Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah. Peningkatan Kompetensi Guru Mata Pelajaran dalam Pembuatan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran Kurikulum 2013 melalui Kegiatan  MGMP Sekolah di SMP Negeri 3 Depok Tahun  2019.  Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui efektifitas MGMP sebagai wadah peetemuan Guru mata pelajaran sejenis untuk memecahkan masalah, terutama dalam hal pembuatan RPP kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan  selama 3 bulan sejak bulan Agustus sampai awal nopember 2019. Untuk melihat efektifitas kegiatan, maka MGMP  Sekolah sementara hanya dilaksanakan pada guru mata pelajaran yang di Ujian Nasionalkan, seperti Bahasa Indonesia, Matematika, Bahasa Inggris dan IPA, berjumlah 21 orang guru.  Sebelum dilakukan kegiatan MGMP sekolah pada umumnya Para guru kebingungan dalam menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran sesuai dengan Peraturan Mentri Pendidikan no 103 tahun 2014. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua siklus , tiap siklusnya terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Hasil refleksi siklus pertama kemudian dijadikan awalan bagi siklus kedua dan seterusnya.  Untuk melihat Hasil keja Guru mata Pelajaran dalam membuat RPP Kurilas, maka dilakukan penelahaan RPP dengan menggunakan format telaah RPP, sebanyak  8  item dan 43 butir indikator. Hasil telaah RPP dengan menggunakan format telah RPP yang terdiri dari  8 item yaitu Identitas Mata pelajaran, Kompetensi Inti dan Kompetensi Dasar, Petumusan Indikator, Perumusan Tujuan pembelajaran, Pemilihan Bahan ajar, Pemilihan sumber belajar, Pemilihan Media Belajar, Model Pembelajaran, Metode Pembelajaran, Skenario Pembelajaran dan Rancangan Penilaian pembelajaran, dengan skala 1 sampai 3. Ketentuan diberi skor 1 jika tidak sesuai / tidak lengkap, diberi skor 2 jika  Sesuai sebagian atau kurang lengkap, dan diberi skor 3 jika sesuai atau lengkap. Dari 8 item tersebut diuraikan dalam 41 butir instrumen, sehingga skor maksimal sebesar 123 point. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 1 ini diperoleh jumlah nilai 1730, 89 dengan rata rata nilai 82,27. Nilai tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 96,75  sedangkan skor terendah sebesar  72,36. Hasil penelitian siklus kedua Dari 8 item tersebut diuraikan dalam 41 butir instrumen, sehingga skor maksimal sebesar 123 point. Hasil penelitian pada siklus 2 ini diperoleh jumlah nilai 1956,10 dengan rata rata nilai 93,15. Nilai tertinggi diperoleh sebesar 99,19  sedangkan skor terendah sebesar  82,11 Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan SPSS ver. 20.0 untuk memperoleh gambaran dan penyebaran data yang diperoleh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the value of the character of local wisdom Siri' na Pacce and the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in Cluster 33, Ganra District, Soppeng Regency in PPKn learning through the application of Contextual Learning Models. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design. The research design used is the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The samples in this study were fifth grade students at SDN 81 Belo as the experimental class and fifth grade students at SDN 80 Paomallimpoe as the control class. The data collection technique used is taking student learning test results, the average acquisition value of student material understanding is 84.84. While the average acquisition value of student characters is 79.54. Based on the results of the questionnaire given to students, it was proven that in general the character of students was active, this was evidenced by the results of data processing that of 11 students there were 72.73% (8 of 11 students) were in the active criteria. In the experimental class there was an increase in student Civics learning outcomes after following the Contextual Learning Model at SDN 81 Belo. This is based on the statistical table the average score of pre-test Civics learning outcomes is 56.36 and the average post-test Civics learning outcomes is 84.84. While the control class at SDN 80 Paomallimpoe in general, student learning outcomes are less, this is based on the results of the analysis of the average student learning outcomes in the pre-test 60.74 and the average student learning outcomes in the post-test 62.21. This hypothesis test proves that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so there is a significant effect of Contextual Learning Model on the character and learning outcomes of student Civics. This research is expected that the Contextual Learning Model can be used as one of the learning strategies in schools to improve character values and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

IMPROVING THE ACTIVITY AND LEARNING OUTCOMES OF JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF HUMAN RESPIRATION SYSTEMS THROUGH STUDENT TEAMS ACHIEVEMENT DIVISION MODELSThis study aims to improve learning outcomes, see the improvement of learning outcomes, measure the increase in student learning outcomes in the subject matter of Human Respiration System Science through the application of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) model. This research is a Classroom Action Research by providing action on research subjects in two learning cycles in class VIII.H SMPN 5 Bogor Academic Year 2019/2020. The results of this study indicate that using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions model can be a fun learning variation for students so that it is proven to improve student learning outcomes. Before using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions model in the division it became an average and completeness of learning 62.10 and 34.38% the increase occurred after using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions model in the division to 79.34 and 68.75% in cycle I, and it occurred increased again to 87.26 and 100% in cycle II. The results showed that using the Student Teams Achievement Divisions model in the division which was adapted to learning materials that could create a pleasant atmosphere so that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, researchers suggest that the Student Teams Achievement Divisions model be socialized to be used as an alternative in science learning in schools within the Bogor City Education Office.

Abstract

Change in an organization is very necessary as an effort to improve its quality. In this study, researchers conducted the research on how the efforts of Islamic boarding schools to make changes. This study aims to investigate how the change management of Islamic boarding schools. This research was conducted at Darul Kirom Islamic Boarding School Jatisampurna Bekasi West Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method, which means a research method aimed at describing existing phenomena using triangulation data collection techniques, namely through the main research instrument the researchers themselves are supported by observation, interviews and document studies. Based on the research analysis, conclusions can be drawn, among others: 1) In relation to the management of Islamic boarding school changes have been carried out using an exploration, planning, action and integration approach. This is evidenced by changes in the organizational structure, management of the boarding school, infrastructure, curriculum and human resources at the Darul Kirom Islamic boarding school. 2) Of the two leaderships that have occurred, have a very meaningful role. This is evident in the journey of the Islamic boarding school, each leadership has a role in the changes that continue to develop until now. 3) The driving factors for the change in the Darul Kirom Islamic boarding school are influenced by two factors, namely external factors and internal factors.

Abstract

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF TEACHER SERVICES THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS PERSONALITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICEThe quality of teacher service is an important element related to achieving national education goals and developing Indonesian people as a whole. The initial survey of the service quality of Civil Servant teachers at Bogor Senior High Schools has not yet achieved maximum results. Therefore, the quality of teacher services is interesting to study. This study aims to find out how the quality of teacher services can be improved by examining the relationship between teacher service quality and teacher personality variables and organizational justice. This research uses correlational statistical methods and analyzes the system method. The unit of analysis for the study was the high school civil servant teachers with a population of 279 and a sample of 103 teachers. The results showed that there was a positive relationship between teacher personality and teacher service quality with the strength of the relationship ry1 = 0.421 and there was a positive relationship between organizational justice and teacher service quality with the strength of the relationship ry2 = 0.297 so that the quality of teacher services could be improved through teacher personality and organizational justice. The results of this correlation are then integrated with the SITOREM method in order to obtain a way to improve the quality of teacher services based on personality development and organizational justice through strengthening indicators. The results of SITOREM show that efforts to improve the quality of teacher services can be done by improving the following indicators in order of priority improvement: (1) stable emotions, (2) openness to experience (3) procedural justice (4) responsiveness (5) attention. The next effort is to maintain 9 indicators that are in good condition, namely: (1) sincerity (2) enthusiasm (3) agreement (4) interpersonal justice (5) informational justice (6) distributive justice (7) physical appearance (8) assurance (9) ) reliability.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to depict the effectiveness of online learning on the students’ ability to write TPACK based teaching instruments during the pandemic. The subjects of the research were 15 students of pre-service student-teacher candidates of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Educational Science, Pakuan University, the academic year 2020-2021. The approach of the study is quantitative with questionnaires, and documents as the instruments. The result of the study shows that online learning has not reached the maximum effect on the students’ ability to write TPACK-based teaching instruments, although the result is considered fair. Meanwhile, the teachers still need to get the knowledge on how to integrate materials using digital applications and mix them into interesting teaching materials and media.

Abstract

Kasus korupsi dewasa ini telah berkembang dan mengakar di berbagai sendi kehidupan bangsa Indonesia. Indonesia bahkan menjadi salah satu negara yang terkorup di dunia. Transparency International (TI) menyebutkan bahwa Indeks Persepsi Korupsi (IPK) Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Melihat kondisi tersebut, diperlukan berbagai upaya pemberantasan korupsi. Salah satunya melalui upaya preventif berupa pendidikan anti korupsi sejak dini. Usia dini (0-8 tahun) merupakan usia emas (golden age). Dengan pendidikan anti korupsi yang diberikan sejak dini diharapkan akan terciptanya generasi muda yang sadar akan bahaya korupsi. Hal yang tidak kalah penting untuk mendukung pendidikan anti korupsi adalah adanya media pembelajaran yang digunakan. Pengembangan media pembelajaran sebaiknya memanfaatkan teknologi yang ada. Di era sekarang teknologi sulit dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia, begitu pula anak-anak. Banyak anak yang lekat dengan gadget. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, maka penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui persepsi orang tua terhadap pentingnya pendidikan anti korupsi pada anak usia dini berbasis gadget. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner (angket) semi terbuka sebanyak lima pertanyaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 100 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia 4 – 8 tahun di Kabupaten Sumedang. Dari hasil survey diketahui bahwa 62% responden menyatakan pernah melihat bentuk tindakan korupsi sederhana yang dilakukan oleh anak. Semua responden (100%) menyatakan bahwa pencegahan tindakan korupsi sejak dini penting untuk dilakukan. Sebanyak 97% responden menyatakan pernah melakukan upaya pencegahan tindakan korupsi sejak dini. Semua responden (100%) setuju bahwa membaca cerita penting bagi anak. Dan 68% responden setuju bahwa gadget bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and learning independence on students' speaking skills in English. The research method used is a survey method with correlational analysis conducted on semester one students of the informatics engineering study program for the even academic year 2020/2021. The sampling technique is simple random sampling technique of 70 students. The instruments used are questionnaires and tests. The data was analyzed first by testing the data analysis requirements met, namely normality test, regression linearity test and multicollinearity test. After the test data requirements are met, a differential analysis is carried out to test the research hypotheses using correlation analysis and multiple regression techniques. From the results of the study it was found that: (1) there was a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy and independent learning together on students' English speaking skills; (2) there is a positive and significant effect of self-efficacy on students' English speaking skills; (3) there is a positive and significant effect of learning independence on students' English speaking skills.

Abstract

IMPROVEMENT OF LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND ACHIEVEMENTS OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS ON LESSONS OF LIMIT THROUGH VARIATION PEER-TEACHING MODELSThis research aims to improve Mathematics learning activities and improve mathematics learning achievement of the Limit material through the variation peer-teaching models model for class XI MIPA 3 students in the 2018/2019 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 9 Bogor. This research was conducted from January 2019 to June 2019. The subjects in this Classroom Action Research were students of SMA Negeri 9 Bogor in class XI MIPA 3, totaling 35 students consisting of 13 male students and 22 female students. Data collection techniques with written tests and observations. Data analysis using comparative description analysis and qualitative description. The results of this Classroom Action Research are: students' mathematics learning activities in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II have increased. The average score of student learning activities in the initial conditions of 2.74 increased to 3.77 in the first cycle and increased to 4.30 in the second cycle, while the mathematics learning achievement of students in the initial conditions, cycle I and cycle II increased. The average value of student achievement in the initial conditions of 39.13 increased to 71.17 in the first cycle and increased to 88.13 in the second cycle. The percentage of students who completed also increased, in the initial condition, students who completed learning were only 17.14%, increasing to 50% in cycle I and increasing to 80% in cycle II. This increase is due to the variation peer-teaching models learning method, all students can be actively involved in learning. Students who are appointed as tutors are active in helping their group members overcome learning difficulties. Students who have difficulty learning actively ask questions and discuss with tutors who are their own friends.

Abstract

IMPROVING STUDENTS’ ABILITY  IN WRITING ANALYTICAL EXPOSITION TEXT OF ENGLISH LESSONS THROUGH STAD METHODOne of the writing skill was writing analytical exposition text. The teacher saw that the test results of student ability in writing analytical exposition text were disappointing. The dominant students' scores were low. For this reason, the teacher reviewed the use of the learning model that had been applied so that the activities of students and their learning outcomes increased. The purpose of this study was to determine the learning outcomes of students in English lessons on writing analytical exposition text through the cooperative learning using  Students Team Achievement Division (STAD) type in class XI IPA 4 odd semester 2017-2018 academic year of SMA Negeri 9 Bogor. After conducting the research, the results showed that the STAD type of learning model was proven to improve students learning outcomes and made them more enthusiastic in learning English. Before using this learning model, students only obtained an average value of 6, 81 then an increase occurred after uing the STAD type of learning model. On the first cycle the class average was 81.50 and became 86.28 on the second cycle. From the description above, the researcher concluded that applying the cooperative learning model using Student Team Achievement Division type could change the learning situation of students to be active and excited so that there was an increase in student learning outcomes. Therefore, the researcher suggested that the use of the cooperative learning model using  STAD type had to be applied as a variation of another model in teaching English material in schools.
