya proses transfer jiwa enterprenuership baik secara value maupun knowledge yang terjadi ditengah keluarga perempuan pedagang dalam bentuk keluarga inti (nuclear family) maupun keluarga besar (extended family); (2) metode interpretative hermeneutik, ini berangkat dari asumsi bahwa aktifitas perempuan pedagang adalah suatu realitas yang sangat dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor seperti politik, sosial-kultural, sehingga dibutuhkan berbagai metode dalam mendekati fenomena yang ada.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas laporan keuangan dan debt maturity terhadap efisiensi investasi. Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Konsumsi di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2015-2017. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi data yang bersumber dari laporan tahunan yang dipublikasikan melalui Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 21 perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia yang dipilih menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah model regresi panel. Data diuji menggunakan perangkat lunak Eviews versi 8.0. berdasarkan hipotesis hasil pengujian menunjukan bahwa kualitas laporan keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efisiensi investasi sedangkan debt maturity tidak berpengaruh sigifikan terhadap efisiensi investasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen untuk berbelanja di minimarket. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota Rengat yang berbelanja di minimarket dan mempunyai daya beli. Penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Random Sampling. Jumlah sampel 157 responden. Teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisi faktor. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat delapan faktor yang mempengaruhi konsumen memilih berbelanja di minimarket yaitu (1) faktor demografi, (2) faktor promosi, (3) faktor merchandise, (4) faktor ruangan, (5) faktor fasilitas, (6) faktor lokasi, (7) faktor budaya, (8) faktor karyawan. Penulis sarankan agar pihak minimarket mengetahui karakteristik dan keinginan konsumennya, dimana faktor demografi memiliki pengaruh yang besar dalam meningkatkan keinginan konsumen untuk berbelanja pada minimarket di kota Rengat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to help predict the number of prospective new students who will register in the academic year 2023/2024 until the academic year 2026/2027. The research method uses the Statistical Parabolic Projection Method with data on the number of new student registrations of UNISI (Indragiri Islamic University) Tembilahan over the past 7 years. Research Results Based on Research Equations formed in predicting the number of new students who will register in the academic year period 2023/2024 are 651 students, 2024/2025 are 818 students, 2025/2026 are 1001 Students, 2023/2024 are 1200 Students. Suggestions for future researchers who are still in the same theme as this research can be compared with other methods so that the resulting output can be more precise and accurate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership and work mutations on employee job satisfaction. The study was conducted with quantitative methods, namely research that describes the influence of leadership and work mutations on employee job satisfaction at PT. Arvena Sepakat Indragiri Hulu. By analyzing the data using multiple regression, correlation coefficients, and hypothesis testing which will later be assisted by using SPSS version 21. From the results of the study with the regression equation Y = 0.744 + 1.386 X1 + 0.892 X2. a = constant of 0.744 means that employee job satisfaction is 0.744 if X1 (leadership) and X2 (work mutation) are equal to 0 (zero). b1 = leadership regression coefficient of 1.386 shows that every increase in leadership by one unit and other variables (work mutations) remain, then there will be an increase in employee job satisfaction of 1.386. b2 = regression coefficient of work mutation of 0.892 shows that every increase in work mutations by one unit and other variables (leadership) remains, then there will be an increase in employee job satisfaction of 0.892. The correlation coefficient is known that R is 0.826 meaning that it has a very strong and unidirectional relationship. and then tested with the multiple determination coefficient (R2) is 0.682. this shows that (X1) leadership and (X2) work mutations together can contribute to the variable (Y) employee job satisfaction of 68.2%. And the remaining 31.8% is contributed by other variables. Hypothesis testing on a significant level = 5% where F arithmetic (83.702)> F table (3.11) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that leadership variables and work mutations together have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at PT. Arvena Sepakat Indragiri Hulu, and based on a partial test where t counts (5,786)> from t table (1,990), then Ho is rejected by Ha, it means that leadership has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction and t count (3,665)> than t table (1,990) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means work mutation has a significant influence on employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

his research aimed to analyze the external and internal environment in IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency by using SWOT Analysis. This research was conducted in December 2019. This research used mixed method, a combination between descriptive-qualitative and quantitative methods. The data used were primary and secondary data which were collected through interviews, observation, documentation and questionnaires. The subject and data sources of this research were the Consumers of IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency, the Owner of IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya of Indragiri Hulu Regency, and The Industry and Trade Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The results of this research showed that, currently, IKM Kue Bawang Bina Karya supported aggressive strategies that are applicable, namely Market Development Strategy, Market Penetration Strategy, Product Development Strategy, Forward Integration Strategy, Backward Integration Strategy, Horizontal Integration Strategy, and Diversification Strategy.

Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Kuala Kilan, Batang Cenaku District - Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from the recapitulation of questionnaires from the Village Apparatus and Community Institutions of Kuala Kilan Village. The analysis that I use is Simple Regression Analysis using SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. The results of the study concluded that the Management Information System (SIM) affected the Performance of Apparatus and Social Institutions in Kuala Kilan Village, Batang Cenaku Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency, it can be seen that the calculated t value was greater than t table (4,875> 2,03951). Based on data testing criteria, it can be seen that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the Management Information System (SIM) partially influences the Performance of Apparatus and Community Institutions.
