Abstract

In an effort to improve student achievement outcomes optimally, teachers must be able to identify students' abilities to absorb and understand the knowledge they convey. The Teacher Reflection process is very useful for improving the quality of learning carried out by teachers in the classroom, especially as a solution to improve the understanding of problematic students. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness and efficiency of various components of the teacher's learning. This research methodology uses a Research and Development (R D) approach, namely by building a Pedagogic Assessment System (SIMPEGO) so that it can integrate student achievements before and after teacher reflection. The form of action taken is to plan supervisory actions through self-reflection of the teacher independently and followed by the utilization of the results of the knowledge and skills assessment. The research stages consist of 3 cycles, namely: (1) planning, action, observation, and reflection; (2) assignments, discussions, directions, and mentoring; (3) guidance and training. The results showed that overall students who did not complete or had problems in the basic competencies of a subject experienced an increase in learning outcomes after these students received remedial improvement and enrichment programs by the teacher. This study prove that the teacher's self-reflection activities are very effective in increasing the use of follow-up on the results of the Simpego application-based knowledge and skill assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kreativitas  belajar biologi  peserta didik kelas 11 IPA .4 SMAN I Parung kabupaten Bogor,pada konsep Bioteknologi, dengan model pembelajaran PJBL ( Projek Based Learning ) bebasis STEAM ( Saint Teknologi Engenering Art Matematic )  Jenis penelitian  best praktis  dengan teknik penelitiannya  analisis  deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa teknik analisis data yang menggunakan lembar pengamatan dan lembar soal esay test .Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah  peserta didik  kelas 11 IPA.4  SMAN I Parung yang berjumlah 36 orang terdiri dari laki laki  13 orang , perempuan 23 orang.waktu penelitian  pada   bulan Nopember  2019 (semester ganjil  tahun pelajran 2019/2020). Hasil yang diperoleh,  Kreativitas  belajar peserta didik dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Projek Based learning ( PJBL) berbasis STEAM  pada kelas  11 IPA.4  SMAN I Parung .Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini    untuk tiap  indicator  kreativitas adalah sebagai berikut : fleksibilitas 94,4 %,Orginalitas 97,2 %, Elaborasi 100 %,fluency 91,6 %  . indicator tertinggi diperoleh pada elaborate yaitu 100%, dan perolehan terrendah pada indicator fluency sebesar 91,6  dengan rata rata dari ke empat  indicator sebesar 95,8% dengan kriteria sangat baik.Dalam penelitian best praktis ini juga didapat hasil belajar yang baik yaitu rata rata nilai kelas 85. Nilai rata rata 85 ini merupakan nilai rata rata di atas kriteria ketuntasan  minimal (KKM) yaitu 75 ,BEST PRACTICE

Abstract

The aims of the study is to reveal visionary leadership in developing organizational capacity in the era of disruption to the covid-19 and industry 4.0. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study at the Human Resources Development Center of Manpower (PPSDM) in Jakarta, Indonesia. Informants were structural officials, coordinators and sub-coordinators, widyaiswara, staff and training participants whose data were taken through interviews, observations and other documents such as program documents, implementation to evaluation as secondary data. Visionary leadership plays an important role in developing organizational capacity in times of Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. There are several competency domains that must be implemented by a tough leader today, namely business, leadership, interpersonal and intrapersonal domains.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausal, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 215 siswa kelas V Sekolah Dasar Kelompok 2 Kecamatan Bojonggenteng Kabupaten Sukabumi Tahun 2020/2021 dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa dengan nilai koefisien path sebesar 0,63 dan persamaan regresi Ŷ = 10,12+ (0,93X). Hal tersebut berarti bahwa setiap peningkatan satu satuan efikasi diri (X) akan meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa (Y) sebesar 0,93 satuan. Kontribusi variabel efikasi diri dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa (r²) sebesar 0,40 dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 40% dan sisanya 60% dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Berdasarkan penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif efikasi diri terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Hal ini berarti salah satu faktor dalam peningkatan kemandirian kemampuan belajar siswa adalah dengan meningkatkan efikasi diri.

Abstract

Republic Indonesia Defense University (RIDU) was established by The Minister of Education Letter Number: 29/MPN/OT/2009 dated March 6, 2009 concerning the Establishment of a Defense University and inaugurated by President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono on March 11, 2009. RIDU develops defense science to meet the needs of the National Defense System. This research discusses the educational management RIDU towards the world class defense university based on Planning, Organization, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC). The method used is a descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that RIDU has moved forward towards the World Class Defense University.

Abstract

IMPROVING THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS TO MASTERING DYNAMIC ELECTRIC CONCEPTS THROUGH INCREDIBLE LEARNING MODELS This study aims to improve student learning outcomes, know the process of improving student learning outcomes, and know the magnitude of the increase in student learning outcomes in the Dynamic Electricity material in class IX D SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City in the 2019/2020 academic year, through the inkuri learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles. The results of this study indicate that the application of the Inquiry Model to Dynamic Electricity in class IX D SMP Negeri 5 Bogor City shows an increase in the average score of 59.57. increased to 70.48 in cycle I and 81.67 in cycle II. From the description above, it can be concluded that the application of the Inquiry model can be used by educators to increase the activities and learning outcomes of students, therefore researchers suggest that the application of learning methods needs to be socialized and used in science learning in schools in the Bogor City Education Office.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the real situation/state of the management of character education through example and habituation in schools. The approach taken in this study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three steps; data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusions of this study indicate: a) program planning to strengthen character education has several stages, namely observation, coordination, compiling work programs, program implementation, supervision, and evaluation, b) school principals are assisted by teachers, vice principal and related parties c) program implementation through four stages of activities, namely integration, exemplary, civilizing/ habituation , and cooperation with parents, d) direct program supervision process, e) program evaluation through the stages of evaluation preparation, data processing, and improvement. The findings in the field can be ascertained that the management of character education through exemplary and habituation is in accordance with the theories of several experts and the field in every process of activity in management to improve character education through exemplary and habituation continuously in one period according to the existing situation and conditions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di Indonesia khususnya Kabupaten Cianjur. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil Ujian Tengah Semester (UTS). Penelitian ini  bertujuan untuk menganalisis  efektivitas pembelajaran online dan tatap muka pada mata pelajaran ekonomi yang memiliki karakteristik yang sama (guru, waktu belajar dan penilaian akhir). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data menyebar kuesioner secara online melalui Google-Form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa Madrasah Aliyah Swasta Bojongjati yang berjumlah 160 siswa dengan sample 110 siswa dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara random sampling. Tingkat efektivitas diukur melalui satu indikator objektif yaitu nilai UTS dan tiga indikator subjektif (kahadiran, keaktifan dan kepuasan). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran online kurang efektif daripada pembelajaran tatap muka (face to face).

Abstract

TOWARD MALL IN LEARNING ENGLISH PRONUNCIATION: POTENTIALS AND PITFALLS In this era of technology, the use of mobile phone, which is wireless, personal, networking, and ubiquitous have influenced every aspect of human life. Using mobile technology in language learning would give opportunity to learn outside the conventional class and decrease English learning problems in EFL setting. By using mobile phone, the learners could access information and develop it across space, be connected to the others and explore their ability more. This study aimed at investigating the use of Mobile Assisted Language Learning (MALL) in learning English Pronunciation. This study was qualitative approach which employed case study as the method. The study involved 30 students English Education Study Program. The data are gathered from observation, questionnaire, and Focused Group Discussion (FGD). The result shows that the use of MALL has benefited the students in enhance their ability in English Pronunciation through ELSA Speak application. The pitfalls mostly lay in the problems of signal and network in the learning process. Thus, MALL should be integrated in learning English process since it is perceived to be useful to enhance students’ performance in learning English.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of shared leadership and job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The subject of the study was Fadilah Vocational High School (SMK Fadilah) teacher of South Tangerang City. A study sample of 36 teachers consist of male and female. The research data was obtained using Likert’s scale instruments to measure organizational commitment variable, shared leadership and teacher job satisfaction. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with partial least square (PLS) method. The results of the study proved that there is a positive direct effect of shared leadership variables on job satisfaction and a positive direct effect of job satisfaction variables on organizational commitment.  Furthermore, the value of indirect effect of shared leadership variables on organizational commitment variables is greater than the value of direct effect. This means that indirectly the effect of shared leadership variables through job satisfaction variables has a significant effect on changes in organizational commitment variables. This proves that the existence of a job satisfaction mediation variable is full mediation or perfect because its presence results in the relationship between shared leadership variables and previously negative and insignificant organizational commitments turning positive and significant.
