<![CDATA[This study aims to (a) determine the effect of segmentation strategy, targeting strategy and positioning strategy on product purchase decisions for Caruban furniture in Jikubesar Hamlet, Namlea, Buru. The method used is quantitative with cross sectional, ie the process of collecting data on research variables is carried out at one research time. The population in this study are consumers who want to buy and have bought as many as 105 people. Primary data collection was carried out by survey method using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that the variable segmentation did not have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. Targeting variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In other words, it can be said that the increasingly diverse targeting provided by the caruban furniture party will make consumers more interested and loyal. Positioning variable has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. In other words, it can be said that the various positioning given by the caruban furniture will make consumers more interested and loyal.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of writing this research is to analyze the administration system which is carried out in the Village-Owned Enterprises in Sekarwangi Village. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis by first observing the relevant research object with a focus on observing the administration system which is carried out by the board administrator Village Owned Business. The location of the research is Sekarwangi Village, Buahdua District, Sumedang Regency. In conducting observations, there were three interviews with resource persons who were employees of the Village Owned Enterprises. Based on observations and interviews, the results showed that the administration system activities in the Village-Owned Enterprises were still low. This is caused by several factors including the lack of labor, lack of facilities and office infrastructure, low employee skills and minimal capital resources. This study concludes that in the management of Village-Owned Enterprises in Sekarwangi Village there are administrative activities that are not optimal and have not run well due to funding factors in the administrative system that have not been fulfilled either in personnel or in capital.]]>

<![CDATA[The film tells stories and theme about the suffering of others as a humanist always aim to arouse the emotions and feelings of the audiences. This Film get a lot of positive responses from various parties, especially films that emphasize the sorrow. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the narrative structure of the film Dancing In The Rain as a representation and commodification of depression for the audience. The author uses a qualitative descriptive study in which the representation and commodification of heartache in Dancing In The Rain movie is analyzed through the analysis of narrative structure according to Tzvetan Todorov, the presentation of moral values in the film, and the relation with the culture industry as a medium for image formation. How the sadness and heartache of autistic sufferers is commodified as a product that entertains and motivates the audiences. The conclusion, the reality in the film will be a learning through representation and the commodification of heartache give a description of the conditions, experiences and problems faced by the main character (autistic sufferers) struggling to faced life.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out the Jamu Laut Tradition carried out by the Jaring Halus Village community, and to know the values in the tradition. The problem is how the tradition of sea jamu is carried out by the local community and the values in the tradition become a system of belief. For this reason, the AGIL Talcot Parson theory is used and the method used is a qualitative method, a survey conducted by conducting interviews with informants. This research was conducted in the village of Jaring Halus, Secanggang District. The results of this study are that the tradition is still carried out according to the instructions of the sea handler who can wangsit through the dream. Only the execution time has changed, which once was once a year to once every three years. Even so, the values that exist in the tradition of herbal medicine are well preserved like family values. This tradition has remained until now despite the progress of the times. Likewise human relations with nature are maintained so that there is symbolic mutualism between humans and nature.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to find out how the form of twitter as a new medium in self-disclosure carried out by teenagers in Sidoarjo. This study used qualitative research methods. For data collection techniques, interviews, observations, and documentation were carried out to adolescents in Sidoarjo aged between 18-22 years. The theory used in this research is the self-disclosure theory from Johari Window. Social media itself is a medium that is very open to many people. In addition, social media is considered as an online story book among teenagers in Sidoarjo. when we feel a sense of comfort and have trusted others, that is what causes self-disclosure to occur. Self-disclosure can also be done through social media. they can do this consciously or not if their activities are too open and can be used as public consumption for social media users, especially on Twitter social media. Another purpose of this research is to find out the extent to which Sidoarjo teenagers are open in self-disclosure through Twitter social media tweets. The results of this study use Twitter as a medium for self-disclosure of Sidoarjo teenagers in the form of their hearts, feelings, emotions, and thoughts at that time. it was done to lighten the burden on theirself.]]>

<![CDATA[The article aims to find out that tourism management in Batu Bara Regency needs serious attention from the local government, considering that the potential of natural resources in Batu Bara Regency is also not comparable to the abundant natural wealth potential of other regions in North Sumatra. This qualitative approach is used to find and understand what is hidden behind phenomena which are sometimes difficult to know or understand, this approach is also expected to be able to provide a complete and detailed explanation of the phenomena that are the focus of the author's research. The results of the study show that the policies provided by PIM III Alumni in terms of communication are that after the Diklatpim, PIM III Alumni are able to carry out policies in terms of communication, namely forming new innovations in the form of a Tourism Awareness Group Program for the community according to tourism locations in the Batu Bara Regency. The task of the Tourism Awareness Group is to introduce the wider community to the tourism sector so that tourism is able to compete with other tourism in North Sumatra.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keinginan berpindah kerja. Penelitian dilakukan dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 119 orang karyawan toko Matahari Medan Fair dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sebagai pendekatan masalah ini, digunakan acuan teori Azwar dan Arikunto. Data diperoleh dari skala pengukur dukungan organisasi dan keinginan berpindah kerja. Perhitungan dilakukan dengan uji asumsi, terdiri atas uji normalitas dan linieritas hubungan. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi product moment dengan SPSS 19 untuk Windows. Hasil analisis data yang didapat menunjukkan koefisien korelasi -0,509 dengan p 0,000 (p <0,05), hal ini membuktikan adanya hubungan negatif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keinginan berpindah kerja. Persepsi dukungan organisasi adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi niat berpindah dengan kontribusi (R²) sebesar 25,9 persen dan sisanya sebesar 74,1 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Kesimpulannya, hipotesis adanya hubungan yang bersifat negatif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dan keinginan berpindah kerja diterima.]]>

<![CDATA[The study aims to know of the implementation of criminal sanctions against the establishment of health act no. 36 years 2014 on health care guidelines against the legal policy against malpractice crimes committed by doctors in the practice of malpractice, and the professional sanction given to doctor vang commits a malpractice that causes death. Vang research method used in this study is the conservative vuridis approach to examining secondary data by searching through laws used in malpractice crimes. This research is the answer to the background of the problems associated with malpractice that Causing death under statute no.36 years 2009 about Health. Malpractice is an offense (intentional, dolus, opzettelijk) or negligence in violation of the law, the enforcement of criminal penalties against health powers by law: the 36-year 2014 law on health power consists of prison crime and penal penalties in accordance with the type of ACTS committed by health workers.]]>

<![CDATA[This research is motivated by the low level of student's democratic awareness, especially the Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board in participating in various activities carried out on campus, therefore it is necessary to increase students' democratic awareness through Citizenship Education as a social cultural domain which is a civil society movement. This study aims (1). To find out the condition of democratic awareness in the Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board (BEM) Organization (2). To find out the process of increasing democratic awareness in the Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board (BEM) Organization. This study uses a qualitative approach to the case study method. Data and information collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this study are: (1). Conditions of democratic awareness of the Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board include: freedom of organization and the establishment of cooperation, opportunities in expressing opinions, mutual trust and mutual respect, and having equality in the organization. (2). Student democracy awareness raising at Pasir Pengaraian University Student Executive Board includes: Application of persuasive approach, conducting reasoning activities, leadership and cadre training and effectiveness of activities carried out by the Student Executive Board in enhancing democratic awareness capable of the performance of the Pasir Pengaraian University BEM board.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to describe the quality of population administration services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of South Tapanuli Regency. This research is a descriptive study using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The theory used in this study uses the Five Dimension of SERVQUAL theory according to Zeithaml, Parasuraman, and Berry. Population Administration Services At the Department of Population and Civil Registration there are constraints on Human Resources that are needed to be placed in indispensable parts, including the Population Database Admin still not meeting the educational criteria and training and education training is needed, the number of population administration service operators is still lacking in serving the community where one service operator officer processes document data from more than one sub-district. Geographical and demographic location of the South Tapanuli Regency Population and Civil Registration Office which is relatively far from the sub-district village whose residents live in the area. The innovation of ball pick-up administration services through the population service car that has been running still needs to be improved. Support for the Population Service's budgetary resources is still not optimal in order to meet the Excellent Service criteria. Improving the availability and quality of Population Data and Information Improving public services in the field of population and civil registration. encourage people's awareness of the importance and ownership of population documents.]]>
