Abstract

This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu district, where this research used three villages that held head selection by using electronic voting, there are: Sidomulyo, Sungai Baung and Batu Gajah. This research used qualitative descriptive approach with the consideration that the researcher intends to obtain a picture of the Community Readiness for the Implementation of Village Head Election using the Electronic Voting (E-Voting) method in Indragiri Hulu District. This research used observation, interviews and documentation to collected all the data. The results of this study indicate that the application of the use of electronic voting in the three villages is already good, where this is indicated by the majority of the community that can already use the e-voting tool. only a small portion of the community still does not understand how to use it.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and determine the effect of activity planning, fund withdrawals and accuracy of budget realization in certain non-vertical work units in the implementation of mesuji water use networks in the 2014-2016 period. This research uses descriptive and quantitative methods from the results of financial statements for 3 years with 1 company. By using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of multiple regression analysis with Y = -22,513 + 1,741 (X1) + 0,172 (X2) + 0,071 (X3) + e indicate that the variable planning activities and withdrawing funds together have a significant effect on budget realization.

Abstract

Tourism is one of the sectors that the government relies on to earn foreign exchange from non-oil and gas income. The impact of tourism development on economic development is so large that special attention is needed. The problem in tourism objects in Rengat Subdistrict, Indragiri Hulu Regency which is the main focus in this research is the lack of marketing services to a weak service system and the promotion of attractions that are still felt to be lacking. The results of this study indicate that market opportunity analysis will determine the next step, namely the determination of strategic service concepts that are translated into market positioning and implemented in the service marketing concept. And Indragiri Hulu Regency which actually has been supported by natural conditions and potential tourism environment. Promotional mix is ​​one component of the marketing mix that plays an important role in the process of achieving the expected goals, namely to introduce, inform, persuade and influence prospective tourists to visit and keep tourists always remembering and desiring to make a return visit to Rengat City with tourism objects which exists.

Abstract

The research location used as the object of this research is the Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and population simultaneously on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of economic growth partially on the unemployment rate, to determine the effect of the total population partially on the unemployment rate in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression methods, with the help of SPSS version 21. Based on the results of simultaneous economic growth and population growth has a significant effect on the unemployment rate, economic growth has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, the population has a partially positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate, and other variables affect the unemployment rate that is not examined in research

Abstract

This research was conducted by the authors at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. The research took place for 4 ( four ) months. Conducting this research is to determine the effect of Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy simultaneously on the Provision of Credit at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Kerumutan Unit and Tri Mulia Jaya Unit. This study uses primary data, the authors conducted data processing using multiple linear regression which processed it using SPSS (statistical package for social science) version 21 to get the output to conclude the results of this study. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy on the Provision of Credit. When viewed from the summary model table, then r, which means the correlation coefficient, shows that Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, and Condition of Economy have a moderate relationship to the Provision of Credit.

Abstract

The home industry is a home business that produces various commodity products that are processed manually or using simple production machines. One of the home industry centers in Serang Regency is clay handicrafts that have been around for a long time, mostly women. During their development, they still experience many problems, especially in terms of production and marketing. Based on this, the authors researched to analyze the production and marketing aspects of clay crafts. The population and samples taken were fifteen people, they were clay craftsmenin Bumi Jaya Village, Serang Regency. This is done to find out the various aspects of production and marketing they have been doing related to the clay crafts they are doing. The sampling was carried out through direct observation with the clay crafts actors. Based on the results of research that has been carried out, production and marketing can still be done, and it is just that what needs special attention is that marketing must be further improved and expanded, which so far only relies on consumer visits to show rooms and waiting for special orders from consumers.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to give empirical evidence of changes in management accounting practices (MA) by examining the effects of changes in data quality, information quality and management accounting tasks on the efficiency and effectiveness of accounting, and indirectly on change in management accounting after the adoption of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Empirical analysis of the study used primary data from a survey of 29 manufacturing companies with 102 CFO respondents, accounting managers and business controllers, with a response rate of 28.43%, providing significant support for the proposed model. Structural equation modeling (SEM) approach with testing tools using partial least square (PLS) is used in this research. The linear thing with the results of previous research is the same, it was found that the erp implementation time is the determinant of significant MA changes, while the difference from previous researchers is in the end user, where the company that has adopted the ERP system has just felt a greater MA change when compared to users early on. The results showed that the implementation of global ERP and the use of business intelligence tools (BI) were significantly related to changes in MA practices.

Abstract

The application of Total Quality Management (TQM) is closely related to the quality of existing resources in the company. TQM provides a foundation for quality management and is an alternative in ensuring customer satisfaction, as well as Just In Time (JIT) which is a comprehensive and comprehensive production system. inventory management system where raw materials are purchased and produced as much as needed and used at the right time in every production process. In this study, the authors will examine the effect of TQM and JIT in efficiency of production costs at the manufacturing company PT Semen Padang in period 2016-2019. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to each unit manager at PT Semen Padang which included managers of the accounting unit, human resource unit and production unit. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method and there were 67 samples. The analytical method used is to use the classical assumption test. Data analysis was also performed using the multiple regresion method with the SPSS Ver.16 application Based on the results of the hypothesis testing, it shows that Total Quality Management (TQM) has a positive effect on cost efficiency and Just In Time (JIT) has a positive effect on cost efficiency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an empirical effect of inventory value on the market value of income, the cost of products sold and profit as intervening variables. Both firms belonging to manufacturing companies (food and beverage sub-sectors) in the period 2014-2018 on the stock exchange are the focus of this study. Indonesian Securities comprises 14 firms. The tool used is path was analysis using SPSS. The findings show that profits and expense of products sold do not have an indirect impact on the relationship between inventory value and market value as an intervening variable, while profit has an indirect effect on the relationship between inventory value and market value as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The increase in product market share cannot be separated from the connectivity of the marketing system and media used. Marketing channels play an important role in increasing sales both in the short and long term. This study aimed to determine the role of social media in increasing the market share of MSME products in Pematangsiantar City. The research design used a literature study and field study models using a qualitative approach with a one-shot model. The research location was in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The population in this study were MSME players scattered in 8 districts in Pematangsiantar City. The samples were collected using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling technique, so that a total sample size of 240 respondents were obtained. Moreover, the data analysis technique used in this study was data analysis with a data reduction model that was obtained from data collection and data display. The results of this study concluded that the use of social media was very dominant in MSME players in the micro sector and Instagram was one type of social media that was often used. Furthermore, the results of the study also suggested that the time factor was the basis for MSME players using social media as a medium for promoting their products.
