Organizational commitment is the individual variable that has important role in achieving organization goals. The organizational commitment will determine the employee's interest in the company that will eventually decide to stay or leaves the company. One way to increase employees' organizational commitment is to pay attention to the job characteristics. This research aims to determine how big the influence of job characteristics model to the employees of the organization's commitment technicians PT Telkom Akses Bandung. The measurement the level of job characteristics model using dimensions of skill variety, task identity, task significance, autonomy and job feedback. While the measurement of organizational commitment of employees using the dimension affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment. This research uses quantitative methods and involved 177 respondents drawn from three units of the division/unit of work. Based on the research results, the level of job characteristics model in the category"high" because it has the mean of 4.14. So even on the level of organizational commitment of employees in the category "high" because it has the mean of 3.75. The results of this research indicate that the job characteristics model can contribute to the organizational commitment of employees (R²) of 16.8%.

Impulsive buying behavior is behavior that appears suddenly and without planned in advance by the consumer while shopping. Impulsive behavior arises because of the factors that encourage consumers to shop beyond the plan. From a business standpoint, this behavior will have a positive impact, by setting a good marketing strategy and understand the factors that cause this behavior it will be the manager of the business will get a large income. This study discusses the factors that lead to impulsive behavior by using descriptive analysis method. By using questionnaires distributed to a sample of consumers factory outlet with 100 respondents then processed using SPSS 16.0 will produce a mean as a reference level of each indicator. The factors that have been tested, the indicators store atmosphere has the highest mean value, which means that the store atmosphere factors which are elements of the store environment are a dominated factor that causes of impulsive buying. Expected benefits of this research can be perceived by various parties especially for business managers and readers as consumers, in order to be wise addressing the increasingly modern market developments from time to time.

Information has an important role for human life, therefore every human being needs information in order to support her daily life. The purpose of this research is to know User Behavior toward Small Medium Industry Information System (SI-IKM) Tegal With The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) Theory Approach. The population of this research is the user of IKM information system. Samples taken in this study are employees of Department of Labor, Industry of Tegal City, surveyors and perpetrators of IKM using the information system. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. The results of this study in accordance with the approach of Technology Acceptance Model Model (TAM), but for Perceived Usefulness variables have no significant effect on Attitude Toward Using variable. Informasi memberikan peranan penting bagi kehidupan manusia, oleh karenanya setiap manusia membutuhkan informasi guna menujang kehidupan sehari-harinya. Tujuan penelitian yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui perilaku pengguna (user) terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi Industri Kecil Menengah (SI-IKM) Kota Tegal dengan pendekatan teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna sistem informasi IKM. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja, Perindustrian Kota Tegal serta surveyor dan pelaku IKM yang menggunakan sistem informasi tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan pendekatan Teori Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), akan tetapi untuk variabel Perceived Usefulness tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Attitude Toward Using.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of knowledge sharing on the job performance of Bank Indonesia Representative Office of West Java Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge sharing and job performance, and the influence of knowledge sharing on the job performance at Bank Indonesia Representative Office of West Java Province. Knowledge sharing variables measured by knowledge donating and knowledge collecting (de Vries et al, 2006), while the job performance variable is measured by job role, career role, innovator role, team role and organizational role (Welbourne et al, 1998), Samples were employees of Bank Indonesia Representative Office of West Java province, amounting to 103 people. Data collection techniques in this study were the observation and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used in this study is a simple linear regression. The data is processed by using SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science for Window) version 20.0. The results showed that knowledge sharing has a positive and significant influence on job performance. Based on the value of R Square of 0,139. Which means that 13,9% of job performance (Y) can be explained by knowledge sharing (X). While the remaining 86,1% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Human resources is a living asset owned by an organization that has an important role for the success of an organization. The success of human resource management as one of the benchmarks is in terms of employee productivity. The needs of employees in carrying out their work in order to achieve optimal work productivity need to be protected with a safe working environment, comfortable and serene, because it will cause the desire to work well. This research was conducted with the aim to know how the implementation of occupational safety and health program, how the productivity of employees work, and how much influence the implementation of occupational safety and health program on employees work productivity at PT Papyrus Sakti Paper Mill. The data collection tool in this research is by distributing questionnaires to 125 employees of production department. Analytical techniques used in the form of descriptive analysis techniques with quantitative approach. The result of descriptive statistical analysis for both variables shows the safety and health variables with employee productivity are in good category. Based on the results of testing on the implementation of occupational safety and health have a positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees. It can be proven from the calculation t count = 6.359> t table = 1.979 with the percentage of influence of 24.7%.Sumber daya manusia merupakan aset hidup yang dimiliki oleh organisasi yang memiliki peranan penting bagi keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Keberhasilan manajemen sumber daya manusia yang dijadikan salah satu tolak ukur adalah dalam hal produktifitas karyawan. Kebutuhan karyawan dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya agar dapat mencapai produktifitas kerja yang optimal perlu mendapat perlindungan dengan adanya lingkungan kerja yang aman, nyaman dan tenteram, karena akan menimbulkan keinginan untuk bekerja dengan baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, bagaimana produktivitas kerja karyawan, dan seberapa besar pengaruh pelaksanaan program keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Papyrus Sakti Paper Mill. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 125 orang karyawan bagian produksi. Teknik analisis yang digunakan berupa teknik analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif untuk kedua variabel menunjukkan variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan berada pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian mengenai pelaksananaan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Hal itu dapat dibuktikan dari hasil perhitungan t hitung = 6,359 > t tabel = 1,979 dengan pengaruh sebesar 24,7%.

The purpose of this research was to determine the role of music and genre of music that produces the fastest typing speeds in words per minute. Respondent of this research divided into two groups. The first group is a control group that learned keyboarding skill without music, the rest group learned keyboarding skill with music. The music that used in that experiments coming from Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing 26. The number of the word per minute for each respondent was recorded, three times, at the beginning, in the middle, and the end of the course; labeled by Kstart, Kmiddle, and Kend. In spite of identifying role of genre music to typing performance, the second group typed predetermined line while listening to different predetermined music. The genre categories uses were jazz, blues, rock, reggae, degung (Sundanese music), and classic. The number of words per minute for each respondent was recorded. Every respondent has three trials were run. The recorded information was compared. The result of this experiment showed that music played a significant role to shape typing performance. Second, this experiment showed that rock music produced the fastest typing speeds. Blues produced the second fastest typing speed. Jazz produces the third fastest typing speed.

One of the characteristics that the resulting product quality is the emergence of consumer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction will be achieved when the product quality of an organization that is supported by the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM). The purpose of this study is to determine the level of implementation of TQM at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia, determine the level of customer satisfaction atSekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia, as well as to determine whether TQM affects customer satisfaction at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia. This study used a saturated sample technique by using the entire population of 113 as the study sample. Based on the results of the research level of implementation of TQM at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia already "good" it is based on the mean value of 4.0613 is in the interval 3.41 to 4.20, which means that the rate of implementation of TQM at Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia is good. the level of customer satisfaction atSekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia Bekasi is at a level that is "good" it is based on the mean value of 4.1505 is in the interval 3.41 to 4.20, which means that the level of consumer satisfaction atSekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Bina Insan Mulia is good. From the results obtained regression analysis models regression coefficient is Y = 9.274 + 0.429x which means that if there is no value of TQM variable, the value of variable consumer satisfaction is equal to 9.274 and if there is additional 1 value of TQM variable then customer satisfaction variable will increase by 0.429. Significance value 0,000 lower than the probability value of 0.05 indicates that the TQMvariable significantly influence customer satisfaction variable. Rated R-square of 0.689 or 68.9% means that the contribution of TQM variable to customer satisfaction variable is at 68.9% while the remaining 31.1% is contributed by other variables outside the study

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisisbagaimana pengaruh brand image terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sampel penelitian adalah 112 pelanggan yang menggunakan prodak “private label” yaitu YOA di Griya Supermarket Bandung dengan menggunakan non probability sampling – judgement. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuisioner dan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, korelasi, regresi, koefesien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa brand image berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan sebesar 15% dan sisannya di pengaruhi oleh faktor – faktor lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa brand image memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.The purpose of this research is to analyze how the influence of brand image on customer satisfaction. This research uses quantitave descriptive method. The sample in this study was 112 consumer of private label products (YOA) in Griya Supermarket Bandung, using non-probability sampling - judgement sampling. The collection of information in this study was conducted by providing questionnaires to consumers and analyzed by using descriptive analysis, correlation, regression, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the brand image affects customer satisfaction by 15% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Analysis results show that brand image has a positive effect on customer satisfaction.

This research aimed to analyze the influence of People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. This research uses quantitative associative method. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to students in STIBANKS Al Ma'soem and then processed with IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that correlation is weak and there are not significant People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. F test results showed that the factors of People, Process and Physical evidence does not significantly affect the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. The R-square value obtained amounted to 0.1615, or 16.15%, that meaning simultaneous People, Process and Physical evidence contributes 16.15% to the effect on the students choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem, and while the rest (1-R²) of 83.85% is the number of contributions made by other factors not examined. The study reveals that students expect fast response from the officer while giving information to students, such as academic information. Students also expect a simple procedure in order for their needs, such as to make academic letters. The management of STIBANKS Al Ma’soem must improve on other factors that can increase the number of students in the next period, such as service quality and promotion mix.

Financial behavior intended to understand the behavior of investors in making investment decisions. Decision making is a process of selecting the best alternative from a number of alternatives available under the influence of a complex situation. Investment decision will be influenced by the information received, as well as the level of ability and knowledge of investors about the investment. There is an assortment of information needed in investment to note, one of which is the accounting information. The underlying concept is that the accounting information for the stock value of a company is influenced by the financial performance of the company concerned. Accounting information used by capital market investors are Statements of Financial Position, Statement of Comprehensive Income, Statement of Changes in Equity and Cash Flow Statement. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of accounting information to the financial behavior of individual investors in making investment decisions. The survey was conducted on 110 investor PT Phillips Securities Indonesia Bandung branch. Primary data was collected through questionnaire distribution and it is analyzed descriptively. This study resulted in the average number for the use of accounting information of 3.85 which means that the accounting information has been used well by investors. The average values for financial behavior is of 3.52, it can be interpreted that the financial behavior of investors in making investment decisions is good. For R Square obtained by 0.6%, proving that the accounting information contributed for 0.6% of the financial behavior of investors. As for the P value of 0.406, The figure is greater than 0.05, which is shows us that obtained figures which show that the use of accounting information has no influence on the financial behavior of individual investors for making investment decisions. So, although the results of this study indicate that the effect of accounting information on the behavior of financial investors when deciding on an investment is not significant, but investors stated that the accounting information presented by the company remain a consideration in the investment decision-making process.
