Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of services and customer loyalty mail and parcel as well as how much the influence of service performance to customer loyalty of mail and parcel in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung. Quota sampling technique was used to collect data through questionnaires to 115 people who use the services of courier mail and parcel post with Likert scale. The analysis method used is the multiple regression. The results showed that the performance of services in PT Pos Indonesia are in the category of good/high in terms of interaction quality, physical environment quality, and outcome quality. While customer loyalty mail and parcel that are in the category of average in terms of repeat purchase, purchases across product and service line, refers others and demonstrates immunity to the pull of the competition. The conclusion is the performance of services significantly affect customer loyalty mail and parcel in PT Pos Indonesia Bandung amounted to 54.7%.

Abstract

Financial ratio analysis is very important for company, one of which is management that need to analysis of financial performance and the results are used to design business plan, evaluate management and company performance. Liquidity ratio is one of the financial ratios used with the aim of measuring the ability of a company to pay a current liability. and to measure the company's ability to finance the company's operating activities. PT. Mustika Ratu, Tbk is was one of the national companies in the manufacturing sector of herbal medicine, cosmetics and ingredients for beauty care which experienced a decline in sales, which among others was due to the large number of competitors and the entry of products from abroad. A decrease in sales will have an impact on the ability of PT. Mustika Ratu, TBK in fulfilling its liabilites includes current liabilities, especially when it is seen that most of its raw materials are still imported from abroad so there is the possibility of adding "outside funds" to buy these raw materials to meet the needs so that the sales target is achieved. The addition of these obligations, including current liabilities will have an impact on the increase in the burden of PT. Mustika Ratu, TBK in paying current liabilities. So here the researcher is interested in raising the problem, namely seeing the ability of PT. Mustika Ratu, TBK in fulfilling its liabilities in paying current liabilities by using liquidity ratios. The formulas that will be used in analyzing the ability to current liabilities in PT. Mustika Ratu, TBK are current ratio, quick ratio, cash ratio, net working to capital ratio, and inventory to net working capital ratio.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to reveal the opinions of visitors or potential buyers of fashion at traditional markets are located in PasarBaru Trade Center, Bandung. The population is all visitors in one day with the criteria you have shopped over three times a month and the age of an adult. This research uses a descriptive method with purposive sampling technique, with an average analysis.The findings show that the products offered, locations, promotions, the services provided by merchant included in the criteria fairly well. The advantages of fashion PasarBaru Trade Center only includes lower prices and compete. Meanwhile, weakness of the infrastructure is minimal. The implication for retailers is that they need to sell more quality products, fashion is full of innovation, conduct joint promotions shows honest behavior in business.

Abstract

Every company does business by producing a product or service with good quality. Quality is very important for the company because every company has its own standards based on specifications set. The quality is also very important for consumers because consumers who determine the needs and desires as well as closely related to satisfaction will be felt after using the product. Customer satisfaction is also very important for the company because the company trying to provide something that is needed, desired and sought after by consumers, and ultimately the consumer will be satisfied. Satisfaction is also very important for consumers because it is something to be gained by comparing the expectations of the performance of the products that have been purchased. This study aims to determine the effect on product quality kartuHALO user satisfaction in GraPARI MTC Telkomsel Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method, with the results stating that kartuHALO product quality and user satisfaction in GraPARI MTC Telkomsel Bandung is quite good. Of the eight dimensions of the variable product quality, performance dimension had the highest contribution is 4.14 and the dimensions of durability contribute to the bottom at 3.86. For user satisfaction, from the existing three-dimensional, dimensions of emotional factors contribute to the high at 4.02 and dimensions contribute to its lowest price of 3.66. This study used a questionnaire distributed to 270 respondents. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation Y = 7.483 + 0,283X. The study states that kartuHALO product quality and user satisfaction has a strong positive correlation of 0.582 and product quality kartuHALO affect user satisfaction of 33.9%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the extent of the influence of labor safety and health variables on performance of employees part of the AMT I in PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. For the method used in this research is to use quantitative methods, while for the collection of data is caaried out by means of disseminating a questionnaire to 128 employees part of the AMT I note that median value of median of the descriptive variables – safety and health work is 4,12 while for variable performance of employees is amounted to 4,09. Then from the results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that the work safety and health variables have an influence positively against variable employee performance, can be seen in results from t count i.e of 11,365 and t table of 1,9790. Then the probability values can be found in this study is 0,000 meaning that this regression model can be used to predict the performance.  Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian AMT I di PT Pertamina Patra Niaga (Persero) Ujung Berung. Untuk metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data dikelompokkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner ke 128 karyawan bagian dari AMT, saya mencatat bahwa nilai median median variabel deskriptif - keselamatan dan kesehatan Pekerjaan adalah 4,12 sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja pegawai sebesar 4,09. Kemudian dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa variabel keselamatan kerja dan kesehatan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, dapat dilihat pada hasil t hitung yaitu sebesar 11.365 dan t tabel 1.9790. Kemudian nilai probabilitas yang dapat ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah 0,000 yang berarti bahwa model regresi ini dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi kinerja.

Abstract

Working capital and fixed assets is an important component in the internal aspects of a company, with an investment in working capital and fixed assets expected the company is able to obtain the maximum level of profitability. This study aims to determine the extent to which influence effectiveness of working capital and the effectiveness of fixed assets to Net Profit Margin. From the test results simultaneously using the F test, it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the management of working capital and fixed assets Net effect on profit margins. From the results of the partial testing using t test, for the dependent variable is the net profit margin then it can be concluded that the effectiveness of the management of working capital is not partial effect on the profit margin ratio and effectiveness of the management of fixed assets partial effect on the profit margin ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of trust on knowledge sharing among Employees in Telkom Corporate University Center Bandung. A phenomenon employees will be selective for the exchange of knowledge with colleagues. Trust measured by affect based trust and cognition based trust. While, knowledge sharing behavior measured by knowledge donation and collecting. The approach uses the quantitative in total 131 respondents. The results of the analysis highlighted that value of trust in Telkom CorpU Center is in high category with cognitive based trust as the highest dimension of mean. The value of knowledge sharing is in high category with knowledge gathering as the highest dimension of mean. The result also shows significance relationship between trust and knowledge sharing. In order to increase knowledge sharing, trust should improved. Author suggest that leader should telling the truth no matter what, management must build an opportunity to show that teamwork is important as well. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan antar karyawan di Telkom Corporate University Center Bandung. Fenomena karyawan terbatas pada perilaku saling bertukar pengetahuan dengan rekan kerja. Kepercayaan diukur berdasarkan kepercayaan berbasis kepercayaan dan kepercayaan berbasis kognisi. Sedangkan, perilaku berbagi pengetahuan diukur dengan bantuan pengetahuan dan pengumpulan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan total 131 responden. Hasil analisis menyoroti bahwa nilai kepercayaan pada Telkom CorpU Center berada pada kategori tinggi dengan kepercayaan berbasis kognitif sebagai dimensi rata-rata tertinggi. Nilai knowledge sharing dalam kategori tinggi dengan knowledge gathering sebagai dimensi dengan rata-rata tertinggi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan antara saling percaya dan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan. Untuk meningkatkan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan, kepercayaan harus ditingkatkan. Penulis menyarankan bahwa pemimpin harus mengatakan yang sebenarnya, tidak peduli apa konsekuensinya, manajemen harus membangun kesempatan untuk menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama tim juga penting.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the fact that human resources, in this case, the employee is always the active and dominant role in any organization because of human activity as the planner, perpetrator as well as the determinants of the realization of organizational goals. As the development of science and knowledge of the more advanced then the company is expected to make its employees more skilled and trained in their job. One effort that can be done by the company to improve employee productivity of the company is to conduct employee training. This research was conducted at the Commercial Explosives Section PT Pindad (Persero). The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of employee training and employee productivity factors at the Commercial Explosives Section PT Pindad (Persero) as well as whether the employee training has a significant and positive relationship between labor productivity factors. The assessment study was conducted using survey method, which takes a sample from a population with a questionnaire as the principal means of data collection. The questionnaire consisted of 22 statements. Data analysis methods used are validity, reliability, determination coefficient and hypothesis testing. The results showed that the presence of a significant and positive relationship between the variables of employee training on employee productivity in the Commercial Explosives Section PT Pindad (Persero). The relationship between employee training with labor productivity obtained a value of 71.5%, this value is included in a strong correlation. Then the coefficient of determination (R2) of 51.2% and the adjusted R-square of 50.8% with test t count> t table with significant <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha decision is received. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis that there is a significant and positive relationship between employee training on employee productivity.

Abstract

Business organizations must have good characteristics and a differentiator from other organizations. Business organizations that have a strong organizational culture will be able to last a long time and can deal with change. An organizational culture consists of norms and values that guide the behavior of members of the organization. The behavior of members of the organization that occurred in the workplace one of them is knowledge sharing activities. In a learning organization, to gain new knowledge sharing activity is needed. With a strong organizational culture, knowledge sharing activities can be run successfully. This study aims to investigate the influence of organizational culture on knowledge sharing in PT Sandy Globalindo. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative, while the data collection techniques are to do interviews and distributing questionnaires to 135 employees by the census. The results of the descriptive analysis stating the organization's culture and knowledge sharing in PT Sandy Globalindo classified in either class. Based on the research that has been done, regression equation of Y = 9.790 + 0,608X. The study states that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and knowledge sharing in PT Sandy Globlindo at 0.608 and organizational culture affects knowledge sharing of 36.9%.

Abstract

The organization consists of a number of people who works together or interact one another to achieve a goal. Internal communication is communication that occurs in organization or company, either horizontal or vertical. The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of internal communication (vertical and horizontal) to the performance of employees. The questionnaire is distributed to 117 employees of PT Promedrahardjo Farmasi Industri. Data analysis technique that used is validity test, reliability test and simple linear regression with program SPSS 20.0 for Windows. The result concludes that to improve the performance, management needs to provide more formal or non-formal forum for their employees to say their honest opinions and build up the intimacy between employees and management.
